My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Fortis Memorial Research Institute is neat, the cleaners are constantly cleaning. The environment is serene, not noisy and uncomfortable at all. Even though there was construction ongoing, there was minimal dust and noise. The food for patients on admission is usually suited to your taste which is highly commendable. The doctors are professional and focused on their functions. A big shout out to Dr. Amitabh Singh and Dr. Niranjan Naik who performed the surgery so excellently. God bless you. They are just frauds. They implanted low cost acrylic crowns instead of zerconia crowns in my daughters mouth which resulted in infection and abscess again and again. They charged above lakhs from me for the whole treatment for just 2 RCTs and crowning. We come to know about the wrong treatment after getting fed up from them as we went to other Pedodontist then we come to know they implanted low cost acrylic crowns and charged us of zerconia crowns. Please be careful while visiting here. I would say don’t visit there. They are making fool of the patients.I have to give one star just to post the review. Otherwise that should go in minus.

All doctors and staff are good. But during Echo test I feel this hospital is very big. But there is less machines for echo testing. Patients have waited minimum two hours waiting, this is not good. I am also noticed staff of Echo testing room specially female staff mostly busy in talking and busy in their mobile chatting. As this result patients have waited for more time for their turn. I want request from the management of Artmis Hospital, please check about your services and staff.

Very neat place. We went there to donate blood and the management was good that we don't have to wait for too long. Quite expensive though but is a good hospital.

One of the leading Top Most Hospital in India. All the major facilities are available. None of the disease is not curable here. Only the issue is that Charges are not affordable by a average Indians. Central Govt should make a capping on charges. Else make these kind of hospital in every state capital. Indian population is growing like anything and we are still very slow in medicine industry

Extremely disappointed with the receptionist attitude, I’ve booked my appointment on Tuesday for Friday at 1pm. Making all work arrangements, I came on time and they have already taken other patient. This is how they respect your appointments and have no time management. Do not trust such clinics! Shameful!
