I had to be in the hospital for knee surgery of my son. The experience of us surpassed all the expectations. The doctor, an ex army officer, Dr Bura Sindhupakorn, took care of my son as if the patient is his relative. His care, empathy, motivation and overall the positive thinking of the treatment plan was simply outstanding. His continuous monitoring after post operative was unexpectedly good. The international marketing manager, Ms Masha was too caring for my son. Looked after regularly about everything with a very positive attitude. With her, her staffs also were highly professional and caring. The nursing staffs were highly qualified and professional, who took care of my son always. The staffs of King of Bones were polite, dedicated, proactive in proving seevice and professional. The staffs of foreign cell, splecially Mr Nur Hossain and Ms Diya were very much helpful to us. The cleanliness, procedure, follow-up and the ambience of the hospital is really world-class and we were more than satisfied. Thanks to the hospital authority, Doctors, nurses and staffs for such good care of my son.

First time visiting Vejthani Hospital, just want to said that it been amazing experience here .. all the staffs are really friendly and so helpful specially our amazing and acknowledgeble interpreter Kimkanikar. Please be aware if you want to get in touch with doctors when she/he is not on duty. They will not response to you at all. No on call doctors. The worst private hospital in Thailand.

Efficient and functional as mid-city hospitals go. Service was efficient and professional. English spoken and the radiology department on top of their game with me in and out in under a half-an-hour. The hospital has a long history and several additions as time passed and progress was made... Expect a bit of a maze and hustle and bustle as staff and patients make their way through. Thumbs up!

I just had a baby girl and I am very satisfied with the services at this hospital. Gynecologist Doctor Khun Sunantha and team have taken good care of our baby😍. Special thanks to the nursery department for such a good service. They are really polite and kid friendly. Highly recommend this hospital for child birth. 👍😊

My blood test for a visa application went quite fast and easy. For results at 8 a.m. the next morning, arrive before 2 p.m. The nurses were kind and attentive. The doctor who treated me was also nice. Nevertheless, the walkway appears to be a maze.

Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

Dr. Thewin Dejthevaporn took care of me and the baby really well ever since the beginning of my pregnancy and he made sure we were happy and safe throughout the entire pregnancy journey. The c section was fast and smooth. I stayed at ward 4A during my recovery. Both the ward nurses and the nursery nurses were very nice and attentive and caring. So yes… I had a good time during my hospital stay ☺️

English Speakers: Don’t go to this hospital. Our pregnancy doctor, Kannika Chokram, is extremely rude. Dr. Kannika’s English proficiency seems quite low and/or is rude because she will not answer questions when asked directly in English. Our doctor hung up on me when I repeatedly asked her to explain in English what she just said in Thai; she decided to hang up the phone. During our appointment, the nurse in the room tapped her watch to notify Dr. Kannika of the time and how long we were taking with our questions. It’s disappointing because I feel like if it were Dr. Kannika’s own children, she would be behaving differently. Basically Dr. Kannika comes off as not caring about her patients and wants to just check out and “chow chum yen chum” (i.e., do the bare minimum).

If you a foreigner, please avoid this scammer hospital. They will charge for you 3-4 times more than local. I did dressing for the wound and got bandages and charged for 1500 bhat. I paid around 3000 bhat but for bandage and dressing only was 1500 bhat. I can’t believe how this big hospital do this kind of scammers. Who made this charge for patients? Doctor? Remember! From your hospital scam, many foreigners will evaluated about whole Thailand. Memory will be forever about thailand. See the further instead if only in front of yours.

Was given the option to do another test so I took it just to be sure. When I went to pay for my medication, I was told that test cost 3,000 baht. I probably should've asked if it cost more, but I also would've expected one of the doctors or nurses to tell me about the price beforehand. I never would've done the extra test if I was told about the price.

Seems like a reliable place but at 5.5 months pregnant I went to receive a regular check up and it ran me $400. Also, there were tests done in that checkup from blood work. Still have yet to receive any results from the blood work. Also I specifically told the doctor not to tell me the Sex of baby as it’s a surprise & we were doing a gender reveal and she laughs in my face and says “It’s a boy…It’s not a surprise anymore” Ruined my gender reveal for me & my son with 0 sympathy. I never want to go back to this hospital again.

Today, I went to visit this hospital because I had - bad sore throat. I went to another hospital first, but the wait is too long. Nurses: Here some nurses are nice, but some nurses have bad attitude, especially the way they talk at Eye/eye/nose/throat station. I told them that I checked covid earlier, and they tried to scared me away with 200 baht extra cost for covid test first. I was so sick that I would not want to deal with them. Doctor: The doctor I met today doesn’t seem to be well-educated or not attention to detail. Normally, I would get tested to find my symptoms is from virus or bacteria before prescribing antibiotics. I don’t want to take too many antibiotics because it is bad for my health in the long run. Also, my body has some red dots on my skin. I told the doctor that. I thought I would get skin medicine, but he seems to forget it or just prescribes me an allergy medicine to take which I’m not sure it is for my running nose or skin allergy. Price: The bill is not clear of how much each medicine costs. There are only 3 medicines. The cost was over 3,000 baht. 2,000 baht for the medicine which seems to be over-priced. I would not recommend this hospital if you are coming here.

2 day stay for cancer surgery. After being assisted to my room prior to surgery their procedures just don't make since. When they tried to insert the IV before a shower and before changing into hospital clothes I directed the nurse to come back just prior to me going to the OR. 5 hours before surgery take a shower and change. 1 hour before surgery nurse shaves and directs another shower. Put on a different set of clothes. Ask for IV Team to come back. IV inserted the told to change clothes again. Poor planning and communication. New staff comes on shift and everything went smoothly and logically. OR Staff were Excellent. Sr Anesthesia was Extremely Professional really like him. Recovery Room Staff Excellent. Back in the room and the again were Super. The 1 draw back was initially they couldn't understand that a Farang's pain wasn't alleviated by a single Tylenol. I did get the pain meds I needed though. Concerning the food, it is actually very good. All in All I'm happy I came here.

I gave birth at Yanhee Hospital with Dr. Apichat. He’s excellent and very good and experienced in natural as well. At the beginning I want to go with natural and he always pro with it. But in the end I choose to do C-section, And I had fabulous experience and I recovered after 7 days and being able to do everything normally and the incisions healed very well. Dr. Apichat understand English but he will reply in thai. However every international client of yanhee hospital will get assistant/translator for every checkup and during the stay for delivery. Highly recommend Sai Htun Win (Sonic) he’s excellent and very helpful and professional! Couldn’t be more happy with all free things he has done for me and my family! I had amazing birth experience with this doctor and this hospital, they willing to help me with everything they can do since the first time i come here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I waited one full hour to get a facial done. And that’s after complaining along the way. Very unprofessional and waste patients time. Each step took 15/20 mins. There’s no communication about how long I should wait. I always come here but today was the worse experience. Never ever again.

I had excellent experience as a patient when I was in YANHEE hospital. Glad to have this Chinese Interpreter Gennie helped for couple times, she’s super friendly and kindhearted, she would do extra miles to make the patients feel satisfied. There’s no misunderstanding between me and doctors. Dr. Duangkamon is very talented and knowledgeable at her field, the surgery went smoothly and post-op was very well took cared by the instructions of the doctor. I got scar care products and thoughtful after care brochure the day I left the hospital and also the first few appointments after the surgery. The food is super tasty which I got super excited before each meal time, you got 2 options Thai or American. I chose Thai and very much enjoyed most of food items! The nurses are super gentle and tried their best to make you feel better. The hospital overall environment is very nice and clean, I felt very comfortable and safe for my experience in Thailand. Thank you guys very much for your kindly support and services!

Every step felt designed to maximize profits. The staff are lovely although there is too much pressure on doctors who are stressed in comparison. Not a nurturing experience although Orthopedics is good

I never imagined I'd leave a bad review, but it's important to share my experience. While I understand medical facilities have their limitations, my experience here was a nightmare. I won't delve into specifics, but I strongly advise you stay out of this place. Wishing everyone a pleasant day.

Fantastic staff, nurses and doctors Quick biopsy quick admission and aftercare It is dearer than the government hospitals but they are under equipped and to be frank some simply not welcoming I have visited on a few occasions the Bangkok hospital and on every occasion it has been a great service. I do agree that at times it can seem others are drawn into your diagnosis or treatment and that will increase the cost. But given the choice of a government hospital or here. Bangkok wins hand down.

I have had terrible teeth for many years - now in my mid-50s I decided to get them sorted out. I had been recommended Sea Smile by a mate and took the chance to come to Phuket for treatment. I have to say that at every step of the way the entire team at Sea Smile Phuket was fantastic. My initial consultation said the work would take 10 days with crowns and veneers being made. My dentist was incredible, listened to my worries and worked through concerns. I can praise them enough or thank them enough for their support and excellent work. I now why why I out this off for so long. I want to thank Khun Thitima and her entire team - so good

My dentist was a guy and he was nice, polite, I felt comfortable and he explained my teeth health. here they gave me a very professional, friendly and pain-free . But this place bullie and boss around customers like a whole bunch of numbskull. The owner must be very stupid and have the 3rd world attitude. .. Don't know why Thai Government won't shut this crazy place down. So many unhappy customers like this should close it down ASAP. ...

Staff talks like they rule the world there. The reception/registration staff are fine but X-Ray scan and CT-Scan staff are just pure garbage of an attitude. If you don't know what you're doing, get trained, or get out.

This has been an amazing place to get recovered from my unexpected infection. Being from Canada is difficult but their understanding and attention to my healthcare has been very excellent. A very 'for profit' hospital driven by income with astronomical price charges and services. There is nothing special about the organization except the exorbitant billing. Customer service agents flood the floor 5>1 patient.

Doctors either are unskilled or have no interest in fixing patients' issues, only simply prescribing various tests and treatments costing lots of money :-((

Medicine Department service was disappointing. My temp was 38 degree Celsius up but, about 10 min, when arrived, their department was so cold and nurse measured my temp at armpit without noticing I was shivering. And an old school thermonitor said my temp is 36.9! When back home, my temp even worst than 38. I usually take medical care at this hospital. But this case, I was very disappointed for this department quality.

my 2nd child was born in this hospital. The cost is same as the information before. all in no additional cost. no hidden cost. all process mostly on time from check in, surgery, and return to room. we can enter the surgery room after baby delivery finish. the patient room is big and clean. baby take care very good by nurse. check in check out is very smooth and no take long. but most of nurse can not speac english so a bit challange for us. need to improve only the quality of food because other hospital serve menu better variation ^^ now we only waiting birth certificated that take 2 days after check out. overall is satisfy.

Good hospital with service hospitality. We went there for some check up for documentation with all thing we need. As per my brother need support for doctor certification for work permit. Great service from the nurses who assisted us for we need and completed our planned. Hygiene and neat as expected.

Unbelievable service. I came in on New Year’s day with a sprained ankle after some evening debauchery. They took me immediately for an x-ray and sent me home reassured and with medication in hand within 45 minutes for less than $100 (USD). Was amazed and grateful. Highly recommend. You can call them first to see if they have resources for what you need.

I had a great experience at BIDC today. They cleaned my teeth better than any Australian dentist at a very reasonable rate. They were gentle and very kind.

Not a very good place. When you get there they will force you to see a dental hygienist. Just so they can charge you for it and then they will tell you to make an appointment with a dentist. So they can charge you twice for basically doing nothing. Hardly anyone speaks English there and is not very helpful. This place is more for Thais and not foreigners. But they will definitely nod their heads like a bobble head doll and take your money. Those two things are guaranteed to happen at the Bangkok International Dental Center.

I had three wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. One was broken, another decayed, and a third impacted. In the USA I waited 6 months for a consultation where they then told me I needed to wait even longer! I could not bear to wait any longer and I was able to come to BIDC on my third day of a trip to Thailand. They removed all 3 teeth the same day and I felt immediate relief. I even rode the metro home afterward. The impacted tooth was expected to cause me pain but today is the second day and I feel fine. My surgeon was so kind and even funny. This was the best dental experience of my life and now I can enjoy my trip free of pain! If you are feeling any hesitation about getting dental work abroad, there is no need to worry. My total costs were about $400 total for 3 wisdom tooth extractions, pain medication, and antibiotics. I'm going to return for a cleaning before I go!

I want to highlight the quality of the stitching on my hand, which was done impeccably. The clinic is very good. The doctor did the dental implants for a price that was not enough. The doctor was very gentle. The doctor warned that there would be pain but there was never any soreness or pain. As for the doctor who dug the limestone, he was very gentle and didn't hurt at all. Treated with 2 doctors, they are good, very good, very good at talking, very worth the money spent.

Brought my parents to get Korean dental implants, 29,000 baht per tooth. The doctor gave good advice. So we came to scrape away the limestone too. You can say that the whole family came to do it ^^

I had one implant done in the USA. I checked out couple dental offices here in Bangkok, and was impressed with Dr Vivek at this office. The prices vary depending on material used. I decided to go with the Swiss one, the most expensive choice; however it was still a lot cheaper than in the USA and slightly cheaper than many BANGKOK dental offices. The price was one thing, but the quality and his expertise was unmatched. Every processes went smoothly and fit perfectly. I’m very happy with my new implant. The one that I got done in the USA was supposed to be one of the best. But I felt that this one was even better. I strongly recommend Dr Vivek at this office, 5 stars.

One of the best international hospital in Bangkok. Very nice facility and management system with a very good atmosphere, unlike in the hospital. Doctors are the top notch from each type of specialist. Not a good place to visit but if you have to come to hospital, this is one of your choice.

We are tourists which wanted private hospital for urgent business. 20 minutes after we got inside the place we saw a doctor. Everything looked very professional. Everyone knew English very well, especially the doctor. We got excellent treatment at excellent speed and everything was well explained for us. Also they have live music when you wait which is nice.
