This is by war the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. After being a loyal customer of Dr. basho back when I was 10, I expected a better treatment and a unique experience. Since Dr. Bacho doesn’t treat adults, I was told that Dr. Bassel doughan is the one who’s responsible for all adults. So, I took an appointment with him and I wish i never did. After arriving to my appointment on time, I had to wait for 35 mins and then I was surprised to see another doctor who did my checkup. She was his assistant. Im sorry, but I signed up for Dr bassel, not his assistant. He only showed up at the very end of the checkup for about 5 mins and introduced himself. What a showoff!! He didn’t even bother asking me about my problem! Even his assistant did an x-ray to see if I have any dental cavities, and then she told me that I had 5 dental cavities on my left side, I was devastated! Only when I thought that things that cant get any worse, on my way to the gate, they followed me to the door and charged me 50 dollars for the x-ray images. What the hell? I mean, the doctor didn’t even bother looking at these x-ray images to tell me what my problem is, he blindly relied on his so-called “assistant” who i believe misdiagnosed me. A few days after that, I visited another dental clinic, they did panoramic x-ray images and it turns out that I had only one dental cavity on the left side!!! Wow, Dr. bassel doughan and his assistant and this whole stupid clinic should be shut down!! All they aim for is stealing people’s money and misdiagnosing them!

I have known Dr. Riad Basho from more than 20 years when he had a private clinic in Bristol and I can sincerely vow that he is the best dentist for kids and this is not coming only from my feedback but also from the feedback of every mum I recommended Dr. Basho to her. Besides being professional he is also a friendly and courteous doctor who cares about his patients.

Best quality of dental care

Came on Saturday for a follow up appointment, I waited 45 minutes to be seen. The first Dr. who came to see me obviously was not able to communicate with me so the other Dr, (Amir) who speaks english came then and had a very quick look on my teeth, he suggested a root canal treatment!! which is a complicated treatment! I told him I came last week and the other Dr. suggested to do permanent filling as root canal is like last option and don't want to go into complicated procedure as a first option. He then said why not! and he started to suggest to do unnecessary X-ray and do other things just for sake of getting money! I simply left and never come again. If you want to destroy your teeth and in addition spend unnecessary money then come to this clinic. Very bad customer treatment by Dr.s as well. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My reply to the owner's comment: First of all, I appreciate that you admit the fact you can’t control the schedule of your clients> I waited 40 minutes! You said I have been 3 times to your clinic--- that’s false information You said I have been to 5 different clinics before I came to your clinic -----that’s false information!! Please try to call me and get the facts rather than accusing me! My problem with my tooth is that filling is not stable and I was looking for more stronger filling options, not root canal treatment for God sake!! There is only a small crack in my tooth and that what caused sensitivity and he wanted an X-ray for it!! I don’t buy that. You mentioned your clinic offers free consultation, well I can see how you compensate that by ordering unnecessary X-rays and extra.. I am extremely disappointed and please don’t expect me to come again even if you offer free consultation because I can see there is no work ethics in your clinic.

I had an appointment for replacing a broken filling at 4:30 and had to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor. No respect for the customer's time. The doctor was good, but doesn't really explain what's he doing, you also feel he's rushed to see other customers.

An elegant place, the treatment and hospitality are superior, and the service was excellent.

It's very nice clinic from doctors to employees. My daughter was seafaring from her teeth we went alot of clinics only BDC clinic solve this problem specially Dr.Abhitha and her asst. Arwa there treatment was very good ♥️♥️

I have received treatment from both Dr. Tripathy and Dr. Rahul and they are not only highly skilled professionals but have amazing personalities and that applies for the assistants too. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic for everyone.

I recommend visiting Dr. Abdolmohsen for any dental issue for these reasons: - He is very skilled and has light hands. You don’t feel any pain at all. - He is very informative while he is working on the patient. - He doesn’t tell you things you don’t need like other money milking dental centers. The clinic offers very good services, it is clean and the staff is very kind Dr Eram Qureshi is a very good orthodontist, calm and smiling, she answered very clearly and politely to any question related to the treatment. The scheduled time is always respected

I have been to this doctor several times , i have had 12 sessions . After having an accident i developed a 3 fractures and the only physiotherapist who can do a better job is dr hani .
