I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment at Apollo Hospital. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service she has received. On multiple occasions, including today, she was served food infested with rice weevils during her stay at the cancer day care center in Apollo Hospital, Bhat. To make matters worse, my mother even contracted typhoid last month while undergoing chemotherapy. As her son, I am deeply concerned about her well-being. It is crucial for cancer patients to have access to proper nutrition and a sterile environment, and Apollo Hospital has failed to provide this. I urge potential patients and their families to think twice before choosing Apollo Hospital. The recurring issue of rice weevils in the food and the subsequent health risks are simply unacceptable. The trust we placed in this hospital has been shattered. I kindly request the hospital administration to take immediate action and address these issues. Patients deserve the highest standard of care, and the fees charged should reflect the quality of service provided.

To all ONGCians, Don't go APOLLO HOSPITAL Bhat if you have life threatening disease as they will make a case as ONGC provide free medical and even temporary doctors in ONGC dispensary are involved in this. Special Note: Don't take treatment from Dr Vishal Choksi as before Biopsy he spoke very rudely with my father who was 4th stage cancer patient at that time and this doctor talk very badly with him. Dr Vishal Choksi did blunder during biopsy too which we can understand doctor are humans and they can make mistakes but this doctor is not good human as he don't know how to talk with patients. I am writing this review at 3:37 am you can understand how I am going through even after a year of my father's demise. All cancer patients need utmost care esp from doctors and staffs. Please choose wisely and don't seek treatment if that doctor name is Vishal choksi.

My advice don't don't go this Hospital. I completed my radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment this Hospital. Treatment is Good and the staff but the doctor doesn't ask your problems and try to cure it only for money he is getting money with out bill and medicines without prescription and the medicines are too expensive. He is doing chemotherapy treatment in his own hospital near his home without bill only. Try to avoid go there

B. Shanmugam I am doing my chemo therapy treatment at saveetha hospital. The hospitality atmosphere it's too good. The staff r doing very well. Nurses r treating very kindly to the patients.And the admin team r guiding us very well.

Few nurses are not well trained, no bedsheet and pillow for one relative that stay with patient. I will update my review later also.

I am a cancer patient . I thought the name CBCC is very huge but this hospital is very bag. I dnt know who these people are giving them 5stars they are all fake . I had worst hospital experience hence I am changing it. * Nurses here are not well trained, nurse dint know how to flush my chemo port , she didn't do dressing afterwards.( Very basic thing which a cancer hospital should really note) * Dr dabkara was treating me , suddenly he left the hospital without notifying. ( Patient kya kare ese me)

No one going on these hospital it is very risky for patient health. When some one goes to this hospital he not care his patient his ICU unit is very bad. I have wrost experience in past few month 5-7 patient died in front of me. His management is rudely behavior with patient colleges it is very dangerous hospital.

I just went there for biopsy. There is no proper communication. Absolutely greedy. Exorbitant charging. Please do not prefer the hospital. Staffs are arrogant. A 2 ml syring is coating rs. 18. Shamless hospital. They suck your blood say it is not tasty.

“Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital (হলি ফ্যামিলি রেড ক্রিসেন্ট মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতাল), this is at locate 1 Eskaton Garden Rd, Dhaka 1000. This is a project of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) and is run by a Governing Body duly formed by the representatives of sponsor organization Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS). Communication is very good as it's very near to Moghbazar Mor. But treatment cost is not average it’s comparatively high. Hard for middleclass people. Since it is a Red Crescent Society project, the cost here should be lower.

Good environment, good doctors, good system, good service. What else I want! When I stay here, I don't feel even I'm in a hospital. I always come here with my family if any medical issue. Thank you HFMCH.

Don't ever come here if you have emergency even if it's near , especially if you use bpjs. Not only they lack equipment for emergency, they also treat bpjs patients badly. An acquaintance died due to them leaving her to the side and she died from her coma , just because they need to "process" her bpjs. The service is also notoriously bad.

It was great experience all the staffs including Doctors, Nurses are very gentle and caring, when ever calling for help always nurses and staffs are there for helping with a smile on face. "Nasty" hospital is what my experience says about this hell in our city. It's a nightmare filled with unpleasant and aggressive behaviour with both patients as well as their family members. The staff has no sense of politeness or social well being and unfortunately they shouldn't have been in this field of serving people. They charge more and care less. If you don't believe my words then please go pay a visit and you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

My father was a patient of Dr Santosh Kumar, who has gone through double knee replacement operation under him. Please note that he personally does not do any operation, does not come to floor or talk to patient. He is just there to recommend patients for knee surgery and then his team does all of the activities on behalf of him. We did not see him or talked to him during the whole admission time. He does not come to floor even. His team was only did the OT. After OT, only the sisters informed us that OT is done and handed over the empty packets of knee transplants.(no interaction with doctor). Even during surgery follow ups, only his junoir doctor saw him. The hospital itself could have been organized in better way. The beds are used are of old days, same lifts are used for patients and visitors which make you wait for long even if you want to go just 1 floor (no stairs). And remember only veg food is provided to the patients. But the staffs and sisters watching over my father were helpful and never showed any attitude. Wish it is same with all the members of the hospital.

It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit. The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed. Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

I am satisfied with the Doctor's treatment and support staff are helpful.

I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. In the beginning, they treated the patient with interest and care. I thank the receptionist, whose name I could not find out, and the reason for this was that she wasn’t present after I left the clinic, as well as the nurse in the surgery clinic. Mohammed

The worst hospital ever, if you’re planning on visiting them you will need to wait hours to see the doctor and while you’re waiting a lot of patients will just get in before you even when you came first! There’s no communication or coordination between the doctors and the nurses and the receptionists, if you’d like to spend all your day in here waiting to get it then it’s the right place for you, otherwise might as well go to another hospital

the pregnancy doctors there are very bad unless one man doctor. specially the doctor sukainah is a not good doctor just want take quick action for making surgery by fast time. and for following up will give only few minutes to talk and some subjects of pregnancy are very lack,need go out to another hospitals. ,no responsibility. no care patient. experience there is very hard and complexed.

The one star here ⭐️ is for the new building and equipment. Time management at the ER is a mystery. The staff are nice but will X- ray you for anything even a fever !. This one experience makes me concerned about the stock price and the company performance!

Very poor customer service, I called asking about lab tests, before I could finish I was put on hold and transferred where nobody answered. I have then called 6 times but no one answered. You should better.

Horrible experience. They dont treat Emergency patients as emergency at all. No matter how bad your health is, you will have to wait for the "ticket" system and the fact that there is only 1 nursing station for emergency patients, before you go to the actual doctor does not help at all. We faced 2 doctors after about 1 hour of waiting in the emergency. The doctor was vague and rude, did not help at all and even after doctor checkup, even getting a saline drip you have to keep reminding the nurses about it. Not to mention every step you have to go back to the reception to pay some amount. Can they not just total the amount and let us pay at the end? So very inconvenient. Definitely never going back. Also to mention the Pakistani doctor Majed, or Wajed, was horrible. Did not give any opinion to the patient and kept going "yes i see" the whole time. Horrible doctor. should be ashamed

We came for an endoscopy test scheduled at 11:30 am but had to wait for over 50 minutes. The delayed doctor appointment was a frustrating experience for us and other patients

A decent medical facility is taken into account a basic would like for all. there's AN imperative would like for moderate to glorious health care facilities within the town of Chattogram. In Chattogram, there are not any well-equipped hospital compared to the hospital in Dhaka. They wanted to modify these health care facilities and revolution to established a well-facilitated and fashionable hospital within the town of port.

She not only attended to my medical needs promptly but also provided much-needed emotional support, creating a comforting environment during a challenging time.The overall atmosphere of Ward 9 was remarkable—clean, organized, and conducive to healing. The staff's collective effort in maintaining a high standard of care while fostering a supportive atmosphere did not go unnoticed.My experience at Mahkota Hospital, especially in Ward 9, was reassuring and comforting, largely due to Nurse Linda's exceptional care. I would like to thank Dr Chan and his team for the successful TKR surgery. He is very proficient, professional and yet humble! I don't encounter much pain after the surgery and I am recovering well. Thank you very much Dr Chan! Highly recommended him !! Would like also to thank the staff of ward 7B who are friendly and helpful. However noted that there is insufficient walking frame during my stay. I've limited mobility and this creates inconvenience for me as I have to share with other patients. This should not be happening! Overall the rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. Thank you!

5 star service by Dr Wan ( Gynecologist ) and Dr Loo ( Pediatrician ). Baby delivery went on smooth, special thanks to all the lovely staff at Level 2 ward for their utmost kindness and pleasant hospitality throughout the 2 days there. Dr’s were very professional from the very start till the end. Thank you again and highly recommended
