Lastly I want to mention that, their staff are so polite and they also have such a wonderfully decorated building.

This hospital only care about money. The hospital and Dr. Saifur Rahman Sohel upsaled that my mother had 3 heart blocks, created a situation that only his surgery can cure and immediately put 4 rings. My mother left unattended for long time and she died on the same day. These people have license to kill.

"Nasty" hospital is what my experience says about this hell in our city. It's a nightmare filled with unpleasant and aggressive behaviour with both patients as well as their family members. The staff has no sense of politeness or social well being and unfortunately they shouldn't have been in this field of serving people. They charge more and care less. If you don't believe my words then please go pay a visit and you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

My father was a patient of Dr Santosh Kumar, who has gone through double knee replacement operation under him. Please note that he personally does not do any operation, does not come to floor or talk to patient. He is just there to recommend patients for knee surgery and then his team does all of the activities on behalf of him. We did not see him or talked to him during the whole admission time. He does not come to floor even. His team was only did the OT. After OT, only the sisters informed us that OT is done and handed over the empty packets of knee transplants.(no interaction with doctor). Even during surgery follow ups, only his junoir doctor saw him. The hospital itself could have been organized in better way. The beds are used are of old days, same lifts are used for patients and visitors which make you wait for long even if you want to go just 1 floor (no stairs). And remember only veg food is provided to the patients. But the staffs and sisters watching over my father were helpful and never showed any attitude. Wish it is same with all the members of the hospital.

Had a worst experience yesterday morning with my eye appointment. Girl who was in the room 924 is so disrespectful. I was waiting for my appointment about 2.30 hours.This is called paying and waiting. Even government hospitals better than this. Worst experience ever. Never go there again. So disappointed. Can’t even give one star. Would not recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Nawaloka Hospital based on our recent experience. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, was exceptionally kind and caring. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and it provided a sense of comfort during our stay for surgery. The rooms were not only clean but also quite comfortable, which was crucial for a smooth recovery process.

I mostly visit this hospital, and I must say that it is generally clean, neat, and tidy. The staff members were friendly and supportive throughout my visit. I would recommend it for your medical needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the washrooms, while clean, had several amenities that were not working. Some of the toilets' flushing units were broken and out of order. Additionally, most of the bidet showers in the toilets were out of order, forcing us to use the main valve, which often resulted in a mess and wet clothes. This was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they address these maintenance issues soon.

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

Doctor Jignesh Gandhi of Global Hospital is the best surgeon. He performed my surgery very well. Also his assistant doctor Alpana cooperated very well. The hospital is good but some staff as usual are very insensitive specially sonography department and the staff. My father on wheel chair he had sonography appointment but bcas of some issues i needed male staff .. the sister denied saying untill u admit we can't give male attendant. Than I request her to keep my rest files with her and I'll go inside the sonography room with my father she denied for that either. Than they said we will nt give you sonography report on the spot I said it's urgent as he needs to be operated rudely the Dr says ' Humko aur bhi kaam hai and patient hai, hum sirf aapke liye nahi baithe hai' so mine is a scheduled appointment and I was before time n you very well known that how many area the sonography has to be performed and I'm paying for that. So you should have given the rest appointments accordingly. So now next day that too after requesting they said to come and collect at 11 am as I had Dr appointment but than also it was not ready and they said it will take time so I had to scream and get the work done all this after they knew how emergency it was. Now as my father was on wheel chair so when we reach the hospital gate their some car was inside the premises and we had to stop the car at gate n take him inside so the nurse came to drag the chair but while going the cab driver was very old so he couldn't take inside I told the same nurse let's pull the wheelchair outside. Now conveniently she denied giving the reason ' Hospital wheel chair are nt allowed to cross the hospital gate' like really I saw with a straight face n told her wat happened when we arrived bcas ur hospital car was there than the rule change. She behaved deaf hear but I told I'll complain she was affaired than. Even the male attendant was sitting and not wanting to help. Seriously sonography dept and staff needs to be better this gives Hospital a negative remark but hospital is really good !

First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. It's a good hospital, considering the quality of the average hospitals in Bangladesh. You can find some good consultants here. The rooms and lobbies are clean. The nurses and duty doctors are available 24x7, responsible and are cooperative. Almost all of the necessary tests and medicines are available in-house. The rooms don't have an emergency button for the patients to call for help, so for server patients, sometime must be there with the patient always. The cabins have 2 beds for this reason. The room rents don't include meals. But apparently, they don't have any restrictions for outside food or even for visitors. Being a well reputed and popular hospital, it's tight to get a cabin here. If you follow the instructions provided by the admission counter, you may get a cabin in 2-3 days. No parking available, only street side. Managing a spot sometimes seem impossible in busy day time.

Cleanliness and service are good. But their billing system is a complete mess. People are waiting for hours to pay the bill, but not even one bill is right. Even after my own patient's bill comes to the counter, it takes 1 hour to pay. What kind of system is it? Management of the hospital should improve the speedy billing process to eliminate suffering of patients.

However, the extended wait times and issues with staff efficiency, especially in maintaining patient serials, are areas that could use improvement. Additionally, the canteen's occasional service of subpar, even spoiled, food is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the hospital's cleanliness and luxury contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's pathetic that they don't follow serial at all for Dr. Momenuzzaman. Staff are busy to give their known persons serial. It's costly but the service is below the belt. They don't care about patients suffering at all. It's a chaos in the management. If possible find another doctor to get proper treatment. Highly not recommended. Also before giving Bill, check the paper properly. They always try to put some extra called service cost which was never serve. If you are admitted there and take any package, try to pay the bill before 5 pm otherwise you need to pay the next day charges as well.

Most probably and this is one of the biggest hospitals in dhaka city. They have a big area. Their service is good. Here the cost is so high. If you are a middle or lower class family, you can't make an effort. It's funny but true that this hospital is mainly made for the rich. In front of the hospital they have an emergency unit. It's very useful. They have so many specialist doctors. Overall their service is too good.

Parking fee is 50 taka for car and 20 taka for motor cycle. The fee is for the first two hours. After two hours, the price will be increased. They have a canteen for the patients, relatives and visitors. They have a diagnostic centre. The environment inside the hospital is quite good. Their treatment is also reasonably good. They have many experienced doctors and nurses. The use of doctors, nurses, and staff is satisfactory. However, the cost of treatment is relatively high. From my observation, the flagship doctors are excellent, but the many duty doctors, most of the nurses and support staff are not as good. The behaviour of the supporting staff could be more pleasant, and few are very helpful and well-behaved. Again, this is my observation only; somebody may have a different word based on the service received.

The fee is for first two hours after two hours the price will be increased. They have a canteen for the patient relatives and visitor. They have diagnostic centre. I feel that the hospital is very expensive. Outside food is not allowed in the hospital. They have single cabin room, single luxury cabin, double shared room. Room rent is very expensive.
