In my first two visits, I was impressed with their quite efficient system. But not today, looong wait for my medicine. Apparently, after certain time ( 8.30 or 9 pm ?) Pharmacy service for BPJS and non BPJS was combined with only one staff delivering the medicine. Kindly revisit this. People deserve what they pay for.

your procedure for KIS patient treatment sucks btw. you have that bunch of patients, so u know what u should do to reduce it. also the service of the staff to inform the schedule for surgery especially for cardiac specialist, plin plan gak jelas infonya. big evaluation for the KIS patient procedure is needed.

I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

Need an expert in pancreatic problems, we decided to use this hospital. Treated at the emergency ward and them moved to the VIP room at night. Room is clean and modern with a proper daybed and microwave, toilet is clean and using top notch equipment.

First timer in the house! Overall enjoyed my stay here. The hospital is clean, staffs are very pleasant, the doctors made excellent diagnosis and special shoutout to the nurses on 6th and 9th floor for making my sick stay here as amazing as it can get! Your attentiveness and soothing voices really helps me thru some rough times here. Thank you! ❤️ Oh! And the food selections in the room are really good too, always go for the Japanese food. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

It's a very rubbish hospital. A group of children are waiting to see a doctor. Only one doctor sees a child for 20-30 minutes, and he is said to be an expert. If you don’t have good medical skills, you have to make up your time. It takes at least 3 hours from registration to seeing the doctor. I think it's funny. The attitude of the two Indian nurses was particularly bad. They were very impatient when asking her questions. I think this hospital needs to be managed well.

I would like to share my impressions and opinions about my stay at the National Scientific Cardiosurgical Center. I am in the second cardiology department. An operation was performed to establish the EX. Everything went at a high level. It was nice to see our young growth in the operating room, which is doing its job very well. Great guys: correct, attentive and sympathetic. Department 2 of cardiology headed by Myrzakhmetova Gulzhan Shapataevna deals directly with the healing of our hearts, both literally and figuratively. Each procedure performed meets the highest standards. You feel like you are in a foreign hospital. Comfort, professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, discipline of the staff, that's what especially pleases the soul and heart. I would like to wish the Center to remain the Center of our Kazakh hearts.

Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt. Also posted on YouTube etc. Bullying and harassment by medical personnel really amazing Where should the elderly, vulnerable, and cancer patients go? Will you be saved?

Due to lung cancer, he was abandoned by other hospitals and went to a cancer center. The survival rate has reached 10%, but thanks to the care of my doctors, I will soon be in remission. I came at 2 30 pm and directly to resgister, then I have to wait an hour and half for pay my treatment (rontgen dental), after that I have to wait again another an hour and half in radiology (and its because I asked when my name will be called? Maybe if I am not ask I will wait another longer?) And the treatment is not by the doctor, is by the lady in front desk radiology, she hurt my mouth while doing this. But I am already mad enough and I just want to go home. Very bad because the result is not online and the prices is triple than the dental clinics. Overall, I liked the hospital look clean and there is kind of coffee shop inside.

We ended up staying in Primaya Tangerang hospital after an emergency medical situation while flying. The hospital staff looked after us very well. They have gone beyond what they could offer and cared for us. The staff from the Emerald ward was so accommodative and took care of my mum during the stay. Very good service and facility, there were constant check ups, good food and everything was really good.

I know my review won’t do much. Obviously government establishments don’t care one bit about google map reviews hahaha. But this place needs major changes to their staff care & communication with patients. Some nurses are so aggressive when handling patients, to the point of hurting them while taking blood samples. There’s so much I can vent about, but that’s it for today. 🤦‍♀️

Good Hospital, If any Emergency then come to this Hospital. Dr. Jagdish Parikh Dr. Chirag Parikh and Dr. Nabar are really very good doctors staff also supportive to patients and visitors.

The hospital is good but some staff as usual are very insensitive specially sonography department and the staff. My father on wheel chair he had sonography appointment but bcas of some issues i needed male staff .. the sister denied saying untill u admit we can't give male attendant. Than I request her to keep my rest files with her and I'll go inside the sonography room with my father she denied for that either. Than they said we will nt give you sonography report on the spot I said it's urgent as he needs to be operated rudely the Dr says ' Humko aur bhi kaam hai and patient hai, hum sirf aapke liye nahi baithe hai' so mine is a scheduled appointment and I was before time n you very well known that how many area the sonography has to be performed and I'm paying for that. So you should have given the rest appointments accordingly. So now next day that too after requesting they said to come and collect at 11 am as I had Dr appointment but than also it was not ready and they said it will take time so I had to scream and get the work done all this after they knew how emergency it was. Now as my father was on wheel chair so when we reach the hospital gate their some car was inside the premises and we had to stop the car at gate n take him inside so the nurse came to drag the chair but while going the cab driver was very old so he couldn't take inside I told the same nurse let's pull the wheelchair outside. Now conveniently she denied giving the reason ' Hospital wheel chair are nt allowed to cross the hospital gate' like really I saw with a straight face n told her wat happened when we arrived bcas ur hospital car was there than the rule change. She behaved deaf hear but I told I'll complain she was affaired than. Even the male attendant was sitting and not wanting to help. Seriously sonography dept and staff needs to be better this gives Hospital a negative remark but hospital is really good !

Great experience and hospitality. Great food too. Updated: Patient should've been told for the service not compulsory and not even covered by the insurance. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. It's a good hospital, considering the quality of the average hospitals in Bangladesh. You can find some good consultants here. The rooms and lobbies are clean. The nurses and duty doctors are available 24x7, responsible and are cooperative. Almost all of the necessary tests and medicines are available in-house. The rooms don't have an emergency button for the patients to call for help, so for server patients, sometime must be there with the patient always. The cabins have 2 beds for this reason. The room rents don't include meals. But apparently, they don't have any restrictions for outside food or even for visitors. Being a well reputed and popular hospital, it's tight to get a cabin here. If you follow the instructions provided by the admission counter, you may get a cabin in 2-3 days. No parking available, only street side. Managing a spot sometimes seem impossible in busy day time.

Ibn sina Hospital( ইবনে সিনা হাসপাতাল) is one of the oldest private hospital in dhaka. They have other branches in Dhaka and district level also. This hospital has some top level physician and surgeon. Moreover this hospital has all kinds of facilities depending on rate, Hospital bed rent ward= from 1900 tk Cabin bed = from 2700 tk Vip cabin bed= from 6500/- They have all kinds of lab diagnostic and imaging center, everyone can get 25% discount in every test. Because of a trusty institions they give some subsidy on test. Their cardiac,pediatric,stroke, gynecologist, unit is very resourceful.

Cleanliness and service are good. But their billing system is a complete mess. People are waiting for hours to pay the bill, but not even one bill is right. Even after my own patient's bill comes to the counter, it takes 1 hour to pay. What kind of system is it? Management of the hospital should improve the speedy billing process to eliminate suffering of patients.

However, the extended wait times and issues with staff efficiency, especially in maintaining patient serials, are areas that could use improvement. Additionally, the canteen's occasional service of subpar, even spoiled, food is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the hospital's cleanliness and luxury contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's pathetic that they don't follow serial at all for Dr. Momenuzzaman. Staff are busy to give their known persons serial. It's costly but the service is below the belt. They don't care about patients suffering at all. It's a chaos in the management. If possible find another doctor to get proper treatment. Highly not recommended. Also before giving Bill, check the paper properly. They always try to put some extra called service cost which was never serve. If you are admitted there and take any package, try to pay the bill before 5 pm otherwise you need to pay the next day charges as well.

Most probably and this is one of the biggest hospitals in dhaka city. They have a big area. Their service is good. Here the cost is so high. If you are a middle or lower class family, you can't make an effort. It's funny but true that this hospital is mainly made for the rich. In front of the hospital they have an emergency unit. It's very useful. They have so many specialist doctors. Overall their service is too good.
