Don't get rehabilitation medicine here. The local general hospital is better. They see patients as money pots.

Some doctor professors are unkind I don't know how someone with that kind of personality became a doctor. Especially orthopedic professors are not at the level of doctors.

If possible, it is better to go to a university hospital in the metropolitan area. In the medical field, fat is less competitive. Even if I press the bell of the hospitalization room, they say no, but when I ask people in the metropolitan area, they say it's strange. If you ask a question from a hospital in the metropolitan area or a doctor or nurse, the answer will come.

Big buildings but nurses not experienced, did not use gloves for dressing, did not position me properly for the dressing and generally fumbled their way around a very simple wound dressing. Big No.

Hospital was clean and staff spoke English well, so it was easy for us to communicate. However, we went in for a simple wound dressing and they did not handle it well. One of the nurses handled my wife’s bandage with her bare hands. Also, they only had low quality gauze type bandages; we earlier got a higher quality elastic bandage, and composite wound dressing at another hospital.

Very high cost of blood tests. And there is only one reason - you are a foreigner. It is better to go to an appointment here and get tested elsewhere. But the welcome here is worth it, the staff speak English and are very polite. The hospital is beautiful and clean, nothing to complain about.

Had a premature C-section at the centre and my baby was in the NICU for a month, the doctors and nurses were professional, attentive and caring. The private room was great too, spacious with a private toilet and bath, it's a bit pricey but definitely worth spending for a quiet and comfortable recovery after birth.

The facility is actually quite good and new. But the physicians are kinda mixed. Some people are responsible, hard working and still have a sense of humor, but some are really exhausting to talk to. If you've ever dealt with government officials you'd get what I mean, but they try their best to work as little as possible and avoid all responsibility so chances are you won't be able to get a straight answer from them.. Its location is also in the middle of residential area so if you're a traveler or are NOT affluent enough to afford an exorbitant house in this Setagaya neighborhood.. I guess you'll have no business here.

This is going to be a pretty negative review due to miserable administration and communication, but the staff's technical skills are beyond other hospitals. Thanks to them, they were able to deliver my two beautiful twin daughters in a situation that could have potentially had many complications. Now the negative. - The documentation about visitation is from pre-Covid, so despite signing documents allowing a single visitor, don't expect to see your newborns until they're released from the hospital a week after they're born. And don't expect to be informed about this until days before the birth. - Don't expect to be informed in a timely manner if your wife suddenly has to go into emergency surgery, after being told by the doctor that she should be contacting you in an hour. Plan for a very stressful 6 hours of no information if your wife and newborns are ok or not. - Don't expect the appropriate doctors to be available on the day the hospital planned to decide whether your new family can come home or not. Expect your doctors to be on holiday that day, pushing the decision of if and when you can finally meet your new family back by at least a day. - Don't expect the administration to answer your questions completely about payment and insurance. Despite being told that there is no payment needed once proof of insurance is revived, expect that not to include 50,000円 worth of food that you will have to pay on your visit. And don't expect to be able to handle any paperwork via mail; only in person. We didn't have a lot of options for hospitals in Tokyo that could give birth to identical twins. If you're in a similar situation, I can't say if choosing Keio would have been better. If you are not expecting a complicated birth, I would highly suggest you avoid this hospital.

Multi specialist hospital. Hospitality is on point and. They been in the medical market in Kuwait since 1964 and have good doctors. Will need to take appointments in prior for consultation.

Best hospital and doctors for kids however the reception is awful. If the doctor asks for a follow up within the same week they should not make you pay just to see if the patient is better. All around kuwait follow ups are free. And giggling on the side like a bunch of kids in preschool. I dont mind paying money but i mind wasting it

I've been to Dar al Shifa Hospital several times, and it's undoubtedly a large and modern facility. The staff, especially those at the information desks and security, were exceptionally helpful, making my visits more comfortable. I received excellent care from the skilled doctors and nurses when I sought support in the ENT and General Surgery departments. However, there are a few issues to note. The hospital's parking lot is consistently full, which can be frustrating. Fortunately, there's an option to park behind the building. One downside is the appointment system; it can be confusing and inconvenient to have to wait in line with people who don't have appointments, even after scheduling one. Additionally, the pharmacy on the ground floor is frequently busy, resulting in longer waiting times. Despite these downsides, the hospital's overall care and support are commendable, and I appreciate the dedicated staff.

I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night due to severe pain and vomiting due to a ureteral stone. There is a large free parking lot. Reservations are given priority for consultations. The food I eat while in the hospital is not very tasty.

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

Chaotic and no communication between departments. My 6 year old daughter was referred by a paediatrician from the same hospital for an immediate ct scan and the staff in the ER made her wait for 2.5 hours before telling us that we had to have various blood tests before they will do the scan. When we questioned the reason for only telling us that after 2.5 hours they accused us of attempting to cut the queue. Bizarre. There are plenty of other private hospitals in Bahrain, so no need to suffer like we did.

Worst hospital in bahrain. Really unprofessional staff including Drs. as well. Out of 100, 80 times Drs. are clueless what they are doing. For a minor case they take years to resolve. They give appointments after months and once you are in hospital to attend the appointment you need to wait 2 to 3 hours for your turn. I don't think qualified and competent persons are running this hospital.

This is a sensitive topic but I feel a strong need to let everyone know that there are still good people out there. I want to thank dr tina, an anesthesiologist at the emek hospital. About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. I would like to ask the relevant parties to thank her for her humanity and kindness.

Had met the gynecologist. Very good experience. Overall facility is good. They have started the valet services. Which is very convenient.

Had come to meet the general practitioner with fever. Came to reception , they gave me suggestion whom to meet. Went to the vitals area. They greeted me with a smile. Then went to doctor. He is a gem. Told what to be done. Very good overall experience. Thank you nmc

It's a very rubbish hospital. A group of children are waiting to see a doctor. Only one doctor sees a child for 20-30 minutes, and he is said to be an expert. If you don’t have good medical skills, you have to make up your time. It takes at least 3 hours from registration to seeing the doctor. I think it's funny. The attitude of the two Indian nurses was particularly bad. They were very impatient when asking her questions. I think this hospital needs to be managed well.

This hospital is amazing!! I arrived straight off my flight very sick and even though I don't speak Korean, the doctors worked fast to help me straight away and the nurses actually fly!! So blessed to have been a patient in the Inha University Hospital! A huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses and regular staff on the emergency ward! You are the BEST!!

Does not accept CignaGlobal outpatient insurance. Tried on numerous occasions to get me to pay direct. I had them flagged by my insurance company and they will be reviewed as to whether they will stay in-network or not. If you have outpatient global insurance, I would advise going to a hospital which accepts it immediately with no question asked.

I visited emergency section. Really attentive, caring and professional people working there. Everything was tracked and done on time. I could see that nurses were really tired because of high number of patients, but they stayed calm and tried not to let patient recognise it. Good hospital, recommended. Service deserves the price.

Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt. The route is easy to find if you use the Tomei Expressway. I was able to buy ekiben at the in-hospital convenience store. If I have a chance, I would like to try the observation restaurant as well.

Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. I'm still forming my view of this place. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

Hospital staff is very helpful n polite. You would get the best doctors and nurses out here…. It is clean and hygienic. I had very very bad experience at king Hussein Hospital.After flying ten hours from London Heathrow to King Hussein Hospital to attend a doctor's appointment. My sister received a breast cancer diagnosis in Iraq while I was residing in London. Based on numerous online recommendations regarding its cancer treatment success, I decided to have my sister travel from London to Jordan as a private patient. Regrettably, I can’t in good conscience recommend this hospital for a multitude of reasons: Lack of Compassion: As a healthcare professional myself, I was deeply disheartened by their patient care. When dealing with cancer patients, it is vital to consider their mental well-being: a. Prior to receiving the results of an axillary biopsy to confirm the extent of her breast cancer, one of the doctors made a premature, unconfirmed statement that "it looks like it's probably positive." Such a diagnosis should never be made without proper medical confirmation, as it can significantly impact the patient's prognosis. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. b. My sister chemotherapy treatment discussion was rushed, with a doctor listing all possible side effects in just three minutes. While it might be a formality for healthcare professionals, for the patient, this information is life-altering. A more sensitive and considerate approach would be more appropriate. Lack of Organization: c. The results of biopsies brought from Iraq took an astonishing 10 days to be released, despite such tests typically having a turnaround time of three days. d. Communication regarding result availability was lacking; we only received information after persistently inquiring about it. e. The critical result of the axillary biopsy, determining whether the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes or remained localised in the breast, was not provided by the doctors. Instead, we had to request all results from the international relations assistant, and by sheer chance, we discovered this particular result. Imagine having to uncover your own results through administrative channels? f. During an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 12:30, we were not called until 2:30, and this was only after numerous complaints. Even then, my sister was left waiting alone for an additional hour. It appeared that the call was made at that time to forestall further complaints from us. Cancer treatment requires a patient-centered approach that emphasises comfort and well-being. Unfortunately, at The King Hussein Cancer Center, my sister never felt at ease. Consequently, we decided to relocate her to another hospital due to the substandard treatment received.I don’t recommend this Hospital at all.

I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

Treatment serviceat HCG is very special, excellent. Courtesy, hospitality of each staff, specifically nurses are remarkable. I came for treatment under Dr Nataraj, MD and he is a wonderful Dr. By his physical presence and a smile, enquiring about welfare half the disease is cured. It's beyond words , rather finding suitable words to express my feelings..simply a great hospital with a big future. Once you take treatment you will never go to any other hospital. Kudos to the entire staff.

Very good treatment under Dr Indushekar and Dr Vidya Bhargavi. The service of nursing staff was also very prompt, with special mention of Sister Rekha, Sister Mubina, Brother Suhail and Ward coordinator Rohini.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

I am almost every 2 months donating blood there, they’re so professional and kind team

I know my review won’t do much. Obviously government establishments don’t care one bit about google map reviews hahaha. But this place needs major changes to their staff care & communication with patients. Some nurses are so aggressive when handling patients, to the point of hurting them while taking blood samples. There’s so much I can vent about, but that’s it for today. 🤦‍♀️

One of the best hospitals in the middle-east, and definitely the best in oman. They saved my 5 years old son life (Saud). big thanks to PICU team.
