Extremely disappointed with the receptionist attitude, I’ve booked my appointment on Tuesday for Friday at 1pm. Making all work arrangements, I came on time and they have already taken other patient. This is how they respect your appointments and have no time management. Do not trust such clinics! Shameful!

Excellent service from the reception to the dentist and nurse. English speaking team. Coming from a health sector myself, I'm very impressed with the professionalism (with clear explanation of the cost and treatment) and friendliness of the entire team. I had a severe tooth ache for a few days during my first trip to Japan. I managed to get part of a root canal treatment from Dr Ryuichi Shiroshita and his team. My family and I are really grateful. The clinic is easily accessible, well equipped and clean. I highly recommend this clinic to the locals and visitors!

Reviewing this place as a regular patient, I've been receiving care for almost a year now. They are very rigorous with dental care and perhaps it has been even better than in my home country in Germany. With health insurance, the cost of medical care here has been very affordable. Staff can speak English and some of the dentists too. For my regular sessions basic Japanese has been sufficient.

Best dental clinic in Tokyo, bar none. The staff took careful yet quick and decisive action on a painful tooth problem which was seriously affecting my quality of life. Conscientious and trustworthy advice given always. This explains why they are fully booked oftentimes, and yet they will flexibly adjust in case of an emergency. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The dentist and staff all speak English, the doctor's was native. Easy access from Chiyoda line exit number 5, and is in the basement of the popular Laforet building, but the entrance is from the outside on the side of the building. I had a cleaning done and my teeth checked. I had one sensitive tooth, but it had been getting better, and no unneeded treatment was suggested, so this is an honest dental office. When I was there, almost all of the patients were westerners, so this is the place to go! The reviews speak the truth!

My wife and I are traveling long-term and were looking for a dentist as we have not had a cleaning done since we started traveling last year. After looking at a few options around town we finally decided on Beverly Wilshire and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. I express my gratitude for the high professionalism and individual approach to the doctor with golden hands, Aisul Bekmukhametovna Mukimbekova. I had two problematic teeth removed, one in a post-Covid state with acute neurosis. I needed special attention and tact, speed and the absence of any triggers that could provoke a panic attack. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist because of bad childhood memories. But I needed help for a long time, and I decided. The doctors were very understanding and gentle. They carried out all the necessary procedures with care, explaining what they do at each stage. I also liked the cleanliness of the office and the modern equipment. I went to this place because a local friend had recommended it to me, but it seems they became a lot worse than they used to be. All recent reviews are negative, but only proves it’s not just me. Last time I went there it was ok, but the doctor was desperately trying to upsell. Then I tried to get an appointment because my filling fell out and got told that I need to have a cleaning first. I was trying to explain that it hurts and I can’t eat and that it’s very urgent, but they were saying that the doctor doesn’t accept patients that didn’t do the cleaning. What???!! Even after I told them I did my cleaning two weeks ago at another place, they were still insisting I need to do it at their place. That’s ridiculous. I ended up going to another place and won’t go here ever again. Not recommend!

They are just frauds. They implanted low cost acrylic crowns instead of zerconia crowns in my daughters mouth which resulted in infection and abscess again and again. They charged above lakhs from me for the whole treatment for just 2 RCTs and crowning. We come to know about the wrong treatment after getting fed up from them as we went to other Pedodontist then we come to know they implanted low cost acrylic crowns and charged us of zerconia crowns. Please be careful while visiting here. I would say don’t visit there. They are making fool of the patients.I have to give one star just to post the review. Otherwise that should go in minus.

So I had my appointment set for today and honestly I got to say, easily one of the most customer friendly, hospitable Dental care I have received in a long time. I had my appointment booked with Dr. Neluni Abeysinghe. I have heard many positive reviews from others around my day to day life so I decided to get a check & cleaning done. Upon meeting Dr. Neluni Abeysinghem her politeness and gentle care when speaking and guiding with how and what is going to be done was reassuring. She did an impeccable Job and constantly reassured whether I was comfortable to continue with the process without rushing anything. Timely and Efficient maintaining the quality of her work. Her advice and guidance after the treatment definitely reflects on her work ethic as well. Definitely happy with the Dental care and would definitely come back.

Had the best service here getting my retainers changed and cleaning. They did their best to accommodate me even though i had no prior booking! They have competitive prices for foreigners and doesnt give you the “Sudu Price” I recommend this place for all expats and foreigners.
