We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. And to mention the nurses that checking my vitals, they are very attentive to the patient, and mostly the doctor, she come several times into my room to check and explained about my status of what I fell. Chaotic and no communication between departments. My 6 year old daughter was referred by a paediatrician from the same hospital for an immediate ct scan and the staff in the ER made her wait for 2.5 hours before telling us that we had to have various blood tests before they will do the scan. When we questioned the reason for only telling us that after 2.5 hours they accused us of attempting to cut the queue. Bizarre. There are plenty of other private hospitals in Bahrain, so no need to suffer like we did.

Worst hospital in bahrain. Really unprofessional staff including Drs. as well. Out of 100, 80 times Drs. are clueless what they are doing. For a minor case they take years to resolve. They give appointments after months and once you are in hospital to attend the appointment you need to wait 2 to 3 hours for your turn. I don't think qualified and competent persons are running this hospital.

About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. Had a very pleasant experience at CVSKL. I was unsure about certain things regarding my appointment but Sharon Heng of Dr John Chan’s clinic was able to assist. And although she was on leave, she took the trouble to call me to explain further and followed up the next day. Sharon is a gem. Dr John Chan is very lucky to have someone like her working for him.

I would like to share my impressions and opinions about my stay at the National Scientific Cardiosurgical Center. I am in the second cardiology department. An operation was performed to establish the EX. Everything went at a high level. It was nice to see our young growth in the operating room, which is doing its job very well. Great guys: correct, attentive and sympathetic. Department 2 of cardiology headed by Myrzakhmetova Gulzhan Shapataevna deals directly with the healing of our hearts, both literally and figuratively. Each procedure performed meets the highest standards. You feel like you are in a foreign hospital. Comfort, professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, discipline of the staff, that's what especially pleases the soul and heart. I would like to wish the Center to remain the Center of our Kazakh hearts.

Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt. Also posted on YouTube etc. Bullying and harassment by medical personnel really amazing Where should the elderly, vulnerable, and cancer patients go? Will you be saved?

Due to lung cancer, he was abandoned by other hospitals and went to a cancer center. The survival rate has reached 10%, but thanks to the care of my doctors, I will soon be in remission. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

I know my review won’t do much. Obviously government establishments don’t care one bit about google map reviews hahaha. But this place needs major changes to their staff care & communication with patients. Some nurses are so aggressive when handling patients, to the point of hurting them while taking blood samples. There’s so much I can vent about, but that’s it for today. 🤦‍♀️

The hospital is good but some staff as usual are very insensitive specially sonography department and the staff. My father on wheel chair he had sonography appointment but bcas of some issues i needed male staff .. the sister denied saying untill u admit we can't give male attendant. Than I request her to keep my rest files with her and I'll go inside the sonography room with my father she denied for that either. Than they said we will nt give you sonography report on the spot I said it's urgent as he needs to be operated rudely the Dr says ' Humko aur bhi kaam hai and patient hai, hum sirf aapke liye nahi baithe hai' so mine is a scheduled appointment and I was before time n you very well known that how many area the sonography has to be performed and I'm paying for that. So you should have given the rest appointments accordingly. So now next day that too after requesting they said to come and collect at 11 am as I had Dr appointment but than also it was not ready and they said it will take time so I had to scream and get the work done all this after they knew how emergency it was. Now as my father was on wheel chair so when we reach the hospital gate their some car was inside the premises and we had to stop the car at gate n take him inside so the nurse came to drag the chair but while going the cab driver was very old so he couldn't take inside I told the same nurse let's pull the wheelchair outside. Now conveniently she denied giving the reason ' Hospital wheel chair are nt allowed to cross the hospital gate' like really I saw with a straight face n told her wat happened when we arrived bcas ur hospital car was there than the rule change. She behaved deaf hear but I told I'll complain she was affaired than. Even the male attendant was sitting and not wanting to help. Seriously sonography dept and staff needs to be better this gives Hospital a negative remark but hospital is really good !

I'm sharing my review based on my stay at the maternity/labour and delivery wards. Firstly, the service from the front desk staff, nurses, f&b staff, and even the housekeeping staff was impeccable. Everyone was so welcoming, warm and reassuring, being all so kind and patient even when I was in the midst of horrible labour contractions. My labour journey was not easy and I opted for an emergency c-section. I couldn't have asked for a better team there - my appointed gynae and her team of well established anaesthetist, paediatrician and surgery staff. Every administration detail was well looked into swiftly and our son was delivered healthily. The food offered there was amazing too, for hospital standards, but now that I'm at the confinement centre, I dare say that Mount E's food quality and taste way surpasses what confinement centres can offer. With the quality of care, service, food and lodging, the bill was within reasonable means and I would highly recommend mothers-to-be to consider this hospital for their deliveries. And oh, they have a generous discharge goodie bag too!

The hype around this place is undeserved. The only reason I gave more than one star is there are some great doctors that admit here. Facilities are tired, food is ok. Have never seen a smile from anyone in the business office or cashiers and they seem to be intent on making things as difficult as possible. From an outside perspective it seems clear there are some real problems with how this hospital is managed.

Updated: had another stay recently. Service is just as good as before. Did my endoscopy, CT scan and diagnostic tests while staying at this hospital. Excellent nurses who are professional and skilled. Had to wait for a while for admission. It is a private hospital so the bill is definitely expensive. Compared to my experiences suffered in public hospitals the price is worth it especially when you're sick and feeling unwell, anything that can alleviate the discomfort is welcomed.

The facilities and staff are helpful and friendly. A nice and quiet hallway with corresponding good lighting. Very neat and clean with no clutter. The management team is accomodative to queries and exceptions if needed. The food is good and complete with optional choices for each meal from breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and night snack. The ward room is big, bright and furbished well. An alert and attentive staff from nurses to utility persons.

The positive feeling we get when we see each staff's smiling face is indescribable. Good facility good service good interaction👌

A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. It was an unexpected warm gesture which we really appreciate, our baby says thank you :) Overall, me and my wife recommends Aster Mankhool Hospital.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners.
