Special thanks to the team of doctors and nursing staff for taking extensive post surgery care. The cleanliness team and diet department also made the healing faster and experience much comfortable. You guys don't think much about the staff letting work 12hrs continuously for 5days and give them duty on next day. This is an hospital and you guys need to keep your staff mentally and physically fit and not exploiting them. You such type of work ethic could lead to many legal cases so I request the HR department to regularly monitor the incharge and many of your staff are quitting there job so you better find the reason why they are quitting and stop recruiting the bunch of people every week.

This is my first visit with Escort Fortis hospital Jullena. One of the worst services in return of hefty charges by hospital against the services provided to patients and attendent. On the cash counter only one resource is there who is managing discharge of IPD patients, emergency patient registration,issuing of ward pass,answering of query call,handling patient attendents. It is really called save 100% money without hiring man power. It took 30 min for me just for the patient registration. Nurse in emergency rudely behave with patients. She was on mobile and doctor asked her to attend the patient then after 5-10 min she start work as per Dr instructions. She didn't use curtain to cover the female patient and start procedure. In emergency there is a bed but bed sheet of patient bed looks very dirty not washed properly. There is no glucose bottle stand on each bed of emergency. Really Fortis hospital only charging royalty amount from us. I recommend hospital management have a look of holy family hospital and learn hospitality cleanliness and administration from them. At least holy family hospital has sufficient staff and caring nurses with clean floor and washrooms. I will give bed sheet photo also but patient was there and you can see there is no side stand there. Emergency bed charges 1000 Doctor 2100 Registration 200 Plus. Lab charges. Don't know how they are managing labs do they really take care of hygiene or not. Hospital charges are high and services in negative -100.

They deserved 5 stars for treatmet but i gave 3 for their billing irregularities. Please check your bill twice before making final payment. I've found inconsistency in their billing. Being an international patient they charged me in USD but refund my excess payment in rupeis for which i had to struggled a lot. Moreover they gave me counterfeit notes which they declined to replace from me.

It was great experience all the staffs including Doctors, Nurses are very gentle and caring, when ever calling for help always nurses and staffs are there for helping with a smile on face. My mother took cancer treatment here. Doctor GANGOTHARI gave chemo tablets to her. She has very worst attitude and treating patients very badly.I agree doctor should not hide anything regarding treatment. But we said doctor you can tell anything to us but please don't tell infornt of my mother. But she hasn't hear anything, she told my mother that we are giving tablets to make you survive for next 2 or 3 months. Her confidence level is completely broken and my mom was shattered. Now we lost my mom 10 days back. This is not a right way to treat patients. Doctors like her should learn how to speak with patients firstly before to treat.

Worst service. Worst management. Worst staffs...Worst doctors.. they said your file is missing. Missing missing.. no proper answer. Both old and new cancer hospital both simply waste. I request to all Better go some other hospital if you wish to continue good treatment. Adayar cancer institution is giving me frustration.

3rd class monopoly of hospital patient will dia if they go for investigation and treatment.they patient run for investigation around 2 months the patient until they develop stage 4. No use of pmjay card at discharge time they will charge all investigation process. Bad bad hospital .

Gcri new building is so good instead of old building. However, I have seen security guards are not helpful and they behave so rudely with peoples surrounding Gcri. Now In terms of services and patient care. This is the only hospital in gujarat offers complete cancer treatment in free of cost depends on your annual income. Although, if you have PMJAY your treatment gonna absolutely free. Due to heavy rush of patients coming from Guj, Mah, Raj. Often time every department associated with Gcri bound you with dates or days like ct scan. Ivtc. Opd, operation theater etc. In order to give hassle free treatment to needy and poor cancer patient. Despite going to another pvt ltd hospital GCRI is the best option as we can understand process is bit lengthy but you can expect world class treatment including with free of cost services. In case of emergency you can contact to Gcri at any point of time.

Dr.Nataraj K S is Fantastic during my entire AML treatment. He is so much loving ,caring and supportive doctor one can ever come across in life.Had amazing experience in BMT ward.. I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

I came for treatment under Dr Nataraj, MD and he is a wonderful Dr. By his physical presence and a smile, enquiring about welfare half the disease is cured. Doctors are awesome, one of the best in Mumbai. Service is pathetic !!! You go on pressing the call button for hours and no nurse comes in, highly miss managed, you will be going around without any help from here to there (as if it’s a govt hospital) and many such negative things … But again - doctors are really really great here!!!
