I'm sure the doctors are good, but reception is slow inefficient most of the windows are closed and the few people there are are gossiping with each other instead of accepting patients. I went 3hours early to be sure to have my prebooked Cardiology appointment and arrived at the nurses desk at cardiology an hour before as I needed an ECG. The rude nurse laughed at my booking and asked me if I booked it myself. Yes I answered but I need the booked ECG as that's what is writen on the doctors door. She threw my sheet to one side and said we will call you 45minutes later noone called I went to ask her again. She told me to sit down. They the 4nurses were all chatting together and doing nothing. First something positive: the doctors, especially the anaesthetist, were good. However, during my time on the station following ankle surgery, I was shocked. 1. When i woke up after the surgery I hadn't eaten since the day before (it was around 7pm), I asked a nurse if i could have something to eat and she shouted at me, made me feel like it was a totally unreasonable request - the other patients in the room were shocked and defended me. Finally she brought me some food but was clearly annoyed that i had asked for something so basic. 2. When I realised my period had started during the surgery, I was once again shouted at for asking for help to get a pad (I wasn't allowed to leave my bed to go to the toilet so soon after surgery.) It was humiliating. I was left in those bloody sheets for 4 days 3. I had a very big ankle surgery and was in pain I had never experienced before (including childbirth), the nurse during the night shift straight after the surgery refused to give me anything stronger than Novalgin and then left me for 6 hours with nothing else. She told me to stop ringing the bell because she couldn't help me. I was sweating and shaking with the pain. Pain management continued to be an issue throughout my stay depending on whether the nurse on shift 'believed' my pain or not, I raised this with the doctors several times. 4. I told the staff that my bandages felt too tight and no one listened to me, now 6 weeks later, i still have nerve pain, which needs pain medication and skin necrosis from having extreme pressure on my foot for 2 days. 5. One evening a nurse filled every patients' thrombosis syringe half with air, thank goodness the other nurse on shift realised before she injected 16 patients with air, she was in disbelief. This added to the general feeling of not being safe on the ward of this hospital. 6. Nurses were exhausted and burned out, 2 nurses for 16 patients is clearly not enough. 7. When i wanted to come back after 6 weeks to discuss the surgery and recovery with the surgeon I had to beg for an appointment on the phone to a very rude receptionist (the same receptionist who a few weeks before told me there is no plaster cast in the hospital, can this be the case in a hospital with an orthopedic department and an emergency room?!). After care is a simple responsibility after major surgery, especially when there are complications such as crippling nerve pain that my general orthopedic doctor couldn't seem to explain. To say I was shocked is an understatement, I feel traumatised by this experience. Sometimes I have nightmares about being back on that ward crying in pain with no one helping me. The experience was inhumane and I deeply regret choosing this hospital. I have never written a review like this but i feel a responsibility to warn people. Once again I will say the doctors were good, but you rarely see them. I particularly appreciated the anaesthetist who showed compassion and diligence but that level of care should be the rule, not the exception.

I was at the clinic with my wife and every single nurse, doctor, security and receptionist that talked to me were patient, kind and nice. Although I don't speak German, everyone was willing to explain things in English. Special thanks to a nurse and a doctor both called Julius who were extremely kind to us and treated us like real human beings. I'm full of gratitude to everyone in this hospital. Thank you 🙏🏻

The girl at the Cup center gave me some WRONG information yesterday in a rather annoyed manner, as it is no longer possible to book visits and tests at the counter. So I queued for check-in, only to be told by a more knowledgeable colleague of his that for a week it has been necessary to book visits and tests by connecting to the Lombardy region's booking site or calling the toll-free number... terrible service! I wonder, but is the Cup now only used to collect the ticket at the time of the visit to be carried out? You are also NHS, you generally go to hospital when the citizen is not well, he is not there to go for a walk, give an empathetic communication course to the employees who are at the CUP, it will be useful for them and for the citizens who go there , 90 percent elderly people.

The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. At the same time, the existence of infections in the hospital and the lack of knowledge of the minimum procedures in patient care led to the granting of this negative rating. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. For some hospital employees this job is like repairing a car or a broken fence, no difference.

Unfortunately, I'm not Italian. To be able to fly to Spain it is mandatory to present a certificate of a negative qPCR test that includes your name, your ID number and the date, in English. Apparently 92€ don't include printing the ID number, and they didn't print it even I insisted. Thank you so much.

My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.

My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.

It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The doctor was rude and was yelling at me. I do not recommend Dr Ivan Neuro surgeon or that hospital. I was expected to have injections in my back in a messy room with a patient eating and the smell was making me sick. They told me to take my money back. And leave

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Due to h to he doctor rupturing my spleen during a routine colonoscopy I now have had to stay 2 nights & have extra tests- all at my cost! The food is appalling I haven’t seen a piece of fruit & none offered-just sweet biscuits & muffins! So much healing foods. Nursing staff have been fantastic though hence some stars. Any other business the client would not pay for doctors mistakes! A bit upset !

I had minor surgery there last week which required me to stay 3 nights. Service on arrival and admission was friendly and efficient. Post surgery, the care from Lee in Recovery and the team on Level 5 was excellent - very caring and kind. Thank you so very much to all including; Tate, Georgina, Hema, Ricky, Miguel & Sarah and two other lovely nurses whose names I can't remember. Your kindness was greatly appreciated.
