The hospital offers good services but the nursing staff is callous and their treatment towards their patients is outrageous. If you find yourself at the chemotherapy ward, avoid nurse 서해원 at all costs as she will take multiple attempts to draw blood only to fail and get upset at the patient for her failures. Ultimately she leaves you punctured and the head nurse steps in. Heart breaking to see the experience for these sickly patients made even worse by incapable nursing staff.

You need to pay for all your movements if you are a foreigner. They even charge you for issuance of a medical report which is absolutely ridiculous, amazing and intolerable. Went here for my pre-departure PCR test. Absolutely terrible experience. Firstly, no medical sense to separate testing suspected cases and administrative cases. Secondly, testing is extremely slow. Registration, queuing and final tests takes about 45mins per pax. Thirdly, the testing centre is out in the open. I was freezing out in the open whilst waiting. Lastly, there seems to be no sense of urgency around this place. Highly recommend you to stay away from this hospital, especially for you PCR tests

Worst ever services but expensive as much as 5 stared. Mouwasat is a typical example of ruthless, heartless, indisciplined, inexperienced hospital business. Untrained staff, no knowledge of disciplines and departments. And where abouts.. They are denying to take my specimen and now I am waiting for their mercy.. Mouwasat management and administration must learn and educate themselves. I will definitely take this to ministry of health.. Can never suggest a friend to face this paid torture..

I visited the emergency department recently and while the medical care was satisfactory, I was disappointed with the reception staff's lack of professionalism. Additionally, their card ATM scanner was malfunctioning, resulting in multiple declined card attempts. I had to pay in cash eventually. It was frustrating that the receptionist questioned if I had enough funds in my account, when in reality, the issue was with their machine. This interaction left me feeling uneasy, and I believe improvements in staff behaviour and equipment reliability are needed.

The doctors aren't interested even to diogonise the patients, that just seen to get rid of the patients as soon as they can. Don't visit this unhelpful hospital. A small clinic like Badr Al Rabie is much better than these money making machines

I had an appointment at 19.00 but waited for two more hours to visit the doctors, already checked each 30 minutes to the nurse for the appointment, and the nurses were very unfriendly & unsupportive. Very bad and unpleasent customer experience.

Overall great doctors and nurses, but extremely poor management. Especially when it comes to insurance payment, expect you'll spend at least an extra 1 hour to get your number to be called. If you need to be hospitalised, this is one of the hospital you need to stay away from, especially when it comes to food allergy. Perhaps they never put patients' food allergies in the system during their hospital stay. In my case, what allergies you have, that's what they going to feed you. Not sure what the purpose is, probably an extra bucks from allergy medications they'll prescribe, unless you starve yourself during your stay. On top of that, any treatments which requires insurance approval will be only submitted after 11:00AM, once a day. If it's emergency, you definitely will get worse while waiting or even loosing your life while staying in the hospital. The same story when you'll be discharged, expected to spend longer than 6 hours to finally be able to leave the premises due to their horrendous insurance handling procedure. Next time, think of other hospital options before admitting yourself to Eka hospital and its chain, unless there's no other private hospital in the area.

Located just on the street side and near to the toll gate. Relative small for its building and its parking area, but very crowded... therefore, be ready for long que and stuck each other. The service of the nurse and doctors can be categorised as good. It has several facilities like Lawson store, restaurant, and Puyo outlet. However, as there are so many people compared to its space, so you would see too many people pack in a limited space, you may not easily to move or can find a place to seat. The doctor is very nice in explaining and giving solution, he would give solution for non medical solution, so we can do it by ourselves without need to use the hospital services The specialist rate is around 400 to 500 K for consultation, beside there is administration fee of 60K too.. I went there to consult with specialist doctor for my kid. We had to register and fill online form before come, to get the slot appointment. When arrived, we need que to inform the front desk before go to the policlinic to have the number for the doctor.

Online appointment system practically useless since we are required to wait and register again before we can go to the poly. In addition, payment also takes long time even after being seated or called to the counter. The design or layout of the hospital is also very flawed resulting in low accessibility even for non-sick people. Don’t let fancy decoration fool you. This hospital need major improvement. I don't usually leave a bad review, but I gotta write this one — the ICU guy that was assigned in the 3rd floor was really such a jerk and very rude, in contrast with the other staff! In no million years way I would recommend my family, colleagues, and friends this hospital anymore — that is how offended I really am!

Really like the ambiences and all the high-tech tools. All doctors looks very professional as well. However, the waiting time is really pain! Appointment by 11am, but the doctor is not available. Hence, no one from the hospital informed, let alone check the reschedule possibility. I have to wait for the other doctor until 3pm-ish (which I totally understand for the on-the-spot patient SOP). Thank you for taking care of me for about 2 months due to knee surgery. I waited about a year and a half for the surgery to be performed by Dr. K. Fuji, an excellent doctor. Ever since he was broadcast on TV Tokyo's Cambria Palace, he has become a famous doctor among knee patients and is known for his very careful surgeries. I am very satisfied with the results. This hospital also seems to be famous for its rehabilitation department, and I received encouragement both physically and mentally. In particular, Mr. Yada, who works in the rehabilitation room of a general hospital, is very good at the treatment, and there were complimentary comments on Ameblo.

In mid-May of last year, I was admitted to the hospital for a complete removal of breast cancer by a breast surgeon, and I received great care. Although I live in the prefecture, I initially planned to have the surgery performed at a nearby university hospital. but… I couldn't find the doctor in charge, and while I was researching various surgical methods, I realized that the breast surgery at Kameda Hospital was an endoscopic surgery, and most of all, when I asked for a second opinion, the cancer consultation center I decided to have the surgery at this hospital because of the personality of Dr. Fukuma, the nurse in charge of breast surgery and the chief breast surgeon. I am very grateful to Dr. Fukuma and other outpatient nurses at Kamogawa for their help. I had to see Dr. Fukuma several times because the surgery was far away, but even though he was tired from seeing dozens of patients a day from the beginning, he continued to talk to me late into the night in detail about the condition of the disease and the surgical procedure. Even when I was hospitalized, he came to my room until late at night. Thank you for treating me in such a friendly and calm manner when I was really anxious and scared. Even though I didn't know much about cancer, she taught me a lot of things, and even though I wasted a lot of time, the detailed explanations made me feel at ease. It was my first time being hospitalized after getting sick, but the food was delicious, and I was able to enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean, swallows, and surfers, which made me feel better after the surgery. In particular, there is a beauty salon in the women's ward, and I felt comfortable in the private rooms that required reservations. I would like to thank Dr. Fukuma, nurse Kawana-san, and Yoshida-san from the consultation center for their help. Cancer requires long treatment even after surgery, and for those who are considering treatment, there are Kameda Hospital in Kamogawa, Makuhari, and Kyobashi in Tokyo, so if you can commute, you may want to consider it...Also, before surgery In addition to MRI, there are excellent tests such as PET-CT. Horrible treatment in the emergency room. Also kept being referred to as “tourist” the doctor discharged me with no report on my X-rays that she didn’t feel the need to review and said my labs look “ok…just go see your doctor soon.” She said she “thinks” I have a viral infection…rest and go buy myself some pain pills. Then proceeded to kick me out of the room I was in because there were other people she had to see. I’ve never dealt with a hospital that shows such blatant disregard for their patients. Unbelievably disgusting!

Where do I even begin? A Disappointing and Negligent Experience at Sheba Medical Center!! I am deeply disappointed by the quality of care and treatment my mother received at Sheba Medical Center. The conditions, the behavior of the staff, and the medical negligence we encountered were nothing short of appalling. I feel compelled to share my experience to raise awareness and hopefully prompt improvements within the hospital, I have also contacted their custumer service WHILE we were at the hospital but there was 0 reaction from them, they just made the nurses and nurse's aid 'apologize' to us after they CURSED AND SWORE at us and that was it. From the moment we arrived at the hospitalization ward, we were met with unsanitary conditions and a complete lack of professionalism. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were severely lacking, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare facility where the risk of infections should be minimized. The nurses were DROPPING off packs of medications, syringe and plasters all over room. Furthermore, the behavior of the nurses and doctors was consistently rude and dismissive. Instead of showing empathy and compassion towards cancer patient and their families, they demonstrated an alarming level of indifference and even disrespect. This type of attitude only added to the distress and anxiety we were already experiencing. One particularly distressing incident involved the administration of double dosage of medication to my mother. This blatant negligence resulted in a dangerous rise in her creatine levels, placing her at risk of kidney failure. This mistake could have had severe consequences for her health, and it highlights a significant failure in the hospital's medication management protocols. In light of these issues, I strongly urge Sheba to undertake the following measures to address the shortcomings and improve patient care: -Improve overall cleanliness and maintain strict hygiene protocols throughout the facility. -Conduct thorough training programs to foster a more empathetic and compassionate attitude among the staff. -Enhance medication management systems and implement robust safeguards to prevent dosage errors. -Establish a feedback mechanism to actively listen to patients and address their concerns promptly. The only positive experience we had was with our original physician. We are not crazy or problematic as the hospital staff often portrays patients to be there isn't fire without smoke and nobody has so much time to file complaints out of thin air! Do better!!!!!

We brought my mom to A&E and we waited for 6 long hours because the nurses kept telling us that she’d be warded and left us waiting at the waiting area for hours. We were only told that there was no bed available after we kept following up hour by hour. My mom was kept at ASC in the A&E department till the second night and no treatment/scans were done because there was no bed available. Nobody could provide us with any updates on her condition which was really ridiculous. When she finally got warded, we were informed that scans would be done the next day because there were too many patients. By now, she’s already running a fever and unable to walk but we still have no idea what exactly is wrong. What’s really appalling is that the nurses do not seem to show any empathy when we informed them of my mom’s condition. This is really disappointing for what we thought is the best hospital in Singapore.

I am posting this review due to the incompetency and lack of communication in Singapore General Hospital (SGH) feedback department with its staff, Andrea Chen and Serena Chua. I sent them numerous emails including follow-up and they haven't responded back yet. Never ever send feedback to SGH even though their automated message said they would respond back within 2 working days. Don't bother calling or emailing the general hotline or feedback department.They only receive feedback It's up to them when or whether they want to respond to you, You cannot complain against them if they are not doing their job responsibly. There's no higher authority to escalate the matter to, not even the Chief of the hospital .It seems they are not under the hospital's supervision. Ms Andrea's answers were incomplete, and mistakes made were not corrected. Showing impatience and arrogance by remarking that her email would be her final reply and acknowledgement. Ms Serena didn't bother to investigate nor address the specific issues appropriately. Her response was conditional. It was a half-hearted effort. As the Head of the department, certainly she can do better., It's a shame she couldn't do it with sincerity. Terrible long waiting time to get a reply. Requests were not taken seriously and responsibly. Not forthcoming in assisting or resolving issues and to clarify any misunderstandings. Very unprofessional and not responsible at all for a public hospital. The hospital has no intention to make improvement nor reform of it's feedback department. I don't understand how this hospital is so highly rank when they can't even respond to an email.

As a 21 years old patient, Doc WILL NOT take you seriously. My surgery was delayed for 2 years. not just that, after surgery i HAD Postoperative Urinary Retention but the nurse and doc don't believe me. they only believe when my belly is very extended which was caused because i cant urine for almost 24 hours which caused me a lot of pain. Which then they catheterize me. They drained about 2Ls of urine.

Until now, I had only seen average hospitals in rural areas, but the medical technology here is amazing. His uncle is now able to walk along the Sumida River embankment, even though he became ill and was given time to live. As my friend said, it's a wonderful hospital that doesn't waste its know-how or vision.

Terrible hospital. I had an appointement with the Immunology department, because I may have an immune disease. On the day of the appointement, the Immunology department cancelled our appointement and referred me to their Dermatologist, who couldn't help me either. I was told that the Immunology department, who specializes in IMMUNE DESEASES, didn't know what my immune disease was. Imagine not knowing what you work with everyday. The Immunology department is just a massive bunch of incompetent people. They probably slept during their studies, just like the rest of University graduates in Japan.

Came in for an emergency as I broke my leg. They failed to administer any pain killers and insisted I keep moving around between different beds and wheelchairs. The staff kept making jokes and laughing in Japanese, all while I’m in serious pain. The doctors were all young and inexperienced. And it was clear they didn’t want me in the hospital, as I, a foreigner, would be taking up a bed. It was about their convenience, not about treating me. In my entire life, I have never experienced a worst doctor or worst treatment. Telling other doctors, Canadian and Japanese, of what transpired always results in shock. The surgeon at another Tokyo hospital was completely confused at how I didn’t get any care as I developed blisters from necrotizing skin (a major emergency). The doctor at Tokyo University Hospital told other hospitals administrative staff what I had wasn’t an emergency and so I couldn’t see a doctor at other hospitals, even when I said I had increased pain and discomfort. I had to go to a clinic to get a new referral to actually get treated. Even the city help line, which originally told me to go to back to Tokyo University Hospital, changed their mind after speaking with the doctor. This hospital and the sadistic doctor have literally permanently scared me. I was lucky to not lose a leg due to their complete and utter inhumane treatment.

A top tier medical center in TW, there are good team work practices for tumor / cancer diseases and there are modern equipments for therapies and treatments!

I went to see an OBGYN at NTU because I had been having pelvic pain for about 2 weeks at that point. I'd felt similar discomfort before when I'd had an infection, so that was my best guess. The OBGYN did a very perfunctory pelvic exam and declared it couldn't possibly be an infection or related to the gynecological area because it didn't hurt when he pressed externally on the pelvic area, so I left with no treatment. That night, I had to go to the ER for stabbing pelvic pain and bleeding and was diagnosed with a bad pelvic infection. In summary, would very much recommend Taiwan Adventist Hospital's OBGYNs (called specially to the ER - so thorough, caring, and efficient) over NTU (for gynecology anyway).

I was at the start of a month long vacation and needed an emergency spinal epidural. I met with the neurologist, Dr Chang, who was able to perform the procedure the next day. This was probably the best medical treatment that I have ever had. And the cost was $172 USD. Here in the US, the same thing cost over $2k. I highly recommend this hospital.

I did have a motorbike accident with several injuries. They admitted me to the hospital, wehere they carried out the necessary checks, including blood test, including x-ray, including CT scan. To have full picture of my various injuries. Afterwards the surgeons did an excellent job stitching me together, and after operation care was excellent. The nurses are very caring, the stuff is highly professional, the doctor speaks English, and if there is a communication problem, Google translate is always of a great help. They ensured a perfect hospital experience, despite my accident in a hospital, which has to be highly recommended due to its professional staff, including administration, nurses and doctors. Thank you very much to the excellent Dr Tran Quoc Khanh, nurses and staff. I really appreciate the ‘honest’ and efficient care that I received today. I came in for a last-minute general health check report (to support a work permit application to another country). All simple tests including urine and blood tests were comfortably completed in one afternoon. Cost was around 2.5million which is a very reasonable fee given the quality standard of service. Hospital is nice and clean and overall in good condition. International section is on 4th floor of Block C. Very easy to get to from the road entrance.

Customer service very bad. Don't want to even try and contact the insurance even if you have full international coverage. Procedures urgently need a review.

The hospital has clean space and rooms, modern and fairly new facilities, and quite enthusiastic staff. The dishes in the hospital meals are delicious and delicious, my mother complimented me after eating them (3 meals/day are included in the hospital room fee). But the wifi in the room is weak and not prepared for patients with pillows and blankets, so it is a bit lacking in this regard. Hopefully the hospital will improve so that patients and relatives can be comfortable and worthy of the money spent.

It's not an international hospital, as they are trying to make it look like. They don't provide translation service. And their administration are laggy and corrupted, just trying to make people move round and round without giving an actual response, especially any case regarding English. The quality of room is acceptable in comparison to price, but the services are not that good.

If you come here, go in the direction the rocket is pointing, don't take the road according to Google, it will be a bit flooded. Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly. There's no free parking, slow elevators.

The service of this pharmacy at the ground floor is terrible. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the front desk to handover my prescription. There is no clear procedure to purchase the medicines. The front pharmacist guy takes too much time to read the prescription. Once you pay, still have to wait like another 20,25 minutes in the queue to collect your meds. Certainly, not satisfied at all about the service from the ground floor pharmacy.

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.
