My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.

I had a Tilt Test. All went on very well and efficiently. The reception process was very fast and efficient. My test started 10 minutes ahead of schedule. The doctor who performed it was very experienced and professional.

Horrific hospital ! Avoid at all costs! The hallways are dirty, the staff and equipment are straight fro the 1960s and you will spend upwards of 12 hours for any Simple checks. The level of medicine in Israel is simply dismal, how can such a rich country have appalling healthcare is beyond me . Very sad

Hospital? Can it be called hospital? Air fresheners everywhere , cannot breath, go outside to take fresh air, you get a wall of sigarrete smoke into the face. All together with parfumes, chemicals smells and other hell knows what smells. I think it is cannot be called hospital.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. So I would recommend to visit over there for any treatment. And the staffs and all doctors to to polite and very much helpful.

My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.

I must say Doctor is good , but very bad service by staff members with whom I am contacting since day one don't want to name the person but they have not given me my refund of Rs. 4,424.....I believe hospital have never listened about "Digital India". They are forcing me to visit the hospital where it is not possible because I live outside bhantida and it does not seem feasible to me to get my 4424 rs. by having cost of rs. 3000 through the visit . Let the money be with you if it gives you the satisfaction. Caution: visit at your own risk

I went there for my Immigration Medical Exam and I was amazed by the facilities and the way they work. Only thing I didn’t like was the Doctor who does the Vision Check. What a shameless harassment he is. He doesn’t have any sense of behaving with customers/patients, doesn’t have any respect for anyone. There were so many others complaining the same. This is the only reason I’m giving 4 star otherwise everything was top notch. Please do something about it and advise the doctor to have some sense while working.

Been here for a couple of cases. Good doctors all around. Have been here for neuro cases and a C-section delivery. Radiology department is horrible though. Hence only 4 stars. It just takes too long and the staff is quite nonchalant and unconcerned overall. Doctors are fine. If you need radiology get it done somewhere else if possible. For all other things it's not bad.

This place is a scam.The surgery department’s behaviour and inability to offer a resolution for our queries.The staff is playing with patient’s life by moving them on recliner sofa instead of patient’s bed. The surgery Nurse staff(Priyanka) do t know how to treat OT patients. The doctors don’t take care of patients discharge and left shift without signing off. Gcri new building is so good instead of old building. However, I have seen security guards are not helpful and they behave so rudely with peoples surrounding Gcri. Although, if you have PMJAY your treatment gonna absolutely free. Due to heavy rush of patients coming from Guj, Mah, Raj. Despite going to another pvt ltd hospital GCRI is the best option as we can understand process is bit lengthy but you can expect world class treatment including with free of cost services. Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

I had an ongoing ear infection. I was seen by one the Ear, nose and throat doctor. I had a follow-up appointment at 10am, I had a confirmation text the day before. I took the day off work as I also had another doctor appointment at 11.30 not in the same hospital. Anyway, at 9.55am I got a call from Acibadem, someone speaking Turkish, I said in English please and then they hung up. Then at 9.57am I had another call from the hospital, this time someone speaking English saying that my appointment had changed to 11am, because my doctor arrived at that time. 3 minutes before the appointment and then I had to wait one hour, no explanations given, nothing. This is not a free hospital, I'm paying as an international patient more that I would pay back in my home country. Why do they feel like they can play with my time, no apologies. Nothing

The oncologist wasn’t there that week, but we discussed with the hospital that we would do the interpretation of the results remotely with the doctor because we live in Tirana, Albania. However, it’s been 3 days, and they haven’t responded. I turned to your hospital with the idea that I might find a solution there. You would have to be an absolute idiot to use this hospital, especially if you are not a Turk! I called today for an appointment and was told I would have to pay in Euro because I was not Turkish, but if I was from another Middle East country I would pay the same as the Turks. I have lived in Turkey for years, and married to a Turkish man. We make the Turkish LIRA! This is not the first bad experience we have had with this Hospital. This hospital will do everything they can to cheat you out of a dollar. Even if you have appointment, you wait too long. This is ridiculous. Time is precious.

Visit the hospital for a dermatologist that was recommended by a family member. Transaction was smooth, the doc gave all the information I need and explained what was going on. The hospital nice an clean and looks like a 5 star hotel more than a hospital. I paid $120 for the examination and they accept cc. You need to book an appointment ahead of time. Their mobil app is a hustle and has bugs. Book through website or call them for an appointment. This is why I give them 4 stars. After you book they call you for reminder and inform you the amount you will be paying. Arrive at least 15 minutes early as the building is big you need to walk and take elevator to get the section where you will have your examination. There will be paperwork before the doc examine you.
