I would like to share my impressions and opinions about my stay at the National Scientific Cardiosurgical Center. I am in the second cardiology department. An operation was performed to establish the EX. Everything went at a high level. It was nice to see our young growth in the operating room, which is doing its job very well. Great guys: correct, attentive and sympathetic. Department 2 of cardiology headed by Myrzakhmetova Gulzhan Shapataevna deals directly with the healing of our hearts, both literally and figuratively. Each procedure performed meets the highest standards. You feel like you are in a foreign hospital. Comfort, professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, discipline of the staff, that's what especially pleases the soul and heart. I would like to wish the Center to remain the Center of our Kazakh hearts.

Dear compatriots. Having come here from our province, I still can’t get used to such a humane and sincere attitude. I am very grateful to the staff, to all those who warm the patients with the warmth of their souls. Low bow to you. People, don’t go to this center. A year ago, my husband had an operation there. They said it was successful, but in fact they just “killed” him. So as not to tarnish the honor of the clinic, they discharged him half-dead. A day later he died. At the autopsy they said that he was not even operated on. And they assured me that the operation was successful. Within a week he had bedsores. They didn’t let me see him. They said that he was getting up, and when he was discharged, he couldn’t even sit in a wheelchair. Neither his arms nor his legs were working. God bless them and so that these “doctors” and their relatives meet the same doctors.

It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The doctor was rude and was yelling at me. I do not recommend Dr Ivan Neuro surgeon or that hospital. I was expected to have injections in my back in a messy room with a patient eating and the smell was making me sick. They told me to take my money back. And leave

Registration starts on the 25th, they don’t answer the phone for several days and then they say that the registration has ended, call on the 25th and this has been going on for the third month! There is a fee for recording! Mayhem! Full! I will complain! I will go on television!

I myself am a member of this hospital, I am lying in acute pain. I called an ambulance from this hospital, they diagnosed “inflammation of the sciatic nerve,” who knows, he will understand this pain. The ambulance didn’t admit me because they don’t admit me without tests, they gave me a painkiller. In the morning, I didn’t wait for the doctor’s call, I went to a neurologist myself, they also gave me painkillers and told me to wait. This is something and not a hospital 😡😡😡
