Don't ever come here if you have emergency even if it's near , especially if you use bpjs. Not only they lack equipment for emergency, they also treat bpjs patients badly. An acquaintance died due to them leaving her to the side and she died from her coma , just because they need to "process" her bpjs. The service is also notoriously bad.

It was great experience all the staffs including Doctors, Nurses are very gentle and caring, when ever calling for help always nurses and staffs are there for helping with a smile on face. "Nasty" hospital is what my experience says about this hell in our city. It's a nightmare filled with unpleasant and aggressive behaviour with both patients as well as their family members. The staff has no sense of politeness or social well being and unfortunately they shouldn't have been in this field of serving people. They charge more and care less. If you don't believe my words then please go pay a visit and you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

My father was a patient of Dr Santosh Kumar, who has gone through double knee replacement operation under him. Please note that he personally does not do any operation, does not come to floor or talk to patient. He is just there to recommend patients for knee surgery and then his team does all of the activities on behalf of him. We did not see him or talked to him during the whole admission time. He does not come to floor even. His team was only did the OT. After OT, only the sisters informed us that OT is done and handed over the empty packets of knee transplants.(no interaction with doctor). Even during surgery follow ups, only his junoir doctor saw him. The hospital itself could have been organized in better way. The beds are used are of old days, same lifts are used for patients and visitors which make you wait for long even if you want to go just 1 floor (no stairs). And remember only veg food is provided to the patients. But the staffs and sisters watching over my father were helpful and never showed any attitude. Wish it is same with all the members of the hospital.

Very fraudulent behaviour for a hospital. The prices for vaccinations are not clear and they don't have a transparent and upfront price chart for them. The first time i asked to get an MMR vaccination, they said it was total cost for 2 injections ALL TOGETHER. When i came back for my 2nd injection, they told me to pay the same price once more. They cheat you without giving you correct details of the price and without a clear price chart on each vaccine. Even on the invoice thats given, the breakdown of the total price is NOT THERE. This is a complaint towards the head of the Medical Check Up unit, Dr Anna Maria Marlina. Maam, tell you're staff and nurses to be transparent and honest about prices because this is unprofessional. Otherwise, you're scamming your own patients.

Patients Hospitalize with broken bones and breathing problems. I thought, Awal Bros Hospital is the best choice in Batam. instead its the worsts of the worst. We paid with deluxe room. (Not insurance) feel like, no nurses are working to take care of the patient.not even helping with the poop and washing not even care in checking to change the infused tube. Nurse service worst than government hospitals. absolutely need to train more humanly nurse not just to receive monthly pay check.. Doctor come in after 2days patients hospitalized. Even the Doctor came in just for info. not a single finger touched the patient to check heart beat or breathing problem....what kind of hospital is this. Thank you for your worst service. It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit. The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed. Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

Really had a good experience with Dr Gerald. Very effective yet gentle treatment of spinal misalignment without excessive force. Strongly recommend.

Unbelievable service. I came in on New Year’s day with a sprained ankle after some evening debauchery. They took me immediately for an x-ray and sent me home reassured and with medication in hand within 45 minutes for less than $100 (USD). Was amazed and grateful. Highly recommend. You can call them first to see if they have resources for what you need.

The toilets are in a deplorable state. When you insist on face masks but do not provide the basics of toilet paper, soap and hand dryers/hand towels, it is sad! Also most of the chairs provided for patients are broken, torn and totally uncomfortable. The height is too low especially for senior citizens. The staff is great. So is the service but the facilities just fall short.

Went to to do MRI recently. The nurse that attended to me at the counter ( I totally forgot to take her name) was so nice and provided good customer service to me. Keep it up! and thank you.

I was involved in an accident and the ambulance immediately took me to Putrajaya Hospital around 8.00am. My face was full of blood because I fell and rolled from the motorcycle but they only wash the wound at 1.30 pm when the wound and blood have already dried on the face. The time taken to complete the treatment is 8 hours (8am to 4.30pm). ] It was a painful and very very unpleasant experience. However, I have to admit that the services given were really really good. They really take a good care of me and run all possible tests. The nurses, doctors and their medical staff were really good. They check on me from head to toe to make sure everything were good. The only unpleasant experience is about the waiting time .. it was so painful ... KKM please rewards all the doctors properly.

Visited the Mediclinic Al Yahar on the 2. November 2021 with lower back pain problem - Very fast and friendly registration, helpful advice about the best timing to see the orthopaedic specialist. The orthopaedic Dr. Parag Agarwal pinpointed the problem in no time and the taken X-Ray confirmed the issue. The medication and the doctors advise was simple and easy to understand. Noticeable was that Dr. Parag Agarwal even made a call to follow up about the wellabout and the response to his advise!

My experience with Mediclinic is always great irrespective of the branch I visit. They have a wonderful set of Doctors and staff. You feel well informed and respected . I visited Dr Israa (Internal Medicine) a week ago for myself and my daughter. She was very polite and provided me a personal touch in her treatment. I am a regular patient of Dr. Jim Mathew of Al ghusais Mediclinic He is an an amazing Dr. People once visited him, always meet him. I did my knee surgery there with Dr. Nadir Darwish, one of the best Knee Consultants in the region and Dr. Waleed along with their professional team including Mr. Nasser Jadallah who was very helpful. Ms. Tarteel the nurse on duty during my hospitalization was very friendly, polite, and helping.

I went to the emergency to remove stitches , the assigned person to do this left two stitches in side my finger and now I have an infection. Very simple thing was not done properly, imagin what they will do with more complex medical operations!

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals. Advice: 1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address. 2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time. 3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it. Worst hospital ever i find. There are so many issues and they just want cash dealing and make all possibilities to make it happen.

I was deeply grateful to have Mr. Shon Pak assist me. Since I am not Korean, Mr. Shon Pak helped me in explaining my medical issue and really comforted me. The entire medical staff was eager to assist.

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery.
