As an outpatient from overseas, the staffs are very polite and quick-witted. Went to dermatologist for my skin problem. From my viewpoint, the information staff, the dermatologist clinic's nurse, the dermatologist (dr. Patrick Liew; gotta appreciate how he asked me the details of my skin problem, he even took his time to do the lengthy anamnesis which won't often happen nowadays), pharmacist, even the madam who is in charge of lavatory cleanliness are very professional and fast-working. Also, the total fee is not overcharging at all. Now I'll just wait until I recover from my skin problem 😌

Good Hospital Experience
I recently had to admit my son to this hospital due to an infection, and I must say that our experience was exceptional. The medical and non-medical staff were very professional and provided us with excellent care throughout our stay. The doctor who was treating my son explained everything in detail and discussed the treatment plan with us, which put our minds at ease.
The food served in the hospital was excellent, and my son was able to enjoy a variety of healthy and delicious meals during his stay. The room was also very comfortable, and we were provided with everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care. The quality of care provided by the staff, along with the comfortable room and good food, make it a top-notch facility that I would not hesitate to use again if needed. Five stars!

My wife delivered our baby girl at Aurelius Hospital Nilai on 12/10/2022. It is the nearest hospital to our home. My wife had to undergo c-section due to clinical reasons as advised by the wonderful O&G specialist, Dr. Azizah bt. Rusly.
The overall experience was very good. The delivery process was smooth, ontime and seamless. The facilities are awesome. The newly renovated single room ward has great ambience, very comfortable, very clean and also quite spacious.
The nurses and midwives are very friendly, helpful and professional. Our baby was very well pampered at the nursery. Thanks to the team for the great service. Keep up the good work and most importantly, maintain the service quality.
Both mom and baby are in good health. Also, thanks for the goodies during check out 🤗

Here got many good doctor, especially Dr Yaw Chong Hwa, Dr Ang Kai Ping , Dr Terrence, Dr Wong cheng yang !but when you admitted , not all floor nurse is good. This time I'm staying here over 2 weeks already, stay at 5th floor, 5A, the nurse almost all very bad behavior and rude. But when they saw me know and good with many doctor, their behavior changed. More polite and smile. Now only 1 nurse really rude. No smile, no thanks , no sorry, doing things very loud. And in the past, the food is OK, but recently really bad.

I want a medical report from the Dr and hospital just say i have to wait until the Dr come after 8 days the report still not ready. Pelik hospital tak simpan medical record. I went for my women's lifestyle health screening today at UPSC. The promo price is very worth it as it covers so many tests. Also the staff is very friendly and polite and got me some warm drinks and water in between waiting for the different tests. There is also a quiet snacks area with tidbits you can purchase while waiting. A pleasant experience.

I hardly give out reviews but if I do, its either its really good or the opposite. I was hospitalised recently, for a week. The tender loving care shown by Dr Ragu Shanmuganathan, the Lavender ward staff, OT staff and pastoral care volunteers has definitely contributed to my fast recovery. Decent facilities, room and bathroom are clean daily. Good selection of meals to choose from, on daily basis. The nurses are attentive and with their warm smile and caring attitude, I have no doubt I will be well taken care off. Thank you Dr Ragu, for your understanding and light jokes so that i’ve not much worries and thumbs up to heroes of Ms Low’s team such Hidayah, Noranisah, Sumathy, Ritcell, Fauziah, Norrehan, Sister Carolyn and Magdeline and the nurses who took good care of me and my needs during my stay. As for area of improvements, i noticed the meals delivered are not warm and cold some time. Would be good to invest for some food warmer for F&B staff to use when they distribute meals around. Otherwise, good job Assunta and keep up the amazing works!

A private hospital that truly cares for the patients and is not just focused on profits. Reasonably priced. You'll be glad to know that part of the profits go to their palliative care charity.
Doctors and nurses are friendly and caring. Service is quick and efficient.
There's a 7-eleven inside.
Valet parking is conveniently located just outside the A&E (RM10 for 3 hours). Multi-level parking is available too (RM3 for first hour and RM2 subsequent hour).

Brought my sister in law to the hospital for persistant bloody vomit.
We got a sloppy gynecologist! The gynecologist took her own sweet time to arrive.. the nurses waited for the gynecologist to respond for almost 3 hours.
Reluctant to explain anything to the husband... When the patient is admitted under O&G we expect an explanation from gynaecologist but the the gyne oncall had an audacity to say no "She is not my case first of all" . Do you all need a complaint in Sispaa to improve your quality of service?
The junior doctor who was assigned later to explain the details was all teary. I dont see the need for a incapable specialist to bully a junior doctor.
The website says husband friendly 'waiting area'. What is husband friendly? A tent outside of the building in a mosquito infested area on a rainy day?
I would give a zero star for a hospital with 3rd class service.

Sharing my experience when I brought my mum here for her annual mammogram and follow-up. The relevant department had moved to a new building called "Institut Endokrin". Therefore, there is no need to queue at pendaftaran and Klinik Surgikal of the main building anymore.
Institut Endokrin is still accessible via the main building. Just head to the security guard station near the Radiology Department at Lobi Utama and they will guide you to use a small walkway from there. There is no need to use the lift or stairs as it is located on the same floor. There is a lot of walking to do to get to Klinik Pakar. Those with mobility issues should be aware. If you're lost halfway, all you need to do is ask. The guards are very helpful and informative. The registration process at Klinik Pakar is the same. However, you can only get a number after 7:30AM.
At first, we were told to do the mammogram at the usual Radiology Department located back in the main building. So, we walked all the way back there and waited. Not long after that, they told us to head back to Institut Endokrin again 🙃 Turns out, they are moving into a brand new Radiology Department located at Level 1 (underground) of Institut Endokrin and it was their FIRST DAY.
Since it was their first day and our first experience in the new Radiology Department, it was very unorganized. There were some problems in the process. Out of all problems, an IT problem which rendered them unable to get the scanned images into the system to allow the doctors to view, was the worst. At one point, we were told that if the problem persists, all patients and staff would need to head back to the old Radiology Department and my mum would have to go through another mammogram and ultrasound procedure AGAIN 🤦🏻♀️
Thankfully, we didn't need to go that far and it was resolved. Despite the messy situation, the staff was calm and they kept us updated. I do hope things would improve when they have settled down further. Last but not least, I do hope that the mobile coverage in the new building could get better. I'm a Maxis user, but my mobile data was running at "E" the entire time I was underground.
