Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. Again this review is NOT for the Doctors or nurses or neither their treatment.

Having almost all the departments for patients are well decorated and the environment is excellent. It's a good hospital, considering the quality of the average hospitals in Bangladesh. You can find some good consultants here. The rooms and lobbies are clean. The nurses and duty doctors are available 24x7, responsible and are cooperative. Almost all of the necessary tests and medicines are available in-house. The rooms don't have an emergency button for the patients to call for help, so for server patients, sometime must be there with the patient always. The cabins have 2 beds for this reason. The room rents don't include meals. But apparently, they don't have any restrictions for outside food or even for visitors. Being a well reputed and popular hospital, it's tight to get a cabin here. If you follow the instructions provided by the admission counter, you may get a cabin in 2-3 days. No parking available, only street side. Managing a spot sometimes seem impossible in busy day time.

Ibn sina Hospital( ইবনে সিনা হাসপাতাল) is one of the oldest private hospital in dhaka. They have other branches in Dhaka and district level also. This hospital has some top level physician and surgeon. Moreover this hospital has all kinds of facilities depending on rate, Hospital bed rent ward= from 1900 tk Cabin bed = from 2700 tk Vip cabin bed= from 6500/- They have all kinds of lab diagnostic and imaging center, everyone can get 25% discount in every test. Because of a trusty institions they give some subsidy on test. Their cardiac,pediatric,stroke, gynecologist, unit is very resourceful.

Cleanliness and service are good. But their billing system is a complete mess. People are waiting for hours to pay the bill, but not even one bill is right. Even after my own patient's bill comes to the counter, it takes 1 hour to pay. What kind of system is it? Management of the hospital should improve the speedy billing process to eliminate suffering of patients.

Good service..the stafs have very good & humble behaviour..the hospital was very neat & clean.Also they gave me the good advices for my patient..special thanks to Ismail sir who are the kidney specialist in Shamarita hospital & stafs of HCU (High care unit).They maintain discipline. But,The assistant doctor of HCU have no manners.He have a bad behaviour.Please kindly check this matter about assistant doctor,,,,,The senior doctors are very humble & good at all.

The hospital is immaculate, and their service is excellent. It is also one of the most modern hospitals in Bangladesh, with extensive car parking. Parking fee is 50 taka for car and 20 taka for motor cycle. The fee is for the first two hours. After two hours, the price will be increased. They have a canteen for the patients, relatives and visitors. They have a diagnostic centre. The environment inside the hospital is quite good. Their treatment is also reasonably good. They have many experienced doctors and nurses. The use of doctors, nurses, and staff is satisfactory. However, the cost of treatment is relatively high. From my observation, the flagship doctors are excellent, but the many duty doctors, most of the nurses and support staff are not as good. The behaviour of the supporting staff could be more pleasant, and few are very helpful and well-behaved. Again, this is my observation only; somebody may have a different word based on the service received.

This is a top level hospital in Bangladesh. The hospital is very clean and their service are very good. They have very large car parking. Parking fee is 50 taka for car and 20 taka for motor cycle. The fee is for first two hours after two hours the price will be increased. They have a canteen for the patient relatives and visitor. They have diagnostic centre. I feel that the hospital is very expensive. Outside food is not allowed in the hospital. They have single cabin room, single luxury cabin, double shared room. Room rent is very expensive.

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University popularly known as PG Hospital, is the first medical university in Bangladesh. Before becoming a university, its name was Institute of Post Graduate Medicine and Research. It is located in Shahbagh, Dhaka. Right next to it there are two another institution these are 'Bangladesh National Meuseum' and 'Bangladesh Institute of Research and Rehabilitation in Diabetes, Endocrine and Metabolic Disorders (BARDEM)'. The Institute of Post Graduate Medicine and Research (IPGMR) was established in Dhaka in 1965 to provide postgraduate courses in medical education. Although responsible for post-graduate teaching and research, this institution did not have degree-granting powers. It was entrusted to Dhaka University. Dhaka University used to offer MBBS degree in many medical colleges including IPGMR program. On April 30, 1998, it was converted into a full-fledged medical university through a parliamentary ordinance. Although the MBBS course was introduced, the institution earlier offered only post-graduate education. The new university was named after Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. National Institute of Neurosciences & Hospital is a state run tertiary care institute in Bangladesh focused on neurological disorders. It is located at Agargaon in Dhaka. Bangladeshi neurologist Prof Quazi Deen Mohammad is the founding director of this institute. Doctors are highly qualified. Overall servic and environment is good but the only negative side is the support staffs behaviour is not up to mark.

Tertiary level neurospine care where medical management and neurosurgical mannagemeng are given at govt basis. Very neat and clean environment.

Very good service is available here although it's a government hospital but it's service is as like as private hospital. I'm feeling happy for the service of this hospital. It's environment is also gorgeous and so healthy. I love this hospital very much as a Bangladeshi.
