Alhamdulillah, I am very grateful and delighted for the care, professionalism, and wonderful hospitality during my stay at KJMC from 27/9/23 to 28/9/23. First time in my 40+ years of life admitted to hospital and I was super scared and anxious. Big Thank you to Dr Roslan Abd Halim (O&G), Dr Abdul Raof and team for helping me to go through it smoothly. What I am in awe was... there is an ustaz that recite prayer/ Doa together with me before going to OT and immediately I am feeling more calm and relieved. Thank you so much KJMC 😊🤲🥰

This experience is even more disappointing than my previous encounters at government hospitals. I was admitted here through emergency last night, and after numerous tests, it was confirmed that I am positive for influenza B. I've been dealing with severe coughing and a sore throat, making it impossible to sleep. At 5 am, I urgently requested cough medicine and a spray for relief, but the nurses informed me that I had to wait for the doctor's morning check-up to prescribe the medication. Despite waiting until 12 pm for the doctor's arrival, the medicine still hasn't been provided, and it has been five hours. They explained that they are in the process of preparing the medicine. Honestly, considering the delay, I'm contemplating whether it would be quicker to go to an external clinic or pharmacy to purchase the medication. It's disheartening to face such delays in a hospital setting, and I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

Clean and nice place. But they are too freaking slow. it took more than 1h 30mins from the moment they told us about the ward number until my wife got into her ward. Ridiculous.

The doctors and nurses here are very helpful， understand my special identity and give me enough private space during my admission. Their service is also very attentive, I won’t say I wish to come back again , but I would say that if anything on hospitalisation, you are still my first choice☺️ Thanks !

Ward 2B All the nurse in 2B like everyone own them billion dollar, they are not come to help their patient nor patient family members. All your nurse will only know how to restrict you to do anythings.. without suggest alternative solution. Hey... Patient and the patient family members paid money for treatment...not paid money come here and let you order or instruct them with nonsen reason of yours.. but when the family members ask your nurse to do things, they will just know how to say " I not sure", " You just wait Doctor", " You wait 1st I come later" " You need to wait" Eventually nothings your nurse manage to help nor they really successfully help.. Cause after 1000 years also they didn't come to help the family members. .... Such lousy service in nowdays, you think how long your hospital can sustain..

I am very grateful to Dr Mogan for he has done a great job in getting right in the whole diagnostic process. He is very detail, sincere and capable in addressing the rootcause of my illness with proper proposal to me. I am a difficult to treat patient with precondition of 3 years serious iron deficiency anemia due to heavy menstrual disorder. I came all the way from KL to Ipoh see Dr Mogan for second opinion as recommended by my mum and sis. This is the best O&G specialist I have seen so far compare to a few gynae I met. Kudos to Dr. Mogan and all Fatimah Hospital nurses and staff. Two surgery in less than a week, I wouldnt be able to make it through without your support. Thank you for helping me in regaining my health. My heartfelt gratitude to all. God bless all of you.

Last month on 17/6, I was admitted to Hospital Fatimah into emergency ward due to intestinal problems gets me into pain for a day. The request is from me to the one of hospital in Ipoh due to family also at home. The surgery has happened on 18/6, and it is OK but I’m not get used to this due to after abdominal surgery, so I was able to get help from the nurse in charge on day and night. The doctors in charge are helpful for the first time into surgery process and it’s been over 3 weeks, I’m moving on for abdominal recovery. But one thing it is discomfort is, the private hospital is becoming other’s patients private hotel. Usually there will be less noise but the patients nearby are quite noisy. But whatever, I hope that I am on smooth and get well soon.

A really big THANK YOU to Dr Bernard for his remarkable and exceptional skill in saving my limp. Been in road accident twice, yet I'm lucky enough to met with Dr Bernard. A very well experienced, talented and down to earth Orthopaedic doctor that put his life long skill into saving my limp. Not only he is being helpful to my needs during my recent admission, he also explained in details about my surgery and conditions. Yet after the surgery, I do not suffer any severe pain and I recover well.

It’s been around 3 months since my second cataract operation and I’m still marvelling at going around without glasses, for the first time in almost 60 years! Summer’s coming and I can wear RayBans without contact lenses, thanks to Doctor Howard and his team. Thanks also to the management and staff at Sungai Long Specialist Hospital for their friendly professionalism.

Good place and friendly staff here. From security guard, front desk, customer service staff, nurse and even the doctors here are very helpful, caring and friendly. Super thanks to Dr. Ng C.K who help deliver my baby. My wife have a pleasant delivery experience for our first born baby. And also thanks to Dr. Alex who really care with babies. Thank you for the follow up too. The midwife here are very friendly and willing to teach you how to feed baby if you are first time daddy/mummy. Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.

Great experience and hospitality. Great food too. Updated: Patient should've been told for the service not compulsory and not even covered by the insurance. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. The room was clean and comfortable while the food is great with big portion. We were assisted by Dr Fadzlina but this time with Dr Yap. Both are great dr with very detail explanation and assist.Thank you so much for your services.

Updated as on Friday 1/12/23 Thier customer service manager contacted me and attended my concern and feedback which they would like to meet up with me for better understanding 🤔 Since I do have follow up we did manage to meet up on 5/12/23. Highlighted all my questions and comments. Hopefully they will take awareness of thier customer service and patients care 😎 on thier staff and nurses. Posted on Thursday 30/11/23 First ever nitemare to be admitted in Regency Specialist at Ward 5B, Nursers worst ever customer skills and patients care from them. No smiling face no greet no initiative no communication no team work. Hot water flask not even refill everyday by the staff that serving food. Have to self-refill by myself every day even I went to nurses’ counter! No proper hand rub hygiene/glove/mask or wipe down before attending to me. I’m on IV Drip and antibiotic yet they can miss out till my cannula by a long thin tube blood clog and I have to poke again on my other side of hand middle of the nite and was done my MO not the nursers which chargeable to me on their carelessness mistake not checking on me? Stay for 5nite only change my bedsheet for 3times. Room and toilet full of small black ants which will randomly walk around. Do they even have pet and insect control? Really disappointed to be amidated here, thought is under the HMI Mgmt should be up to standard by them. As they are considering big group in healthcare in Singapore as they also do Education and Training Centre for the healthcare support sector.

I brought my grandmother to the hospital for a follow-up consultation, but the hospital stopped me at the front counter and told me that I could not go to see doctor because we had a fee that we had not yet paid off. But this fee was due to the improper arrangement of the operating room by hospital, which caused us to have to pay back the fee, pay the extra fee. What makes me feel very angry is that the hospital prevented us from seeing the doctor and did not allow us to go for follow-up consultation and to check my grandmother's wound. If my grandmother unfortunately has a problem with the wound and an accident occurs, I will hold you responsible for this? Please ask the hospital to pay attention to this issue. Are we responsible for this cost? Why can the hospital prevent the patient from seeing the doctor and prevent the patient goes for a follow-up consultation to check the wound? Does the hospital really have this right?

RSH provide good services from registration until i discharge from here. Im very satisfied & very thankful to dr thokha & team & all staff in LR. Tk

Bad experience. On Tuesday 5/12 morning, got confirmation to review my result for health screening on Wednesday 6/12, but suddenly on tuesday afternoon 6.00 pm received another message from upsc said cancel that appt change to Thursday 7/12, reason doctor on medical leave. Oo please la, where the replacement doctor. I take my AL to attend that appointment but noting. Today i re ask the hospital for confirmation, no feedback. Confirm or not i not sure, the doctor still on leave or not still no feedback. UPSC please appreciate people time, waste my AL for something not confirm.

Had a not so good experience appt. I buat health screening tapi, the Dr x explain or advise on the body composition, bmi, fat and management of diet. Dr not fully use all the diagnostic test for weight management issue. First 2 follow up ok, then being cancel last minute, meet another Dr, the Dr advice just follow up with previous Dr for any medicince adjustment. Then, esok nak jumpa Dr, appointment cancel. Cancel macam tu je, x de respect people time. 😑Please do improve and respect other people time. Whatsapp pun kadang x de respond.

Had a very pleasant experience at CVSKL. I was unsure about certain things regarding my appointment but Sharon Heng of Dr John Chan’s clinic was able to assist. And although she was on leave, she took the trouble to call me to explain further and followed up the next day. Sharon is a gem. Dr John Chan is very lucky to have someone like her working for him.

In July, my husband experienced chest pain, prompting us to rush to CVSKL Malaysia's emergency department. Right from the start, we were impressed by the care and attention we received. The ED doctor was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. They quickly conducted an ECG and echocardiogram, leading to my husband's admission. The next morning, Dr. Al-Fazir performed an angiogram for further diagnosis. In the following month, my husband underwent complex stenting, once again expertly handled by Dr. Al-Fazir. His expertise and transparency instilled great confidence in us. In my opinion, Dr. Al-Fazir is an extraordinary expert who goes above and beyond. He's straightforward and speaks the truth about complex stenting, never sugarcoating anything. We truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Al-Fazir made it a point to meet with us every day, and his positivity and genuine concern for our well-being were incredibly reassuring. Nurse Nor and Nurse Sylvester were our heroes. Their dedication and compassion were incredible. They went the extra mile to ensure my husband's comfort and well-being, making a significant difference during his recovery. Despite a few minor hiccups, the entire CVSKL team, from medical professionals to administrative staff, ensured we were well taken care of. Our heartfelt thanks go to Puan Zehan and Puan Syima for their assistance in addressing our needs. Thanks to CVSKL Malaysia, my husband is now on the path to recovery, and we couldn't be happier with the care we received. Dr. Al-Fazir, along with the dedicated team at CVSKL, truly embody the spirit of expertise, honesty, and heartfelt care.

My dad had done bypass surgery at this hospital by Dr John Chan. We have great confidence in him and his abilities. Thank you so much for the great care and surgery performed on my dad. Also thanks to the nurse Sharon who helped us from booking appointments until discharged from ward. Thanks for her kindness and answered our questions enthusiastically. We also glad to have Dr Nadia as anesthetist. My dad had been treated very well by all the nurse, physiotherapist, nutritionist and staff. We appreciate that all the services from every department.
