Well, my family has been your patient for 3 years and finally we are done with it.
We visited this hospital around 30-40 times in the 3 years time.
We will never visit again.
I had many bad experiences here.
Below is the most recent one.
I went to consult Dr at 230pm on 24th Feb 2023.
After I have done consulting with Dr, I went to do ultrasound, after completing everything at 4pm.
I was at the counter waiting for payment.
I waited until 430pm. And the counter told me that Dr did not inform what medicine to provide to me. The counter told me to go back or wait until the Dr is available. Then I chose to go back home.
At 530pm, the nurse sent me the prescription.
I went to 4-5 pharmacies and been told that I actually can’t buy the medicine there. And now the nurse tells me by WhatsApp that I can buy the medicine from the hospital. And I know this hospital always got system problem. I asked the nurse to make sure that they have the medicine. But 5 mins later the nurse checked that the medicine is not available in your hospital. The nurse advise that I have to go to the hospital and ask when the medicine will be available. YOU HAVE MY NUMBER.
Dr advise to eat the medicine everyday until the next appointment.
While no one in the hospital could tell me when the medicine will be arriving on that 3 days.
I made a complaint and even the CEO contacted me but still no answer when the medicine will be arriving.
I just want to know when. I don't wish to be waiting on something that has no answer.
At last I was in real pain, I tried my luck on that Sunday night around 9pm, I went to the hospital and been told that the medicine arrived at 7pm Sunday.
Besides this, you will face different answers for the regulation from the desk, nurse & doctor.
And, there is also a Dr that will keep recommending to stay in the hospital.
I do not wish to post here, but because my complaint was ignored.
I also surveyed that some big hospitals price are cheaper than here. Be a wise customer.

My personal experience. ( 2 times admission)
Paediatric ward : Overall excellent
Dr Alex : Very wise, excellent at handling kids, enable us to understand a situation in easy words, always give us a clear treatment plan and estimation, follow up via watsapps shows doctor is genuinely concern about his patients also enable us to easily communicate with doctor if there's a problem. Dr Alex is always well updated about patient before his daily rounds. He definitely provides excellent service.
Nurses and assistants: Very professional, great in handling kids, knowledgeable, always showing concern, very fast, so far not even one nurse showed any hostility all of them were very pleasant. All of them have provided excellent service.
Cleaners: The ward is very clean always clean especially the bathrooms they're clean all the time. The cleaners do it so frequently. I've observed them cleaning they don't clean for the sake of cleaning they actually clean genuinely every corner is sanitized the bed rods and everything I was amazed.
Food : Very suitable for kids and tasty too. Not disappointed even once every meal was good.
Emergency department:
1st visit : I think a medical assistant performed the insertion for the line my daughter was traumatized. The doors were close so we weren't sure how he did it. My child usually doesn't scream like that during line insertions or blood taking. She still has the bruise from that line insertion.
Ps : Should train medic assistant at the ED to handle kids. The Paed ward did blood taking n line insertion so smoothly.
2nd visit: ED department was okay line insertion and blood taking were okay.

Good Hospital Experience
I recently had to admit my son to this hospital due to an infection, and I must say that our experience was exceptional. The medical and non-medical staff were very professional and provided us with excellent care throughout our stay. The doctor who was treating my son explained everything in detail and discussed the treatment plan with us, which put our minds at ease.
The food served in the hospital was excellent, and my son was able to enjoy a variety of healthy and delicious meals during his stay. The room was also very comfortable, and we were provided with everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care. The quality of care provided by the staff, along with the comfortable room and good food, make it a top-notch facility that I would not hesitate to use again if needed. Five stars!

My wife delivered our baby girl at Aurelius Hospital Nilai on 12/10/2022. It is the nearest hospital to our home. My wife had to undergo c-section due to clinical reasons as advised by the wonderful O&G specialist, Dr. Azizah bt. Rusly.
The overall experience was very good. The delivery process was smooth, ontime and seamless. The facilities are awesome. The newly renovated single room ward has great ambience, very comfortable, very clean and also quite spacious.
The nurses and midwives are very friendly, helpful and professional. Our baby was very well pampered at the nursery. Thanks to the team for the great service. Keep up the good work and most importantly, maintain the service quality.
Both mom and baby are in good health. Also, thanks for the goodies during check out 🤗

I went for my women's lifestyle health screening today at UPSC. The promo price is very worth it as it covers so many tests. Also the staff is very friendly and polite and got me some warm drinks and water in between waiting for the different tests. There is also a quiet snacks area with tidbits you can purchase while waiting. A pleasant experience.

Brought my sister in law to the hospital for persistant bloody vomit.
We got a sloppy gynecologist! The gynecologist took her own sweet time to arrive.. the nurses waited for the gynecologist to respond for almost 3 hours.
Reluctant to explain anything to the husband... When the patient is admitted under O&G we expect an explanation from gynaecologist but the the gyne oncall had an audacity to say no "She is not my case first of all" . Do you all need a complaint in Sispaa to improve your quality of service?
The junior doctor who was assigned later to explain the details was all teary. I dont see the need for a incapable specialist to bully a junior doctor.
The website says husband friendly 'waiting area'. What is husband friendly? A tent outside of the building in a mosquito infested area on a rainy day?
I would give a zero star for a hospital with 3rd class service.

Sharing my experience when I brought my mum here for her annual mammogram and follow-up. The relevant department had moved to a new building called "Institut Endokrin". Therefore, there is no need to queue at pendaftaran and Klinik Surgikal of the main building anymore.
Institut Endokrin is still accessible via the main building. Just head to the security guard station near the Radiology Department at Lobi Utama and they will guide you to use a small walkway from there. There is no need to use the lift or stairs as it is located on the same floor. There is a lot of walking to do to get to Klinik Pakar. Those with mobility issues should be aware. If you're lost halfway, all you need to do is ask. The guards are very helpful and informative. The registration process at Klinik Pakar is the same. However, you can only get a number after 7:30AM.
At first, we were told to do the mammogram at the usual Radiology Department located back in the main building. So, we walked all the way back there and waited. Not long after that, they told us to head back to Institut Endokrin again 🙃 Turns out, they are moving into a brand new Radiology Department located at Level 1 (underground) of Institut Endokrin and it was their FIRST DAY.
Since it was their first day and our first experience in the new Radiology Department, it was very unorganized. There were some problems in the process. Out of all problems, an IT problem which rendered them unable to get the scanned images into the system to allow the doctors to view, was the worst. At one point, we were told that if the problem persists, all patients and staff would need to head back to the old Radiology Department and my mum would have to go through another mammogram and ultrasound procedure AGAIN 🤦🏻♀️
Thankfully, we didn't need to go that far and it was resolved. Despite the messy situation, the staff was calm and they kept us updated. I do hope things would improve when they have settled down further. Last but not least, I do hope that the mobile coverage in the new building could get better. I'm a Maxis user, but my mobile data was running at "E" the entire time I was underground.

Came here for Covid19 2md booster vaccination. A little bit puzzled on finding the vaccination booth as we entered from the back of the building. Overall quick service with acceptable customer care. The hospital is quite quiet, but have a very nice ambience. Love the lobby!

I hardly give out reviews but if I do, its either its really good or the opposite. I was hospitalised recently, for a week. The tender loving care shown by Dr Ragu Shanmuganathan, the Lavender ward staff, OT staff and pastoral care volunteers has definitely contributed to my fast recovery. Decent facilities, room and bathroom are clean daily. Good selection of meals to choose from, on daily basis. The nurses are attentive and with their warm smile and caring attitude, I have no doubt I will be well taken care off. Thank you Dr Ragu, for your understanding and light jokes so that i’ve not much worries and thumbs up to heroes of Ms Low’s team such Hidayah, Noranisah, Sumathy, Ritcell, Fauziah, Norrehan, Sister Carolyn and Magdeline and the nurses who took good care of me and my needs during my stay. As for area of improvements, i noticed the meals delivered are not warm and cold some time. Would be good to invest for some food warmer for F&B staff to use when they distribute meals around. Otherwise, good job Assunta and keep up the amazing works!

A private hospital that truly cares for the patients and is not just focused on profits. Reasonably priced. You'll be glad to know that part of the profits go to their palliative care charity.
Doctors and nurses are friendly and caring. Service is quick and efficient.
There's a 7-eleven inside.
Valet parking is conveniently located just outside the A&E (RM10 for 3 hours). Multi-level parking is available too (RM3 for first hour and RM2 subsequent hour).
