My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Fortis Memorial Research Institute is neat, the cleaners are constantly cleaning. The environment is serene, not noisy and uncomfortable at all. Even though there was construction ongoing, there was minimal dust and noise. The food for patients on admission is usually suited to your taste which is highly commendable. The doctors are professional and focused on their functions. A big shout out to Dr. Amitabh Singh and Dr. Niranjan Naik who performed the surgery so excellently. God bless you. Thank you to Dr. Gustave and Dr. Vivek in ICU 4 for the immediate after surgery care. The nurses in the wards are swift, dedicated and skilled at their jobs too. I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery. On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂

Was coming here since 7 years but the service now keeps coming down. Doctors keeps changing . Just coming here for Dr Rekha as she is the best otherwise long waiting for everything. Taking insurance approval takes at least two hours. From opening the file to taking the insurance and getting the medicine takes ages. They should work on this and give relief to people and work on customer service as counter staffs are rude. Worse insurance department you can waste whole day here.

My sister’s appointment is at 4.15 pm with the pediatric doctor and I reached the hospital and specifically the registration desk at about 3.45 pm. The area was crowded as there were 2 angry employees assigned to register patients from 5 different sections and the queue system was not working so just imagine that the same staff who are registering the patients are making manual tokens and giving them to the patients. However, I finished with the registration at 4.30 !! So I spent about 45 minutes only to register. I went to the pediatric section but the doctor was busy talking on the phone 😂 the situation is completely messy in this hospital. if you are a person who respects the time please don't come here. put honestly Dr. Ahmed Tawfiq is a very professional and respectful doctor. So two stars for the Dr only the hospital does not deserve stars

From our OB Dr Hend to all the doctors who help her, nurses, cleaners and security, all the staff i can say is they are friendly, simple words like CONGRATULATIONS AND DONT WORRY from the security and cleaning staff helps while i was waiting for my wife's delivery. Prof. Samra, Dr. Gönül and Dr. Yucel in the IVF department are among the smartest and most knowledgeable doctors in Turkey after many experiences in Turkey. Gentle treatment, full explanation of the condition and good medical examination. The translator, Nourhan, is very cooperative and respectful. The hospital is clean and the nurses are good.

One of the worst hospitals i've ever been to. My deal is to pay 5129$. I made a liposuction and beared transpiration process.Bilal the translater he texted me telling that you will stay 1 or 2 days in hospital before moving to the hotel and the doctore will decide. He didnt mentioned that 2nd day is chargable. The doctor decided to stay 2 days. Then while im moving they told me that you should pay 650$. I was so tired and my small sister was with me. I paid and i decided to leave Istanbul on the spot. I changed my tickets and moved on. Is this a professional way that should treated your clients? And Bilal is not responses to my messages.

No one can say that thay had “great” experiences when you talk about a hospital, but Memorial Istanbul was absolutelybthe best. We had our yearly check up and the experience was fantastic. Sevice outstanding and doctors were the best. Thanks to Fatmira and Dije we felt loke in a hotel not in a hospital. Will go back there every year for my routine check up and i would recommend it to anybodybto do the same
