I am a regular patient of Dr. Jim Mathew of Al ghusais Mediclinic He is an an amazing Dr. People once visited him, always meet him. I do remember my child hood days, wherein Dr. used to touch and understand your disease without any support of devices. Dr. Jim is such kind of person, will direct and diagnose correctly. His nurses are also very good in caring patients.

As a patient, I believe it is essential to acknowledge and appreciate exceptional healthcare experiences, and happy to share my review. Front office staffs are efficient and organized, ensuring a streamlined process. Moreover, impressed by the competence and expertise of the medical professionals. The doctors and nurses exhibited a high level of knowledge, skill, and compassion. They take the time to listen attentively to my health concerns, thoroughly explaining the diagnosis and treatment options in a manner that is easy to understand. Their patience and willingness to address all my questions and doubts is truly commendable. The clinic itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a hygienic environment. I recently had the privilege of working with Linda as my physiotherapist, in Burjeel Hospital - Dubai Branch, and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for her dedicated efforts in helping me fix my shoulder problem. From start to finish, Linda displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that made my journey to recovery a smooth and positive one. Linda's extensive knowledge and skills in physiotherapy were evident from day one. She was able to accurately diagnose the root cause of my shoulder issue and develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs. I did my knee surgery there with Dr. Nadir Darwish, one of the best Knee Consultants in the region and Dr. Waleed along with their professional team including Mr. Nasser Jadallah who was very helpful. Ms. Tarteel the nurse on duty during my hospitalization was very friendly, polite, and helping.

I went to the emergency to remove stitches , the assigned person to do this left two stitches in side my finger and now I have an infection. Very simple thing was not done properly, imagin what they will do with more complex medical operations!

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals. Advice: 1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address. 2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time. 3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it. Worst hospital ever i find. There are so many issues and they just want cash dealing and make all possibilities to make it happen.

I was deeply grateful to have Mr. Shon Pak assist me. Since I am not Korean, Mr. Shon Pak helped me in explaining my medical issue and really comforted me. The entire medical staff was eager to assist.

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. From me and my wife we applaud you all for a job well done! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this institution to everyone.

As a staff of Harley Street I understood how my colleagues treat a patient, they treated me well, it doesn't mean I am the staff, they are treating everyone like this. Some of their providers are really good and you can get in pretty quickly. The back thing is everything else. They told me to expect test results in 2-3 days. I called a week later. No results. They called me back later that day with the results and seemed agitated, "Well the doctor had to read them first mam." Well don't tell me 2 to 3 days then. The second incident they called me and said I needed to take x-rays or I couldn't proceed with services. I had two upcoming appointments. I asked them to cancel those appointments because I was unable to get in for an x-ray in the next two weeks. They called me the day before my appointment to remind me to come in. I told them it was canceled and gave them the date. Oh will call you back. No one ever called me back. I called them that same evening and again someone will call you back. No one called me back. I called the very next morning and no one picked up the phone. They called me back later that evening and said we noticed that you called today. I explain the situation and the man said the appointments had never been canceled as requested but they would cancel them now. He also told me I could come in for my x-rays at any time. I decided to go the next day. When I got there the next day, they were confused about why I was there and said there was no order for an x-ray. The doctor that I had seen was not there and they were trying to get someone to write the order. I waited for 30 minutes and I told them I would just leave and call back. They had forgotten. As I was driving away, they called me and told me to come back and take the x-ray. I'm going to finish this particular service. But after that I will not be getting any additional medical treatment here.

National Institute of Neurosciences & Hospital is a state run tertiary care institute in Bangladesh focused on neurological disorders. It is located at Agargaon in Dhaka. Bangladeshi neurologist Prof Quazi Deen Mohammad is the founding director of this institute. Doctors are highly qualified. Overall servic and environment is good but the only negative side is the support staffs behaviour is not up to mark.

Tertiary level neurospine care where medical management and neurosurgical mannagemeng are given at govt basis. Very neat and clean environment.

Very good service is available here although it's a government hospital but it's service is as like as private hospital. I'm feeling happy for the service of this hospital. It's environment is also gorgeous and so healthy. I love this hospital very much as a Bangladeshi.

Al Haramain Hospital not good currently. Specially, they are bathroom, doors, comot & doors lock etc. Cabin room roof & fan dirty. In hospital have expansive chairs but, not comfutable . I feel like they AC not work. Just appear for show off. By the way, i have never seen system like restaurant rules of al haramain hospital . And restaurant foods price too much. That hospital haven’t enough space indor& outdoor. It's my opinion about that hospital.

Never disappointed in this place. Maybe not the biggest hospital in Antalya but surely they do their job with enthusiasm.

The hospital is a scam for non turk people. Even you have Turkish ID. They will ask you for your passport so they can overcharge you stay away from them. I was with my Turkish wife. And we have insurance everything but again of some reason like always they cannot find any information even we have used them for years. And the asked for passport even we have the Turkish number. Just to start your overcharge so stay away from them if you're not Turk. I was lucky I have my wife with me in that case here.

I visited you on the date of 22/8/2023 for a gestational diabetes test. A full month after the test, I was informed that I have gestational diabetes. It is worth mentioning that this delay has negatively impacted my health and the health of the fetus. I would like to point out that I discovered this problem during my subsequent visit to the doctor on 19/9/2023, where Dr. Alia Adwan explained that the delay was due to the staff member responsible for notifying patients being on leave. I find these reasons unconvincing and not reflecting the professionalism expected from a hospital of Mediclinic’s size and reputation. Therefore, I hold the hospital fully responsible for any issues that may arise for the child or fetus due to this delay.

Mediclinic Arabic doctors lack courtesy when treating Asians. They tend to dismiss the information you provide about your illness, interrupting with a display of their knowledge instead of listening. They frequently attribute symptoms to viral infections without thorough investigation. I encountered an instance where two of their doctors claimed I didn't have tonsils, yet they couldn't explain why my throat still hurt when I drank water. This experience was particularly disappointing when seeking assistance from their ENT specialists. Additionally, there's a sense of judgment towards Asians, evident in the distinction made between locals and outsiders. The communication implies assumptions about affordability. I would kindly suggest maintaining a balanced representation of Asian doctors in each department to promote fair and unbiased healthcare practices.

UPDATE. It's been 1 month, and still no one has contacted me from the hospital. They are obviously very concerned about their patients. Went to the physiotherapist Ponnu for a shoulder problem. He was distracted and vague, but promised he could fix the problem. After about 5 or 6 sessions, all I got was advice to go to his YouTube Channel, and a permanent scar from the burn of the heat pad he put on me. He did not apologise, but said that that area of my shoulder was too boney...? Where are the professionals who care about their jobs?

A really big THANK YOU to Dr Bernard for his remarkable and exceptional skill in saving my limp. Been in road accident twice, yet I'm lucky enough to met with Dr Bernard. A very well experienced, talented and down to earth Orthopaedic doctor that put his life long skill into saving my limp. Not only he is being helpful to my needs during my recent admission, he also explained in details about my surgery and conditions. Yet after the surgery, I do not suffer any severe pain and I recover well.

It’s been around 3 months since my second cataract operation and I’m still marvelling at going around without glasses, for the first time in almost 60 years! Good place and friendly staff here. From security guard, front desk, customer service staff, nurse and even the doctors here are very helpful, caring and friendly. Super thanks to Dr. Ng C.K who help deliver my baby. My wife have a pleasant delivery experience for our first born baby. And also thanks to Dr. Alex who really care with babies. Thank you for the follow up too. The midwife here are very friendly and willing to teach you how to feed baby if you are first time daddy/mummy. Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.

I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later.
