Hurler syndrome treatment in 1 Oncology clinic in Chennai

My mother took cancer treatment here. Doctor GANGOTHARI gave chemo tablets to her. She has very worst attitude and treating patients very badly.I agree doctor should not hide anything regarding treatment. But we said doctor you can tell anything to us but please don't tell infornt of my mother. But she hasn't hear anything, she told my mother that we are giving tablets to make you survive for next 2 or 3 months. Her confidence level is completely broken and my mom was shattered. Now we lost my mom 10 days back. This is not a right way to treat patients. Doctors like her should learn how to speak with patients firstly before to treat.

Worst service. Worst management. Worst staffs...Worst doctors.. they said your file is missing. Missing missing.. no proper answer. Both old and new cancer hospital both simply waste. I request to all Better go some other hospital if you wish to continue good treatment. Adayar cancer institution is giving me frustration.

Very good hospital my uncle took cancer treatment here and we are doing followup session for almost 10 years especially Doctor anand handling patient very well.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Big problem in car parking and patient can suffer or any thing can happen 🤔 if you enter hospital entry gate 5 and 6 . Max hospital giving more facility for giving extra money for vvip parking 😑 . See photo 📸 and plz stop ✋️ money heist in your country There are no parking person in field or parking lot . Half hospital parking lot is empty because of no entry 🚫 but hospital staff is good

Today line for collection of report at radiology department was too much. The person responsible was either too slow or not experienced. At peak hours it is recommended to have assistance

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

Dr. Seema Jain is a wonderful gynecologist. Empathetic, knowledgeable, patient, reasonable. Really listen to the patient. My husband and I would like to thank you for taking part in the birth of our little girl... We all know that the tension was high that day. We felt very comfortable and confident knowing that you would be able to handle any situation if one was to arise. You are amazing..... You knew when to be serious and when to make us laugh. We will never forget that day or you....

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

I had an good experience at Max Hospital Vaishali! The facility is pristine and well-organized. The doctors are highly skilled and listened to my concerns pataincely and explain the treatment options thoroughly. I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! PHP Coordinator Mr Anil Kumar is also another reason who gives his 100% to resolve and manage all issues.

This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Great experience with Dr. Bhushan Nariani and his complete Ortho and physio team. My mother who had knee joint problem since 4 years is feeling really relaxed and happy after the knee replacement surgery. All love and blessings to you Dr. Bhushan sir.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. So I would recommend to visit over there for any treatment. And the staffs and all doctors to to polite and very much helpful.

My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.
