Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. I'm still forming my view of this place. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

Oñe thing is that we go for ultrasound test añd their is a bald mén that person is very rúde añd he didn't tàlk like the way doctor or other staffs talk,. Dr.Nataraj K S is Fantastic during my entire AML treatment. He is so much loving ,caring and supportive doctor one can ever come across in life.Had amazing experience in BMT ward.. I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

I came for treatment under Dr Nataraj, MD and he is a wonderful Dr. By his physical presence and a smile, enquiring about welfare half the disease is cured. Gcri new building is so good instead of old building. However, I have seen security guards are not helpful and they behave so rudely with peoples surrounding Gcri. Although, if you have PMJAY your treatment gonna absolutely free. Due to heavy rush of patients coming from Guj, Mah, Raj. Often time every department associated with Gcri bound you with dates or days like ct scan. Ivtc. Opd, operation theater etc. In order to give hassle free treatment to needy and poor cancer patient. Despite going to another pvt ltd hospital GCRI is the best option as we can understand process is bit lengthy but you can expect world class treatment including with free of cost services. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital that compelled me to share my thoughts. My father-in-law was admitted for an emergency procedure, and what transpired during our visit left me deeply disheartened. Initially, we were given an estimate of ₹2,09,000 plus consumables for the procedure, but upon discharge, the cost had escalated to ₹3,57,000 - a staggering 75% increase. Seeking clarification at the billing desk, I received vague answers and was directed to the assistant doctor of the surgeon, who then asked us to wait for Dr. Mandar Deshpande. After a prolonged wait, Dr. Mandar Deshpande eventually met with us but became defensive when questioned about the unexpected cost surge. Despite my attempts to engage in a civil conversation, things turned unpleasant as Dr. Deshpande raised his voice and directed us back to the billing department. We would not believe a doctor could behave in such a manner. The situation escalated further when security was called, and my wife and I were confined to a room with the promise that someone from billing would explain the invoices. To our dismay, we were still waiting for someone to come for over 45 minutes, prompting us to consider leaving. Later, Rajashesh Savant, the senior security personnel, decided to come but immediately resorted to using foul language and even attempted to file a false FIR against us. He threatened us with a silly claim that I had kidnapped my father-in-law so that we would not pay the bill. We asked him to check the cameras that a nurse had released him, and second to think if our intention was not to pay the bill (and run away), then why would we go to the billing counter to ask for the bill to pay? Why would we just not run away without paying? I explained to him the reason my father-in-law had left a little early was because he was in pain after the surgery and he had to travel six hours to get back home, so we stayed back so that he could leave to get back home before it was too dark. When logic did not prevail, he asked his security guards to physically restriction us and attempt to seize our belongings. When tried to take pictures and videos the guard literally tried to snatch my phone by inserting his hands into my pocket. How can a medical institution employ goons like these? Ultimately, exhausted and under duress, we decided to settle the bill after intervention from a senior police officer. The entire incident unfolded in the hospital lobby, possibly captured on video. This experience has raised several concerns about the conduct of the hospital staff and the apparent lack of accountability. Seeing such behavior from a healthcare institution where open communication and understanding should be paramount is disheartening. Questions arise about the hospital's choice of personnel, particularly those who cannot engage in polite conversations and provide explanations when required. The ordeal also raises questions about the conduct of security personnel. Last but not least, observe the cleanliness when you are in the hospital. It is one the worst; besides the lobby, the wards and especially the bathrooms are not to the cleanliness standard of a medical institution. I hope to shed light on the challenges faced during my visit to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, emphasizing the need for better communication and a more patient-friendly approach from the medical and administrative staff. There are better hospitals in Mumbai, and you should consider those before considering Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Hospital clean and good staff but bathrooms cleaning not done. No one taking care.. it's always stinking ,no tissue papers or toilet rolls..no housekeeping supervisor around to whom we can show the dirty washroom on ground floor...the bathroom cleaner was forced to clean but she was using one cloth to wipe seat covers which can be a serious breeding ground for infection and a dirty mop which could never dry floor..no Dettol or sanitizer in or around washroom .. dirty smell all over ..wash basins equally stained and dirty and wet on the counter...we request management to immediately take action to improve condition of such a gifted hospital ...there was no suggestion box found so posting. It's a request for all the washrooms conditions to be improved for patients relatives.

Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital 🏥 is one of the best hospitals 🏥 in Mumbai and in India 🇮🇳 . Excellent infrastructure. Hospital is very clean. I've had my executive health check up over there. And I've got good experience at the hospital 🏥. Every department is marked with systematic colorful lines which you have to follow on the floor so as to commute inside hospital. No need to ask anyone unless you have colorblindness 😉. Reception staff at EHC are very helpful and cooperative. I've gone for routine medical check up. Doctors are knowledgeable. The most important thing I like about kokilaben hospital that they sends all the reports thru mail. No hassle or waiting for the hard copy of the reports. And food 🍲 is really good. You won't feel like you are eating hospital 🏥 food 🍲.

One of the leading Top Most Hospital in India. All the major facilities are available. None of the disease is not curable here. Only the issue is that Charges are not affordable by a average Indians. Central Govt should make a capping on charges. Else make these kind of hospital in every state capital. Indian population is growing like anything and we are still very slow in medicine industry

One of the best hospital in town, with a wide array of speciality doctors and well equipped ICU. Rooms are clean n hygienic, nursing staff and security personnel are very courteous and helpful. Although its lacking few things in hospitality and facilities to attendants n visitors. Such as - 1. More sitting space in waiting/reception area is required. 2. Central AC or proper ventilation in lobby areas of all floors 3. ICU waiting area or lounge has just 12 beds for attendants of 40+ ICU patients, which is not at all sufficient. 4. Attendants have no place to sleep except floor area 5. 2 ACs and no ventilation in Super high ceiling of ICU lounge makes it suffocating with so many people. 6. House-keeping staff is not upto the mark. Rest all is fine. Ignoring these things, it’s one of the top medical facility provider of the town. N highly recommended.

Staff is good, but very expensive medicine prescribed by the doctor and medicine are unique and available only shop exist in hospital only & on print rate without any discount, after discharge every visit is chargable basis, they have looted. Mediclaim staff is worst and non supportable, they charged hudge amount if you have any mediclaim plan, rest all ok.

This hospital is the epitome of atrocity globally. My father was admitted due to a heart-related issue, and they subjected his frail body to numerous tests and experiments, further weakening him. Despite his delicate state, they proceeded with the bypass surgery without assessing his thin and feeble condition or considering whether his body could endure the procedure. The experiments conducted by them ultimately cost him his life. The doctors displayed a complete lack of support and denied visitation. During my last attempt to see my father before the surgery, they refused entry, escorting him to the operation theatre without allowing a proper farewell. From a distance, my father kept looking at me, desiring to meet, but these heartless individuals denied us that privilege. The management is deplorable. My father meant everything to me, and now, we are facing financial hardship, finding ourselves on the streets. In just four days, they generated a bill of 8 lakh rupees. I earnestly implore you to refrain from choosing this hospital based on the harrowing experience my family endured. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone else, but the decision is yours. The repercussions of such suffering only affect the families involved, not others.

Recently i admit my dad in Metro Hospital under Gastrology, we have a worst experience, - The doctor in gastro OPD recommended , sleeping pills to a serious liver patient, my dad, which is wrong as per medical science. - OPD to Ward - Ward To HDU - in just 1 DAY - NO improvement only worse condition in 4 days - - The nursing staff is worse in ICU HDU , which is the main thing they do not have the correct knowledge. - Very much Money Minded Hospital .

Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

You guys don't think much about the staff letting work 12hrs continuously for 5days and give them duty on next day. This is an hospital and you guys need to keep your staff mentally and physically fit and not exploiting them. You such type of work ethic could lead to many legal cases so I request the HR department to regularly monitor the incharge and many of your staff are quitting there job so you better find the reason why they are quitting and stop recruiting the bunch of people every week.

This is my first visit with Escort Fortis hospital Jullena. One of the worst services in return of hefty charges by hospital against the services provided to patients and attendent. On the cash counter only one resource is there who is managing discharge of IPD patients, emergency patient registration,issuing of ward pass,answering of query call,handling patient attendents. It is really called save 100% money without hiring man power. It took 30 min for me just for the patient registration. Nurse in emergency rudely behave with patients. She was on mobile and doctor asked her to attend the patient then after 5-10 min she start work as per Dr instructions. She didn't use curtain to cover the female patient and start procedure. In emergency there is a bed but bed sheet of patient bed looks very dirty not washed properly. There is no glucose bottle stand on each bed of emergency. Really Fortis hospital only charging royalty amount from us. I recommend hospital management have a look of holy family hospital and learn hospitality cleanliness and administration from them. At least holy family hospital has sufficient staff and caring nurses with clean floor and washrooms. I will give bed sheet photo also but patient was there and you can see there is no side stand there. Emergency bed charges 1000 Doctor 2100 Registration 200 Plus. Lab charges. Don't know how they are managing labs do they really take care of hygiene or not. Hospital charges are high and services in negative -100.

They deserved 5 stars for treatmet but i gave 3 for their billing irregularities. Please check your bill twice before making final payment. I've found inconsistency in their billing. Being an international patient they charged me in USD but refund my excess payment in rupeis for which i had to struggled a lot. Moreover they gave me counterfeit notes which they declined to replace from me.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.
