My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.

It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The doctor was rude and was yelling at me. I do not recommend Dr Ivan Neuro surgeon or that hospital. I was expected to have injections in my back in a messy room with a patient eating and the smell was making me sick. They told me to take my money back. And leave

One of the best international hospital in Bangkok. Very nice facility and management system with a very good atmosphere, unlike in the hospital. Doctors are the top notch from each type of specialist. Not a good place to visit but if you have to come to hospital, this is one of your choice.

We are tourists which wanted private hospital for urgent business. 20 minutes after we got inside the place we saw a doctor. Everything looked very professional. Everyone knew English very well, especially the doctor. We got excellent treatment at excellent speed and everything was well explained for us. Also they have live music when you wait which is nice.

Recently visited the hospital with patient. My experience was overall good. Staff are helpful in nature and doctor suggested us the best treatment available for my patient. The only drawback would be it's costing policy

Had a very pleasant experience at CVSKL. I was unsure about certain things regarding my appointment but Sharon Heng of Dr John Chan’s clinic was able to assist. And although she was on leave, she took the trouble to call me to explain further and followed up the next day. Sharon is a gem. Dr John Chan is very lucky to have someone like her working for him.

In July, my husband experienced chest pain, prompting us to rush to CVSKL Malaysia's emergency department. Right from the start, we were impressed by the care and attention we received. The ED doctor was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. They quickly conducted an ECG and echocardiogram, leading to my husband's admission. The next morning, Dr. Al-Fazir performed an angiogram for further diagnosis. In the following month, my husband underwent complex stenting, once again expertly handled by Dr. Al-Fazir. He's straightforward and speaks the truth about complex stenting, never sugarcoating anything. We truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Al-Fazir made it a point to meet with us every day, and his positivity and genuine concern for our well-being were incredibly reassuring. Nurse Nor and Nurse Sylvester were our heroes. Their dedication and compassion were incredible. They went the extra mile to ensure my husband's comfort and well-being, making a significant difference during his recovery. Despite a few minor hiccups, the entire CVSKL team, from medical professionals to administrative staff, ensured we were well taken care of. Our heartfelt thanks go to Puan Zehan and Puan Syima for their assistance in addressing our needs. Thanks to CVSKL Malaysia, my husband is now on the path to recovery, and we couldn't be happier with the care we received.
