A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

We were very satisfied, especially Ms. Zuleykha at the reception was very interested in us, thank you very much.

From the first minute of your stay, there is no trust that they are helping you! All they need is to get into your wallet! The chiropractor on the next street is more helpful than this staff! A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! For the entrance-70man Doctor's examination-50man X-ray (although I gave them a snapshot of the fracture) -50 man 170 man for what ??? For bandaging ??? For such medical service?? 😡😡😡💔

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

It's a very rubbish hospital. A group of children are waiting to see a doctor. Only one doctor sees a child for 20-30 minutes, and he is said to be an expert. If you don’t have good medical skills, you have to make up your time. It takes at least 3 hours from registration to seeing the doctor. I think it's funny. The attitude of the two Indian nurses was particularly bad. They were very impatient when asking her questions. I think this hospital needs to be managed well.

There are people everywhere who like bullying and harassment. I had very very bad experience at king Hussein Hospital.After flying ten hours from London Heathrow to King Hussein Hospital to attend a doctor's appointment. My sister received a breast cancer diagnosis in Iraq while I was residing in London. Based on numerous online recommendations regarding its cancer treatment success, I decided to have my sister travel from London to Jordan as a private patient. Regrettably, I can’t in good conscience recommend this hospital for a multitude of reasons: Lack of Compassion: As a healthcare professional myself, I was deeply disheartened by their patient care. When dealing with cancer patients, it is vital to consider their mental well-being: a. Prior to receiving the results of an axillary biopsy to confirm the extent of her breast cancer, one of the doctors made a premature, unconfirmed statement that "it looks like it's probably positive." Such a diagnosis should never be made without proper medical confirmation, as it can significantly impact the patient's prognosis. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. b. My sister chemotherapy treatment discussion was rushed, with a doctor listing all possible side effects in just three minutes. While it might be a formality for healthcare professionals, for the patient, this information is life-altering. A more sensitive and considerate approach would be more appropriate. Lack of Organization: c. The results of biopsies brought from Iraq took an astonishing 10 days to be released, despite such tests typically having a turnaround time of three days. d. Communication regarding result availability was lacking; we only received information after persistently inquiring about it. e. The critical result of the axillary biopsy, determining whether the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes or remained localised in the breast, was not provided by the doctors. Instead, we had to request all results from the international relations assistant, and by sheer chance, we discovered this particular result. Imagine having to uncover your own results through administrative channels? f. During an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 12:30, we were not called until 2:30, and this was only after numerous complaints. Even then, my sister was left waiting alone for an additional hour. It appeared that the call was made at that time to forestall further complaints from us. Cancer treatment requires a patient-centered approach that emphasises comfort and well-being. Unfortunately, at The King Hussein Cancer Center, my sister never felt at ease. Consequently, we decided to relocate her to another hospital due to the substandard treatment received.I don’t recommend this Hospital at all.

I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

Treatment serviceat HCG is very special, excellent. Courtesy, hospitality of each staff, specifically nurses are remarkable. I came for treatment under Dr Nataraj, MD and he is a wonderful Dr. By his physical presence and a smile, enquiring about welfare half the disease is cured. It's beyond words , rather finding suitable words to express my feelings..simply a great hospital with a big future. Once you take treatment you will never go to any other hospital. Kudos to the entire staff.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

I know my review won’t do much. Obviously government establishments don’t care one bit about google map reviews hahaha. But this place needs major changes to their staff care & communication with patients. Some nurses are so aggressive when handling patients, to the point of hurting them while taking blood samples. There’s so much I can vent about, but that’s it for today. 🤦‍♀️

Great experience and hospitality. Great food too. Updated: Patient should've been told for the service not compulsory and not even covered by the insurance. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. The room was clean and comfortable while the food is great with big portion. We were assisted by Dr Fadzlina but this time with Dr Yap. A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. It was an unexpected warm gesture which we really appreciate, our baby says thank you :) Overall, me and my wife recommends Aster Mankhool Hospital.

This is one of best hospitals in Beijing. Many doctors and facilities. Always available however one would need to pay a hefty sum. I lived next door in Chateau Regency so it was very convenient and go to place.

My husband has been twice to the internal medicine clinic at Oasis with a hernia. Both times they gave him an antibiotic and told him to rest. They are completely unhelpful and won't try and fix the problem. They even said the antibiotic was for the pain. We will never go back here.

Got excellent health care at Beijing United Family Hospital when a blister on my left foot got severely infected (cellulitis) during a three week trip to Beijing. I went to the emergency room and was helped immediately, didn't have to wait a single minute (which made me impressed since I am used to hours of waiting when seeking care at home; politicans and other responsible people in my home country Sweden should watch and learn!). They provided me with antibiotics and tools to disinfect the sore, and it was healed within just a small couple of days. English speaking nurses, physicians, and other staff makes the hospital very accessible to foreigners, which made me very pleased as my mandarin is very limited. Would recommend to everyone with medical problems in the city.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. Again this review is NOT for the Doctors or nurses or neither their treatment.

It's a good hospital, considering the quality of the average hospitals in Bangladesh. You can find some good consultants here. The rooms and lobbies are clean. The nurses and duty doctors are available 24x7, responsible and are cooperative. Almost all of the necessary tests and medicines are available in-house. The rooms don't have an emergency button for the patients to call for help, so for server patients, sometime must be there with the patient always. The cabins have 2 beds for this reason. The room rents don't include meals. But apparently, they don't have any restrictions for outside food or even for visitors. Being a well reputed and popular hospital, it's tight to get a cabin here. If you follow the instructions provided by the admission counter, you may get a cabin in 2-3 days. No parking available, only street side. Managing a spot sometimes seem impossible in busy day time.

Ibn sina Hospital( ইবনে সিনা হাসপাতাল) is one of the oldest private hospital in dhaka. They have other branches in Dhaka and district level also. This hospital has some top level physician and surgeon. Moreover this hospital has all kinds of facilities depending on rate, Hospital bed rent ward= from 1900 tk Cabin bed = from 2700 tk Vip cabin bed= from 6500/- They have all kinds of lab diagnostic and imaging center, everyone can get 25% discount in every test. Because of a trusty institions they give some subsidy on test. Their cardiac,pediatric,stroke, gynecologist, unit is very resourceful.

Cleanliness and service are good. But their billing system is a complete mess. People are waiting for hours to pay the bill, but not even one bill is right. Even after my own patient's bill comes to the counter, it takes 1 hour to pay. What kind of system is it? Management of the hospital should improve the speedy billing process to eliminate suffering of patients.

United Hospital in Dhaka stands out as one of the city's largest and impeccably clean healthcare facilities, offering a luxurious experience. The upscale services contribute to its higher costs. However, the extended wait times and issues with staff efficiency, especially in maintaining patient serials, are areas that could use improvement. Additionally, the canteen's occasional service of subpar, even spoiled, food is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the hospital's cleanliness and luxury contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's pathetic that they don't follow serial at all for Dr. Momenuzzaman. Staff are busy to give their known persons serial. It's costly but the service is below the belt. They don't care about patients suffering at all. It's a chaos in the management. If possible find another doctor to get proper treatment. Highly not recommended. Also before giving Bill, check the paper properly. They always try to put some extra called service cost which was never serve. If you are admitted there and take any package, try to pay the bill before 5 pm otherwise you need to pay the next day charges as well.

Most probably and this is one of the biggest hospitals in dhaka city. They have a big area. Their service is good. Here the cost is so high. If you are a middle or lower class family, you can't make an effort. It's funny but true that this hospital is mainly made for the rich. In front of the hospital they have an emergency unit. It's very useful. They have so many specialist doctors. Overall their service is too good.

I have no words for the level of care from the delightfully kind receptionist to the amazing nurse (Shira) and of course the doctor. Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

such a shame . i paid for private clinic and this is what we got . i did my surgery there i stayed 3 days after the surgery . nurse in my last night didnt check at me at all for more than 10 hours (the whole night shift) . didnt check at all ... the other patient who slept in the same room had edema in her arm she again didnt care after the patient insist she removed the iv . one hour later the woman felt pain the nurse told her i cant do anything because you asked me to remove your iv access and we give painkiller through the iv ( she is blaming her and in indirect way tell her its her fault) .. and she has to wait till the morning to get new iv access ( while i know she can do so and if not she can call someone to do so there is no way there is no one in the hospital to do so .woman stayed all night in pain she couldnt sleep and i couldnt sleep either ). in my first day there were two new patient who got admitted to the inpatient ward the people who carried the patients ask a nurse where should we put each one of them . she said"" this person look classy lets put him in the better room the other one look the neglected and inelegant lets put him in this room. "" i will never recommend this place to a my beloved person or to a family although the surgeon was great we still know that 90% of the time patient spend in any hospital it will be spent with the nurse .

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever.. Hope I don't have to come back .
