High professional and very careful stuff. We were for gastroenterology surgery which was very successful. And what a surprise when you can enjoy classic music on piano at level B1. Great location and very important thing that they are assisting you to get gorgeous rooms right other side of road in 4* hotel. Highly recommended for treatment, surgery and diagnosis.

Traveling from the US had to go to the ER for a severe ear infection. We were in and out in less than an hour. Super organized, clean, friendly staff (most spoke English or had a translator for us) and handled the issue. Pharmacy was at facility too. They even scheduled a follow up appointment in a few days. Completely satisfied and thankful that this was a stress free visit.

Don't get rehabilitation medicine here. The local general hospital is better. They see patients as money pots.

Some doctor professors are unkind I don't know how someone with that kind of personality became a doctor. Especially orthopedic professors are not at the level of doctors.

If possible, it is better to go to a university hospital in the metropolitan area. In the medical field, fat is less competitive. Even if I press the bell of the hospitalization room, they say no, but when I ask people in the metropolitan area, they say it's strange. Multi specialist hospital. Hospitality is on point and. They been in the medical market in Kuwait since 1964 and have good doctors. Will need to take appointments in prior for consultation.

Best hospital and doctors for kids however the reception is awful. If the doctor asks for a follow up within the same week they should not make you pay just to see if the patient is better. I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night due to severe pain and vomiting due to a ureteral stone. There is a large free parking lot. Reservations are given priority for consultations. The food I eat while in the hospital is not very tasty.

From the first minute of your stay, there is no trust that they are helping you! All they need is to get into your wallet! The chiropractor on the next street is more helpful than this staff! A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! For the entrance-70man Doctor's examination-50man X-ray (although I gave them a snapshot of the fracture) -50 man 170 man for what ??? For bandaging ??? For such medical service?? 😡😡😡💔

This hospital is amazing!! I arrived straight off my flight very sick and even though I don't speak Korean, the doctors worked fast to help me straight away and the nurses actually fly!! So blessed to have been a patient in the Inha University Hospital! A huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses and regular staff on the emergency ward! You are the BEST!!

Does not accept CignaGlobal outpatient insurance. Tried on numerous occasions to get me to pay direct. I had them flagged by my insurance company and they will be reviewed as to whether they will stay in-network or not. If you have outpatient global insurance, I would advise going to a hospital which accepts it immediately with no question asked.

I visited emergency section. Really attentive, caring and professional people working there. Everything was tracked and done on time. I could see that nurses were really tired because of high number of patients, but they stayed calm and tried not to let patient recognise it. Good hospital, recommended. Service deserves the price.

There are people everywhere who like bullying and harassment. Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt. I have visited many hospitals, as organised as Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, I have not. The experience I had was very wow. You get a follow-up call every few days in relation to your appointment. You get a follow-up message every few days in relation to your appointment. You get free valet parking once you reach the gate. You will be welcomed by many staff from the entry. You will be guided by a special staff to the destination and required clinic. If it was your first time, then you would be assigned with a person to finish your queries. I was honestly late for my appointment due to the traffic jam, but still, they helped me and allowed me to see the doctor a little later between the other patients. I loved the way that the patient care agent served me and did her best to allow me to enter for the doctor as all appointments were fully booked, and the doctor was fully paced. It does not take any time to take the vital signs. By entering to the doctors, you will see a big smile, and someone hearing you to give the best advice ever. The doctare very friendly and very caring. Full checkups will be done, and some extra precautionary ones are too. I had a 7 stars service. We are blessed by having such facilities in UAE.

We were admitted before many times and the service was fine ,but Today , the services was really noticeable and great even My mom could see the difference , specially when a guy named Mohamed Ismael came to make sure that everything was great and he was so welcoming and hosting. I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

Treatment serviceat HCG is very special, excellent. Courtesy, hospitality of each staff, specifically nurses are remarkable. I came for treatment under Dr Nataraj, MD and he is a wonderful Dr. By his physical presence and a smile, enquiring about welfare half the disease is cured. Bad experience. On Tuesday 5/12 morning, got confirmation to review my result for health screening on Wednesday 6/12, but suddenly on tuesday afternoon 6.00 pm received another message from upsc said cancel that appt change to Thursday 7/12, reason doctor on medical leave. Oo please la, where the replacement doctor. I take my AL to attend that appointment but noting. Today i re ask the hospital for confirmation, no feedback. Confirm or not i not sure, the doctor still on leave or not still no feedback. UPSC please appreciate people time, waste my AL for something not confirm.

Had a not so good experience appt. I buat health screening tapi, the Dr x explain or advise on the body composition, bmi, fat and management of diet. Dr not fully use all the diagnostic test for weight management issue. First 2 follow up ok, then being cancel last minute, meet another Dr, the Dr advice just follow up with previous Dr for any medicince adjustment. Then, esok nak jumpa Dr, appointment cancel. Cancel macam tu je, x de respect people time. 😑Please do improve and respect other people time. Whatsapp pun kadang x de respond.

The staff is helping better than before. My appointment is at 1 o’clock but when I arrived the pediatrician clinic is empty so I went down to ask. One female staff is helpful and ask me to go to outpatient clinic. Then everything is working smooth and quick. One of the staff Sahar is also very helpful and friendly.

Dread coming here every time. It’s close to home so that I always think it will be an easy trip. Nope. Always waiting on reception to actually show up. Spend 5-7minutes with the doctor once we actually get registered. Takes more than hour to deal with insurance and get approval for very basic services. This is the most frustrating part. Horrid service and the people handling insurance aren’t even remotely hospitable. What should be a short visit will take hours by the time you are done waiting for reception and insurance. Have yet to have even a remotely decent experience coming here.

Immigrant visa medical check- I had a very good experience. It was quick and efficient. I made an advance appointment, which I recommend as there were many walk ins turned away as they were fully booked.

Pharmacy staffs are not friendly. Just simply make you to run here and there. They have good business so they don't listen you.

For the Immigration medical the lab withdrew blood 2 different times not giving a clear reason why a second sample was needed but was using the word positive in their sentence when asking why do you need a second sample. They were talking fast to the point you can’t understand what they are saying, purposely done in my opinion, but you can make out the word positive in the conversations. Very nerve racking. End results were non reactive for the labs. But the torture of waiting for the results was horrendous. Exactly what they were wanting. Sad.

My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.

Their bed was comfortable compared to other 2 big named hospitals. Had abit of difficulties in communication due to some nurse can't speak English. But I will definitely chose here again. Plus they offer menu to chose for every meal.

My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.
