Ankle instability treatment in 2 Orthopedic surgery clinics in Bahrain

Chaotic and no communication between departments. My 6 year old daughter was referred by a paediatrician from the same hospital for an immediate ct scan and the staff in the ER made her wait for 2.5 hours before telling us that we had to have various blood tests before they will do the scan. When we questioned the reason for only telling us that after 2.5 hours they accused us of attempting to cut the queue. Bizarre. There are plenty of other private hospitals in Bahrain, so no need to suffer like we did.

Worst hospital in bahrain. Really unprofessional staff including Drs. as well. Out of 100, 80 times Drs. are clueless what they are doing. For a minor case they take years to resolve. They give appointments after months and once you are in hospital to attend the appointment you need to wait 2 to 3 hours for your turn. I don't think qualified and competent persons are running this hospital.

My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.

My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.

It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The doctor was rude and was yelling at me. I do not recommend Dr Ivan Neuro surgeon or that hospital. I was expected to have injections in my back in a messy room with a patient eating and the smell was making me sick. They told me to take my money back. And leave

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. I heard a lot about this hospital, but I think the service is average. But it is true that many good and experienced doctors do chambers here. But there is also a flip side to the coin of this hospital. A few days ago, after the death of a patient and her neonates under the care of Dr. Songjukta Saha, various irregularities and sufferings of the hospital have come to the fore. Service, Doctors are very qualified and experienced. Stuffs are also very well mannered. Floors are neat and clean, have big space. But from outlook to inside its really beautiful, design is also so excellent. We have come here for second time with same problem, Gallbladder stone and Harnia. Its a very good hospital for new born babies. Facilities for babies, support and services are best to treat from here. Worth to every penny. I highly recommend this hospital and doctors
