Super sweet and helpful lady navigated the hospital for me. She spoke in English to me and Japanese to the other employees. Sadly they were unable to help me without a reference letter from another doctor. She did help me find another clinic that was able to treat me, which was super nice!

I am grateful for the robot surgery for hepato-biliary-pancreas transplant surgery. It was the first time in 30 years since I was in elementary school that I was handicapped by another hospital and gripped the referral letter. I started out as an outpatient with an uneasy feeling, My primary care doctor was calm and gave me peace of mind. I can't believe I can talk like this and be listened to I don't know if you can explain this much. I was just amazed. Both the outpatient nurses and the staff are very professional and behave It was lovely. From there, I had regular outpatient visits until the surgery date was decided. It was my first general anesthesia, and I don't remember the 34 days after the surgery, but everyone on the team, the CCU, the nurses in the ward, the assistants, and the staff were sincere, and I was relieved. I only remember I am surprised at how my physical condition changes from day to day. I am glad that I had my surgery here. thank you for helping me

This time, on August 4th, I had my first visit to the department of diabetes endocrinology and metabolism. I received a letter of introduction and an appointment slip from the referral hospital and had a medical examination. Since it is a complete referral reservation system, patients who are completely new to the clinic cannot see a doctor unless they have a letter of introduction and an appointment slip. (This does not apply to emergency outpatient services.) It was Kyoto University Hospital for the first time in ten years. From childhood to high school, I was treated for cleft lip and palate at our hospital's plastic surgery. It will be a medical examination from then on. Very undesirable environment for some of group of the employees with no SOP from HR. Without proper protocol for meal time duration. Limited food variety in-house for the group of employees. Shift/annual leave schedule planning with non standard protocol and left it to department in-charge with unequal treatment subjected to their whim and fancy. Management may need to review to provide a better positive work environment to all.

Came to one of their clinics located here. Given wrong station exit info by Goggle maps (had to wait and cross the traffic junction twice), and exit 1 is the correct exit that leads up to the hospital. Staff at the front desk should be more attentive in the morning when patrons approached the desk. Had to "interrupt" to get to the right building.

Acibadam one of the best hospital in Istanbul . A hospital that uses the latest medical equipment, with a professional staff of doctors and a very high-quality nursing service. The hospital and patient rooms are excellent and equipped with the best equipment, but hospital prices are very expensive. There are higher prices for every non-Turkish foreigner and this is annoying. I advise the patient not to go to the hospital directly. Unless through a Turkish doctor who deals with the hospital directly, this is better for you in terms of prices. The nursing service is very good, and the cleanliness , Hygiene & decorations are excellent.

Had a good experience getting IVF and PGD/PGT-a + PGT-m treatment from Acıbadem Fulya hospital (IVF department). Many thanks to Dr Hale Çelik, the nurses, embryology lab and Mr Kenan (patient coordinator) who were all very professional, competent, helpful and made the experience seamless. I could always ask questions and got a response straight away. The IVF and PGD treatment worked and we now have healthy babies. I would recommend.

One of the translators of this hospital named Linda Yunita is only there to deceive people and get their money. I suggest that you be careful because this woman is very lying and deceitful

Unfortunately, i have encountered biased towards forwigners attitude here. I had an appointment at Hasan Ünlütürk on october 6th 14.40. We were late, but registration was completed, payment made and we were waiting in front of doctor's room at 14.55. Doctor was not there, the woman that works with doctor (i will call her hostes) said since we were late he went to another side of the building to treat another patient. I said ok, then doctor came at 15.07. Hostes said that since we were late, she cannot accept us to doctor's room and took TWO other patients in front of us. This was unfair and rude attitude which resulted in us waiting for almost 40 minutes.

I don’t recommend this place for foreigners at all. Their staff are very rude and kind of racist. After reception didn’t help, we asked their information desk and they sent an English translator (a very good person) with us. In reception the staff again start fighting with the translator and especially one of them, a woman with hijab, start yelling at us. I asked the translator the reason and she said they are saying”Turkish people are priority!!!” A very regular doctor appointment and a blood test took us 4 hours to wait and we were very exhausted. I’ve been leaving in turkey around 5 years and that’s first and the only time I’ve seen such a bad behavior from Turkish people.

Should be avoided by foreigners. Irresponsible reception service. My sick son and I visited this hospital at night (3am) in emergency because of high temperature (40 degrees). No one person at reception knew English, no one knew how to apply insurance, no one was interested to help my son quickly - they offered me to wait at reception 2 hours, when pediatrician arrives. Only after pressures by insurance support service they took us to the doctor (very good one, to be honest). If you need to emergency help and professional organisation, chose another hospital.

This hospital is very bad. They don’t know what communication is. This is not Medicana (International) but MediKill Turkey. Stay away from Selin Merih Urlu and Ugur Sahin. these two are not doctors but butchers. They killed my best friend with cancer treatment. Gary from Holland.

Had an operation at the orthopedics department and stayed for a day. The close attention of the medical staff (especially Ms. Ece, my nurse) and the competence level of my doctor, Prof Dr. Şadan Ay were amazing. I don't recommend anybody to get sick but if you are sick this hospital is the right chouce to receive the best treatment

I was really disappointed about the service,my wife had to wait for more than 30 minutes to perform a PCR test even we were the only ones looking for the PCR test. The day after I went to get the results they couldn't even have the results paper in an envelope. They just gave us the paper. I hope you will improve your services and pay attention on those observations.

Disrespectful and unprofessional Long waiting time (3 hours) after which the Opthomologist decided he will not perform any additional test since this is a follow-up visit. He is rude, unprofessional and deserves to be notified for his unhumane behavior.

I went along with my antibiotic medication. Despite having private health insurance, they charged me 150 TL for just one injection. Other private hospitals are charging only 45 TL. I will definitely not choose this place next time.

I went through a horrible botched surgery at this hospital by Prof. Dr. Necmettin Kutlu. I am left with necrosis, ischemia, and skin ulcers. Yellow liquid does not stop coming out. I can't move, walk nor sleep. He caused a permanent damaged to my skin so I have to redo another plastic surgery to fix all those issues up. He left me with no surgical corset as he did not have my size so after healing, my skin will be wavy, I was near death and God kept me alive. Do not go there please. Besides translation team makes fun of patients. Very poisoned environment.

Family hospitalization: Guardian review^^ Transportation: Connected to Balsan Station subway. very convenient Procedure: As of 4 weekdays, there were not many people so there was no waiting time. Hospital: The new building is really nice. So pretty. Especially the 4th floor garden.... If you act like a guardian in a hospital room while feeling like you're in a gallery, you're bound to get depressed. I didn't feel depressed as I walked around the buildings with the patients, exercised, and looked at the pictures. Personally, it was better than when I stayed at a 5-star hotel in Seoul. ;; lol Especially at 5 o'clock? There are no people after 6 o'clock, so it's really quiet and nice. Hospital room: I've been to various hospitals and have been a guardian several times, and this is the cleanest. There isn't a single hair in the hallway!! The patient said the bed was very comfortable. Doctors, nurses, staff: in my case, they were all very kind. Convenience store: It is large and has a lot of variety, so it is very convenient. Restaurant/Cafe: Not bad. It's good because there aren't many people on the 4th weekdays. ☆☆☆Be sure to visit the 4th floor garden☆☆☆

Internal medicine dept מחלקת פנימי Staff barely gave me and other patient in my room attention. Room was filthy !!!! I hope I never return to this department. And ! 0nly 2 out of 5 elevators in one section of the hospital building was working !

Absolutely disgusting, overall horendous people which gets worse the higher the rank of the staff. I come from a family with a background in medicine and am no stranger to hospitals and I already have a son in Holland so am familiar with the ins and outs of childbirth and a C-section. Now when my daughter was born my wife had her water break 38 weeks without going into labor. They kept trying to induce labor over and over and my wife ended up severely weakened and depressed. Only when I pointed them to their website that boasted their percentage of natural labour and put my foot down stating that my wife is not a statistic for the hospital they decided to proceed with a C-section. Now with my second son this only became a bigger joke. my wife have false labour for weeks on end she spent almost all her time going in and out of hospital because of that. through all that the decision to do a C-section at 38+5 was upheld. Also a lot of staff kept reminding her that natural birth was still a good option even though she mentioned roughly 20 times before that she was not interested. On top of that, by now Corona is a thing so children aren't allowed in the maternity ward. Well... That just depends who you really talk to because depending on who's working they really don't give a flying f#ck or start screaming at you. But meanwhile the room is covered in black mold which is apparently better than Corona and not an issue. Meanwhile they have no good solution for meeting the mother's kids except for 4 chairs outside the ward. Well I can't find any babysitter right now so we'll have to juggle who goes in and who watches my daughter. Get it together guys, your hospital and hospitality is horrendous.

Even if you have appointment, you wait too long. This is ridiculous. Time is precious.

Visit the hospital for a dermatologist that was recommended by a family member. Transaction was smooth, the doc gave all the information I need and explained what was going on. The hospital nice an clean and looks like a 5 star hotel more than a hospital. I paid $120 for the examination and they accept cc. You need to book an appointment ahead of time. Their mobil app is a hustle and has bugs. Book through website or call them for an appointment. This is why I give them 4 stars. After you book they call you for reminder and inform you the amount you will be paying. Arrive at least 15 minutes early as the building is big you need to walk and take elevator to get the section where you will have your examination. There will be paperwork before the doc examine you.

I've consistently chosen this hospital for several years, and it consistently excels in all aspects. We have been there for my sister’s problem . She was in great pain and she was struggling a lot for a long time . We have paid a great amount of money for the doctor and for the most basic blood tests. Doctor woman was so rude , she did not even look at our face and in the middle of the conversation when my sister was trying to explain the situation about her pain , the Doctor just stood up and left the room .She does not even want to listen to what the patient says. My sister was begging for painkiller medicine . A rude doctor said that she does not want to give painkillers today. Doctor name is Pınar. Treating her patients without respect. After they charged great amount of money , She does not even think about a solution to kill the patient’s pain she did not say anything just left the room and and just give the message to us that ‘if you paid us go to another hospital to find your cure because doctors in this hospital are incompetent and greedy They do not care about your health , they only want your money. Doctors and employees are rude , not knowledgeable and respectless . I do not recommend it at all. If you care about your health do not go there.

The staff is very good and take care of all details , the room is clean and always there is a follow up all over the day . Catering staff is very nice and provide on time and well -prepared meals that fulfill patient expectations.

A thoroughly professional and pleasant service during my 3-day stay at The Specialty. The staff in Level 1 wards were exceptional and the hygiene and care brilliant. Lovely cafe, too. Prices better than most.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Big problem in car parking and patient can suffer or any thing can happen 🤔 if you enter hospital entry gate 5 and 6 . Max hospital giving more facility for giving extra money for vvip parking 😑 . This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Good Hospital... Very clean... Food in the canteen is costly for outsiders. Samosas look stale and taste BAKWAS

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.

Terrible experience. Doctors are happy to write false medical records for some reason and upon asking to correct it they don't want to. They cancel appointments because they don’t want to have to deal with the issue. The service staff who they give the issue to don’t respond to emails or return calls. The place looks great however the service has been a nightmare.

Did a sleep test here and stayed for a night. All the staffs are very professional and caring. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. I myself also worked in healthcare and really appreciate the high standards of practice here. Hospital food was surprisingly very nice. I got boiled rice with seabass soup which was delicious. You can also order other meals from the restaurants in the hospital (Coco Ichibanya / Seefah) Highly recommended.

Be wary of their dual pricing practices! My brother (Thai) needed MMR and tetanus vaccinations, so we scheduled an appointment with a specialist on the 8th floor (section C). Upon settling our bill, the cashier had to rectify the charges, having mistakenly charged my brother the "foreigner rate," which was a staggering 1,800 baht higher. It is appalling that even this self-proclaimed international hospital resorts to such discriminatory pricing schemes. Needless to say, this hospital has earned a spot on my personal blacklist.
