Worst hospital ever i find. There are so many issues and they just want cash dealing and make all possibilities to make it happen.

Really good service: appointment on time, explanation of the diagnostic, good intervention process. Personnel are knowing well their job. Perhaps the pharmacy service need to be improved a little bit because waited some time to catch up my medicine.

Best place for the caring and treatment Today I had done a surgery with Dr Tamar and Dr Nabeel. As a staff of Harley Street I understood how my colleagues treat a patient, they treated me well, it doesn't mean I am the staff, they are treating everyone like this. Some of their providers are really good and you can get in pretty quickly. The back thing is everything else. They told me to expect test results in 2-3 days. I called a week later. No results. They called me back later that day with the results and seemed agitated, "Well the doctor had to read them first mam." Well don't tell me 2 to 3 days then. The second incident they called me and said I needed to take x-rays or I couldn't proceed with services. I had two upcoming appointments. I asked them to cancel those appointments because I was unable to get in for an x-ray in the next two weeks. They called me the day before my appointment to remind me to come in. I told them it was canceled and gave them the date. Oh will call you back. No one ever called me back. I called them that same evening and again someone will call you back. No one called me back. I called the very next morning and no one picked up the phone. They called me back later that evening and said we noticed that you called today. I explain the situation and the man said the appointments had never been canceled as requested but they would cancel them now. He also told me I could come in for my x-rays at any time. I decided to go the next day. When I got there the next day, they were confused about why I was there and said there was no order for an x-ray. The doctor that I had seen was not there and they were trying to get someone to write the order. I waited for 30 minutes and I told them I would just leave and call back. They had forgotten. As I was driving away, they called me and told me to come back and take the x-ray. I'm going to finish this particular service. But after that I will not be getting any additional medical treatment here.

I visited you on the date of 22/8/2023 for a gestational diabetes test. A full month after the test, I was informed that I have gestational diabetes. It is worth mentioning that this delay has negatively impacted my health and the health of the fetus. I would like to point out that I discovered this problem during my subsequent visit to the doctor on 19/9/2023, where Dr. Alia Adwan explained that the delay was due to the staff member responsible for notifying patients being on leave. I find these reasons unconvincing and not reflecting the professionalism expected from a hospital of Mediclinic’s size and reputation. Therefore, I hold the hospital fully responsible for any issues that may arise for the child or fetus due to this delay.

Mediclinic Arabic doctors lack courtesy when treating Asians. They tend to dismiss the information you provide about your illness, interrupting with a display of their knowledge instead of listening. They frequently attribute symptoms to viral infections without thorough investigation. I encountered an instance where two of their doctors claimed I didn't have tonsils, yet they couldn't explain why my throat still hurt when I drank water. This experience was particularly disappointing when seeking assistance from their ENT specialists. Additionally, there's a sense of judgment towards Asians, evident in the distinction made between locals and outsiders. The communication implies assumptions about affordability. I would kindly suggest maintaining a balanced representation of Asian doctors in each department to promote fair and unbiased healthcare practices.

UPDATE. It's been 1 month, and still no one has contacted me from the hospital. They are obviously very concerned about their patients. Went to the physiotherapist Ponnu for a shoulder problem. He was distracted and vague, but promised he could fix the problem. After about 5 or 6 sessions, all I got was advice to go to his YouTube Channel, and a permanent scar from the burn of the heat pad he put on me. He did not apologise, but said that that area of my shoulder was too boney...? Where are the professionals who care about their jobs?

A very well experienced, talented and down to earth Orthopaedic doctor that put his life long skill into saving my limp. Not only he is being helpful to my needs during my recent admission, he also explained in details about my surgery and conditions. Good place and friendly staff here. From security guard, front desk, customer service staff, nurse and even the doctors here are very helpful, caring and friendly. Super thanks to Dr. Ng C.K who help deliver my baby. My wife have a pleasant delivery experience for our first born baby. And also thanks to Dr. Alex who really care with babies. Thank you for the follow up too. The midwife here are very friendly and willing to teach you how to feed baby if you are first time daddy/mummy. Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.

I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later. The surgery, done by Dr. Sang-ho LEE and Dr. Keum, went very well and I was out of the hospital like a new person. The equipment is first class, all nurses are very nice and professional, and while I was there, Ms. Sujung Lee was always ready to help. She is a very nice person. Very clean and professional western hospital with high tech equipment, unfortunately i had to visit. My doctors english was not so good and the nurse that had to give me an infusion missed my vein 5 times which was annoying and hurt. After visiting and receiving tons of medication i felt better tho

I would not recommend Mediclinic Dubai Mall at all. Whilst it is very convenient to get to if you live in downtown, the service I have received has been extremely poor - for example doing a blood test and then being told two months later (despite chasing for progress updates) that they had followed the wrong procedure so have to repeat the test. The customer service is not good - it is difficult to get hold of their customer service team and often get passed between various different people and teams. I would recommend that you go elsewhere for treatment, the American Hospital in my experience is much better.

This one of those facilities that asks you how you're going to pay before they ask you what you need. As long as they are taking your money first their patient care, response and followup is absolute garbage. I have a thread of calls and emails that went to at least 5-6 people just to simply get them to respond to me after my consult on a matter they told me to email about. They gave me the wrong email address. They promised to call and never did. I followed up 5-6 times. They are incompetent, disorganized and simply don't care. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction nobody bothered to also follow up. Spend your money or insurance elsewhere.

Most caring nurse John and Dr Mona; took the time to explain and go through everything each step of the way. My son was looked after and felt at ease despite his fear of needles. He’s feeling much better. The whole ER experience was smooth and efficient.

We opted for ParkView and I have to say that Doctors and nurses are truly amazing, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction. I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. We were privileged to attend an antenatal workshop arranged by the hospital for to be parents. It was a day long workshop and carefully addressed all the concerns and worries a new parent may have. It was an interactive and a very insightful workshop. Many thanks to the team working at Mediclinic Welcare for their compassion towards new parents. Would totally recommend this hospital for a joyful pregnancy experience.

Bad management. I spent time from 12:00 pm to 18:30 pm for a simple health check-up which took longer than some public hospitals. I waited for hour just to pay the bill because the staff forgot and skip my queue. The rest of the service was okay.

Overall, the doctors, nurses, and staffs here treats me really nice. The place looks new and clean. I'm staying the premium ward, the doctor came to make sure hows the symptoms going everyday, he's super friendly🥹. The food are clean and fresh(I usually have shrimp for choice of proteins).

The worst hospital ever, if you’re planning on visiting them you will need to wait hours to see the doctor and while you’re waiting a lot of patients will just get in before you even when you came first! There’s no communication or coordination between the doctors and the nurses and the receptionists, if you’d like to spend all your day in here waiting to get it then it’s the right place for you, otherwise might as well go to another hospital

the pregnancy doctors there are very bad unless one man doctor. specially the doctor sukainah is a not good doctor just want take quick action for making surgery by fast time. and for following up will give only few minutes to talk and some subjects of pregnancy are very lack,need go out to another hospitals. ,no responsibility. no care patient. experience there is very hard and complexed.

The one star here ⭐️ is for the new building and equipment. Time management at the ER is a mystery. The staff are nice but will X- ray you for anything even a fever !. This one experience makes me concerned about the stock price and the company performance!

Avoid this hospital. So many negative aspects at so many levels. One top administrators is rude and disrespectful to the patients, disregarding the elderly's mental health and feelings. Prices are astronomical that DO NOT reflect any of the services of the hospital. Room sizes are small, all windows with no curtains in Kuwait's constant sunny days! The surgeons are supposed to be highly rated, yet were surprisingly dishonest with their patients treatment plans. The hospital just keeps asking for extra charges over and over. Thats their priority. Keep away as you, the patient, are not part of their primary care at all. Do not put your health at risk here. You are better off going to any other respectful private hospital in Kuwait where the patient's care, comfort, and well being is their primary concern and not their pockets.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL Although they have good doctors, the building itself can not be called a hospital. Avoid this hospital unless you are able to sleep in bright daylight because apparently their designers have not heard about curtains. The management have no expertise in dealing with elder patients. They are very rude and impolite. The worse experience in our life.

Very poor customer service, I called asking about lab tests, before I could finish I was put on hold and transferred where nobody answered. I have then called 6 times but no one answered. You should better.

Horrible experience. They dont treat Emergency patients as emergency at all. No matter how bad your health is, you will have to wait for the "ticket" system and the fact that there is only 1 nursing station for emergency patients, before you go to the actual doctor does not help at all. We faced 2 doctors after about 1 hour of waiting in the emergency. The doctor was vague and rude, did not help at all and even after doctor checkup, even getting a saline drip you have to keep reminding the nurses about it. Not to mention every step you have to go back to the reception to pay some amount. Can they not just total the amount and let us pay at the end? So very inconvenient. Definitely never going back. Also to mention the Pakistani doctor Majed, or Wajed, was horrible. Did not give any opinion to the patient and kept going "yes i see" the whole time. Horrible doctor. should be ashamed

Did my regular eye checkup here. Waited for long time. The doctor said all fine but I wasn’t sure as I felt some Difficulties in reading. So went to Al Ahalia hospital for another checkup. The checkups done at Mediclinic are lesser and they didn’t go in depth for complete understanding of issues. Will avoid in future. Not worth the money paid and time Spent..

The care I received at this hospital was excellent. The doctors, nurses, and other staff were all very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very kind and compassionate, and they made me feel comfortable and well-cared for during my stay.

The worst inpatient experience! The rooms are not that clean, the nursing staff is so unorganized. They did not keep a proper log of the medications that were given to my son. I had to tell them which medicines which given and which were still to be taken. The nurse station is so loud! The nurses and doctors are extremely loud in the middle of the night and have no consideration for the patients. The quality of the food/meals is horrible too. The doctors here are good but everything else needs major improvements!

Very good hospital. I had a triple ankle fracture in September. Everybody is speaking English. Surgery was done perfect! Medication was very good, i felt nearly no pain! Recovery is really good, i can go cycling again.

In Chattogram, there are not any well-equipped hospital compared to the hospital in Dhaka. They wanted to modify these health care facilities and revolution to established a well-facilitated and fashionable hospital within the town of port.
