You feel the cutting cost at every corner except at payment desks Doctor promises you 5 min proceedure and one hour stay easily end up with 10 hours stay with no unusual events, ICU nurse promise to attend you in 2 min end up 20 min They work hard, but patients leave with lots of complains and irritation

Excellent medical service. Great physiotherapy sessions with Mr. Luke Hinds. Also the dermatologist Dr. Habiba provides you with full attention and care during consultation. I would highly recommend the facility as long as you have good insurance. On selfpay, it might be expensive but worth the quality of service.

I had a very challenging experience with my recent medical procedure . I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and had been fasting since 6 am the previous day. When I arrived for my 10:30 am appointment, I was not immediately admitted. After inquiring with several staff members, the receptionist instructed me to wait outside, as there were no available rooms, and my procedure was rescheduled for 12 pm. Feeling increasingly frustrated due to hunger, a headache, and the staff's behavior, I eventually voiced my concerns strongly. Seeing my distress, they accommodated me in the nurse's room. This visit was necessary as my usual doctor had left the country, and I had to consult with Dr. Jamil. However, due to this experience, I've decided not to return to that facility.

Well Furnished! BUT!!! But the management is still low. And one more thing , medicine price inside the Hospital is high. Hospital management should work on pricing and in the hygienic section. according to new rule, you need to pay a portion of your bill regularly and you need to buy medicine separately.

Although the new building is in construction, it serves a great deal to its patients. I wonder how a private hospital serves better than all other big names with great ratings. Most of the local and poor people heavily depend on this hospital. I think the hospital is going to be the best one in Chattogram in no time. I bet the service from the expert doctors will make you feel at home. If you can consider the old clerks, you can feel free to take the service from here. My mother took cancer treatment here. Doctor GANGOTHARI gave chemo tablets to her. She has very worst attitude and treating patients very badly.I agree doctor should not hide anything regarding treatment. But we said doctor you can tell anything to us but please don't tell infornt of my mother. But she hasn't hear anything, she told my mother that we are giving tablets to make you survive for next 2 or 3 months. Her confidence level is completely broken and my mom was shattered. Now we lost my mom 10 days back. This is not a right way to treat patients. Doctors like her should learn how to speak with patients firstly before to treat.

My advice don't don't go this Hospital. I completed my radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment this Hospital. Treatment is Good and the staff but the doctor doesn't ask your problems and try to cure it only for money he is getting money with out bill and medicines without prescription and the medicines are too expensive. He is doing chemotherapy treatment in his own hospital near his home without bill only. Try to avoid go there

No one going on these hospital it is very risky for patient health. When some one goes to this hospital he not care his patient his ICU unit is very bad. "Nasty" hospital is what my experience says about this hell in our city. It's a nightmare filled with unpleasant and aggressive behaviour with both patients as well as their family members. The staff has no sense of politeness or social well being and unfortunately they shouldn't have been in this field of serving people. They charge more and care less. If you don't believe my words then please go pay a visit and you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

My father was a patient of Dr Santosh Kumar, who has gone through double knee replacement operation under him. Please note that he personally does not do any operation, does not come to floor or talk to patient. He is just there to recommend patients for knee surgery and then his team does all of the activities on behalf of him. We did not see him or talked to him during the whole admission time. He does not come to floor even. His team was only did the OT. After OT, only the sisters informed us that OT is done and handed over the empty packets of knee transplants.(no interaction with doctor). Even during surgery follow ups, only his junoir doctor saw him. The hospital itself could have been organized in better way. The beds are used are of old days, same lifts are used for patients and visitors which make you wait for long even if you want to go just 1 floor (no stairs). And remember only veg food is provided to the patients. But the staffs and sisters watching over my father were helpful and never showed any attitude. Wish it is same with all the members of the hospital.

It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit. The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed. Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

Best Orthopedic Hospital in Dubai. We have experienced amazing care and service from this Hospital during our visits. We are very impressed and happy to see the nursing team members very helpful at all the time especially Ms. Shiny and Ms. Florence. Overall servic and environment is good but the only negative side is the support staffs behaviour is not up to mark.

Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.

Most caring nurse John and Dr Mona; took the time to explain and go through everything each step of the way. My son was looked after and felt at ease despite his fear of needles. He’s feeling much better. The whole ER experience was smooth and efficient.

I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. Bad management. I spent time from 12:00 pm to 18:30 pm for a simple health check-up which took longer than some public hospitals. I waited for hour just to pay the bill because the staff forgot and skip my queue. The rest of the service was okay.
