My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Doctors are awesome, one of the best in Mumbai. Service is pathetic !!! You go on pressing the call button for hours and no nurse comes in, highly miss managed, you will be going around without any help from here to there (as if it’s a govt hospital) and many such negative things … But again - doctors are really really great here!!!

This hospital is the epitome of atrocity globally. My father was admitted due to a heart-related issue, and they subjected his frail body to numerous tests and experiments, further weakening him. Despite his delicate state, they proceeded with the bypass surgery without assessing his thin and feeble condition or considering whether his body could endure the procedure. The experiments conducted by them ultimately cost him his life. The doctors displayed a complete lack of support and denied visitation. During my last attempt to see my father before the surgery, they refused entry, escorting him to the operation theatre without allowing a proper farewell. From a distance, my father kept looking at me, desiring to meet, but these heartless individuals denied us that privilege. The management is deplorable. My father meant everything to me, and now, we are facing financial hardship, finding ourselves on the streets. In just four days, they generated a bill of 8 lakh rupees. I earnestly implore you to refrain from choosing this hospital based on the harrowing experience my family endured. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone else, but the decision is yours. The repercussions of such suffering only affect the families involved, not others.

Recently i admit my dad in Metro Hospital under Gastrology, we have a worst experience, - The doctor in gastro OPD recommended , sleeping pills to a serious liver patient, my dad, which is wrong as per medical science. - OPD to Ward - Ward To HDU - in just 1 DAY - NO improvement only worse condition in 4 days - - The nursing staff is worse in ICU HDU , which is the main thing they do not have the correct knowledge. - Very much Money Minded Hospital .

Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly. There's no free parking, slow elevators.

The service of this pharmacy at the ground floor is terrible. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the front desk to handover my prescription. There is no clear procedure to purchase the medicines. The front pharmacist guy takes too much time to read the prescription. Once you pay, still have to wait like another 20,25 minutes in the queue to collect your meds. Certainly, not satisfied at all about the service from the ground floor pharmacy.

No one can do wrong. Worst experience I've ever had with an online appoinment. By mistake I had set up a physical appointment for an audio appointment. But there is nothing else to do but act like that. Shame on you Durdens. keep my money.

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.

ZERO STAR RATING TO THE WORST HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I want to share my concerns about the National Hospital of Sri Lanka (NHSL), which, despite being the primary government hospital, has some serious issues with its healthcare system. My experiences at NHSL have been quite disappointing, and I feel it's important to bring these matters to everyone's attention. The problems I faced include unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and a lack of empathy from the hospital staff. A significant challenge I observed is the exhaustion of patients due to what seems like a lack of attention and care from the hospital staff. It's disheartening to see patients, already vulnerable, feeling more tired and discouraged by the system meant to provide them with medical support. I also want to express my concern about reported racial bias by some staff members. A healthcare environment should be inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination. Such behavior goes against medical ethics and can severely impact the well-being of patients. One such example, the security woman in the Endocrine clinic (4th floor) lacks empathy and compassion towards the sick and needy. While I understand the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, it's crucial to maintain a high standard of professionalism to ensure patients receive the care they deserve. These reported issues reflect poorly not only on individual practitioners but on the healthcare system as a whole. It’s true I can’t expect professionalism from NHSL while the country itself is unprofessional and vile but still I felt the need to voice out my opinion.

This on one of the worst and pathetic health systems in the world. The health system we encountered was really sad. It had a lot of problems and things that didn't work well. My mom needed to get an MRI scan, which is an important medical test. But we were told that the scan had to be delayed for a whole month because they didn't have enough ink. We felt very frustrated and disappointed...After waiting for a long time, we finally got instructions to go to the hospital at 8 AM on a certain day. We followed the instructions and arrived even earlier at 7:30 AM. But little did we know that this was just the beginning of a difficult and emotionally draining experience...We were taken to a room where we spent the whole day, waiting anxiously for my mom's turn for the scan. As time went by, I gathered up the courage to ask about the delay many times. Each time, they promised it would only be another hour and told us not to eat anything...The staff didn't show any understanding or kindness towards us. They didn't take our concerns seriously, which made us even more upset. The hours passed by and it started getting late, but there was no progress or communication from them...My mom, who is 61 years old, sat there patiently without eating anything since morning. She looked tired and weak because of it. It hurt me deeply to see her suffer like that... To be honest, I can't recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical help. But people like us who don't have much money don't have other options or resources to go somewhere else for better care. Private hospitals are too expensive for us...This experience has left a lasting impact on me - it reminds me how broken and inadequate our healthcare system can be for people who are less fortunate. I really hope that one day no one will have to go through such difficult times when they need important medical services.

The doctors and especially the nurses in the hospital are useless. These nurses are often engaged in social media outside the ward and often only one or two nurses stay in the ward and surf social media on smart phones. Even if a patient cries out that it is difficult, they are not looked after. They don't even check if the patients are breathing, and while giving the medicine, they pour water into the mouth of a patient and put a pill and leave without even looking to see if the medicine has been swallowed or swallowed. Patients or caregivers of patients are not told and concealed about the patient's condition. No advice is given. At least they did not say whether the patient was discharged and nurses says that they were discharged only if the patient's guardians forced them to ask. Hygiene of patients is not looked after. Nurses and doctors go about their lives happily letting patients die. The x-rays taken from the patients are not given to the caretakers and are kept with them even after discharge. They are not working for taking salaries from people's tax money. endangering the lives of poor people. I can call them Satan's children.

Kudos to all nursing staff. They were a great support during the difficult times. Night staff were exceptional always running to people’s aid - I felt they were overloaded with work. Found new respect for the night staff The facilities staff were so polite, lot of patience and so respectful. They were amazing people. Over all great service and support. Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

You guys don't think much about the staff letting work 12hrs continuously for 5days and give them duty on next day. This is an hospital and you guys need to keep your staff mentally and physically fit and not exploiting them. You such type of work ethic could lead to many legal cases so I request the HR department to regularly monitor the incharge and many of your staff are quitting there job so you better find the reason why they are quitting and stop recruiting the bunch of people every week.

This is my first visit with Escort Fortis hospital Jullena. One of the worst services in return of hefty charges by hospital against the services provided to patients and attendent. On the cash counter only one resource is there who is managing discharge of IPD patients, emergency patient registration,issuing of ward pass,answering of query call,handling patient attendents. It is really called save 100% money without hiring man power. It took 30 min for me just for the patient registration. Nurse in emergency rudely behave with patients. She was on mobile and doctor asked her to attend the patient then after 5-10 min she start work as per Dr instructions. She didn't use curtain to cover the female patient and start procedure. In emergency there is a bed but bed sheet of patient bed looks very dirty not washed properly. There is no glucose bottle stand on each bed of emergency. Really Fortis hospital only charging royalty amount from us. I recommend hospital management have a look of holy family hospital and learn hospitality cleanliness and administration from them. At least holy family hospital has sufficient staff and caring nurses with clean floor and washrooms. I will give bed sheet photo also but patient was there and you can see there is no side stand there. Emergency bed charges 1000 Doctor 2100 Registration 200 Plus. Lab charges. Don't know how they are managing labs do they really take care of hygiene or not. Hospital charges are high and services in negative -100.

They deserved 5 stars for treatmet but i gave 3 for their billing irregularities. Please check your bill twice before making final payment. I've found inconsistency in their billing. Being an international patient they charged me in USD but refund my excess payment in rupeis for which i had to struggled a lot. Moreover they gave me counterfeit notes which they declined to replace from me.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. So I would recommend to visit over there for any treatment. And the staffs and all doctors to to polite and very much helpful.

My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.

I must say Doctor is good , but very bad service by staff members with whom I am contacting since day one don't want to name the person but they have not given me my refund of Rs. 4,424.....I believe hospital have never listened about "Digital India". They are forcing me to visit the hospital where it is not possible because I live outside bhantida and it does not seem feasible to me to get my 4424 rs. by having cost of rs. 3000 through the visit . Let the money be with you if it gives you the satisfaction. Caution: visit at your own risk

I went there for my Immigration Medical Exam and I was amazed by the facilities and the way they work. Only thing I didn’t like was the Doctor who does the Vision Check. What a shameless harassment he is. He doesn’t have any sense of behaving with customers/patients, doesn’t have any respect for anyone. There were so many others complaining the same. This is the only reason I’m giving 4 star otherwise everything was top notch. Please do something about it and advise the doctor to have some sense while working.

Been here for a couple of cases. Good doctors all around. Have been here for neuro cases and a C-section delivery. Radiology department is horrible though. Hence only 4 stars. It just takes too long and the staff is quite nonchalant and unconcerned overall. Doctors are fine. If you need radiology get it done somewhere else if possible. For all other things it's not bad.

The surgery Nurse staff(Priyanka) do t know how to treat OT patients. The doctors don’t take care of patients discharge and left shift without signing off. Had to wait 3 hours to get discharge & to get a sign The billing front desk was rude & talking nonsense & was-giving excuses with no artifacts. Adding some pictures as evidence.

Nice hospital with experienced Doctors.. Hygiene is well maintained here. My father's PTCA/Stenting was done from here. Very satisfied from the treatment.
