Great experience every time I do my routine follow-up with Dr. Taori and his team. Nurse Minci always ensures I am well attended and the process is smooth until I am completed, and Nurse Pinku Ann has a tender care hand when collecting blood samples especially in my case, she performs skillfully in a way I will always feel secured. Dr. Taori has been my doctor for more than 5 years who not only has outstanding knowledge of my treatment options but also provides the quality of medical care I require. Visit the hospital for a dermatologist that was recommended by a family member. Transaction was smooth, the doc gave all the information I need and explained what was going on. The hospital nice an clean and looks like a 5 star hotel more than a hospital. I paid $120 for the examination and they accept cc. You need to book an appointment ahead of time. Their mobil app is a hustle and has bugs. Book through website or call them for an appointment. This is why I give them 4 stars. After you book they call you for reminder and inform you the amount you will be paying. Arrive at least 15 minutes early as the building is big you need to walk and take elevator to get the section where you will have your examination. There will be paperwork before the doc examine you.

I also received the Gardasil 9 vaccine and am happy to report that I experienced no side effects. Furthermore, I highly recommend Dr. Mete Dalbeler as a dentist for his professional and efficient approach.

My friend went there and she got frauded with a lot of money. She discussed all the price over call but when she reached there, the prices were completely different. I will not recommend this place to anyone

We have been there for my sister’s problem . She was in great pain and she was struggling a lot for a long time . We have paid a great amount of money for the doctor and for the most basic blood tests. Doctor woman was so rude , she did not even look at our face and in the middle of the conversation when my sister was trying to explain the situation about her pain , the Doctor just stood up and left the room .She does not even want to listen to what the patient says. My sister was begging for painkiller medicine . A rude doctor said that she does not want to give painkillers today. Doctor name is Pınar. Treating her patients without respect. After they charged great amount of money , She does not even think about a solution to kill the patient’s pain she did not say anything just left the room and and just give the message to us that ‘if you paid us go to another hospital to find your cure because doctors in this hospital are incompetent and greedy They do not care about your health , they only want your money. Doctors and employees are rude , not knowledgeable and respectless . I do not recommend it at all. If you care about your health do not go there.

The staff is very good and take care of all details , the room is clean and always there is a follow up all over the day . Catering staff is very nice and provide on time and well -prepared meals that fulfill patient expectations.

A thoroughly professional and pleasant service during my 3-day stay at The Specialty. The staff in Level 1 wards were exceptional and the hygiene and care brilliant. Lovely cafe, too. Prices better than most.

Very rude behavior from receptionist. Two times i face like these.. That is the only reason iam sending now.Atleast keep some peoples they are talking politely. On 23/10/23 Mrng 8.30 am one lady call back for appmt booking that time.i ask just token number.. She is shouting wait... Wait.. Wait... Atleast she can tell i wl tell u sir.. Like that.. Is there any option for 0 rating i wll give that.. For the receptionist not for the hospital..

No enough parking space, bad reception experience, waiting 40 minutes while having a scheduled appointment, not clean, nurse interrupting the patient while talking to the doctor without knocking the door or asking and no stock of medication.

Horrible experience. They have advertised for early breast cancer detection offer,really nice promotion but when you get to the hospital nobody seems to be aware. The reception team at the emergency is friendly and professional. The reception at the radiology department is extremely un professional,completely clueless about the offer, I suppose simple phone call amongst the hospital team could have resolved the issue. Eventually they sent me to gynaecology department, here the nurses though seemed not to be aware of the promotion handled the issue professionally, but were not able to assist. Decided to visit a different hospital which was very professional and had screening comfortably without hassle. department Te

The service was ok. Doctors were friendly. But for a private hospital they should be ashamed of the facilities they have. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. Very old furniture. Not well maintained at all. There is a smell of mold. The rooms look like the 60s rooms. Everything was old and in very bad shape.
