Chaotic and no communication between departments. My 6 year old daughter was referred by a paediatrician from the same hospital for an immediate ct scan and the staff in the ER made her wait for 2.5 hours before telling us that we had to have various blood tests before they will do the scan. When we questioned the reason for only telling us that after 2.5 hours they accused us of attempting to cut the queue. Bizarre. There are plenty of other private hospitals in Bahrain, so no need to suffer like we did.

Worst hospital in bahrain. Really unprofessional staff including Drs. as well. Out of 100, 80 times Drs. are clueless what they are doing. For a minor case they take years to resolve.
They give appointments after months and once you are in hospital to attend the appointment you need to wait 2 to 3 hours for your turn.
I don't think qualified and competent persons are running this hospital.

If you are looking for a doctor that will be supportive, caring then look no more than Dr. Yasmin Kazi, trusted to provide quality and compassionate care. The best thing about her is her honesty. We totally trust her. When we came to Bahrain Specialist Hospital, we experienced that the doctor was very patient and gave positive hopes since the first visit. She treats and counsel her patients very calmly and with empathy. She is very friendly & supportive, listened to our doubts & resolved them carefully. We were happy with the decision we made in choosing BSH. Today we are pregnant and so very happy & appreciate Dr. Yasmin for her experience, regular observations and timely decisions and medications. We would like to first thank Almighty and then Dr. Yasmin Kazi. My heartiest best wishes to you doctor. Thanks for helping us in our difficult journey, by you it became a lot easier.. My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help.
Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member.
If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

My recent visit to Evercare Hospital was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the hospital's cleanliness and organization, setting a high standard for hygiene in a healthcare facility. The experienced doctors I encountered were not only highly skilled but also compassionate, taking the time to address my concerns and providing me with clear explanations of my medical condition. The courteous and well-behaved staff made my experience even more comfortable. With state-of-the-art facilities and advanced equipment, this hospital is undoubtedly a top choice for anyone seeking high-quality healthcare in Dhaka.

It's a good hospital, considering the quality of the average hospitals in Bangladesh. You can find some good consultants here. The rooms and lobbies are clean. The nurses and duty doctors are available 24x7, responsible and are cooperative. Almost all of the necessary tests and medicines are available in-house.
The rooms don't have an emergency button for the patients to call for help, so for server patients, sometime must be there with the patient always. The cabins have 2 beds for this reason. The room rents don't include meals. But apparently, they don't have any restrictions for outside food or even for visitors.
Being a well reputed and popular hospital, it's tight to get a cabin here. If you follow the instructions provided by the admission counter, you may get a cabin in 2-3 days.
No parking available, only street side. Managing a spot sometimes seem impossible in busy day time.

Most popular private hospital in Bangladesh.
But this place is best for financial harassment...
The country is poor , but they made this hospital for extremely rich people.
Everyone can't afford it.
The charge of every service is expensive....
It will be okay if they provide better services for this kinda amount.
But they don't give the proper service..
And if you want to visit a doctor for your disease . Make sure the doctor is a doctor not a businessman.

Establishment of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University was an upgrade of the Institute of Postgraduate Medicine and Research (IPGMR). IPGMR was established in December 1965, as a Government-controlled postgraduate institute for medical research and studies. It was housed in the now defunct Hotel Shahbag, once the biggest hotel in Dhaka. The hotel got its name Shahbag from the name of the neighborhood.
