I called cmc to take an appointment, the operator was unprofessional they were laughing and try to talk to me sarcastically! I would never call them again if they have this kind of staff

I was visiting Dubai and had to do some blood tests. I have visited CMC Dubai and informed them that I need the results the second day as I am traveling. Despite several calls and trials to follow up, I was not able to get a satisfying answer, until my call was attended by Raymond, whom he had offered the needed assistance and made sure to receive the results in a timely manner. Raymond has been very helpful, professional and proactive. He followed up on my request and called after to make sure that my case has been resolved. He has demonstrated a high level of patient care and service. Thank you Raymond and keep up the good work

My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.

It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The doctor was rude and was yelling at me. I do not recommend Dr Ivan Neuro surgeon or that hospital. I was expected to have injections in my back in a messy room with a patient eating and the smell was making me sick. They told me to take my money back. And leave

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. Again this review is NOT for the Doctors or nurses or neither their treatment.

I heard a lot about this hospital, but I think the service is average. But it is true that many good and experienced doctors do chambers here. But there is also a flip side to the coin of this hospital. A few days ago, after the death of a patient and her neonates under the care of Dr. Songjukta Saha, various irregularities and sufferings of the hospital have come to the fore. Service, Doctors are very qualified and experienced. Stuffs are also very well mannered. Floors are neat and clean, have big space. But from outlook to inside its really beautiful, design is also so excellent. We have come here for second time with same problem, Gallbladder stone and Harnia. The charge of every service is expensive.... It will be okay if they provide better services for this kinda amount. But they don't give the proper service..
