Bad management. I spent time from 12:00 pm to 18:30 pm for a simple health check-up which took longer than some public hospitals.
I waited for hour just to pay the bill because the staff forgot and skip my queue.
The rest of the service was okay.

Overall, the doctors, nurses, and staffs here treats me really nice. The place looks new and clean. I'm staying the premium ward, the doctor came to make sure hows the symptoms going everyday, he's super friendly🥹. The food are clean and fresh(I usually have shrimp for choice of proteins).

HANNAH KIRÁLY i hope you will read my message because the surgeon who disfigured me is the same as yours. And even though i spoke very little it to those around me, i met three people who were completly disapointed in having breast transplants done by this surgeon.
Like you, I suffered enormously psychologically from the result of this operation. My face wasn’t the same at all and that wasn’t the goal!!
I also woke up during the operation because i was choking from the blood running down my throat. I heard voice of the nurse only at that moment.
The result was a disaster and i had to have three operations in another hospital to repair the damage.

I gave birth at Yanhee Hospital with Dr. Apichat.
He’s excellent and very good and experienced in natural as well. At the beginning I want to go with natural and he always pro with it.
But in the end I choose to do C-section,
And I had fabulous experience and I recovered after 7 days and being able to do everything normally and the incisions healed very well.
Dr. Apichat understand English but he will reply in thai. However every international client of yanhee hospital will get assistant/translator for every checkup and during the stay for delivery. Highly recommend Sai Htun Win (Sonic) he’s excellent and very helpful and professional! Couldn’t be more happy with all free things he has done for me and my family!
I had amazing birth experience with this doctor and this hospital, they willing to help me with everything they can do since the first time i come here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I waited one full hour to get a facial done.
And that’s after complaining along the way.
Very unprofessional and waste patients time.
Each step took 15/20 mins.
There’s no communication about how long I should wait.
I always come here but today was the worse experience.
Never ever again.

I went to Mission Hospital on a Sunday evening at 7 pm. to treat a 2nd degree burn. I was immediately admitted to the ER, where the doctor and his team treated my wound very quickly and professionally. The staff took really good care of me and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. After 25 minutes in the ER, my wound was treated and dressed, and I could leave. Excellent and professional care. I highly recommend this hospital. Especially Dr. Nateepat and his efficient ER team.

TERRIBLY SLOW!! 1 hour in a queue for payment and medicine collection. I’ve been using this hospital for several years and the service is significantly getting worse.
There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Staffs were nice and friendly but there must be something totally wrong with the system or process. Please take this as a feedback to improve your service.

Today, I went to visit this hospital because I had - bad sore throat. I went to another hospital first, but the wait is too long.
Nurses: Here some nurses are nice, but some nurses have bad attitude, especially the way they talk at Eye/eye/nose/throat station. I told them that I checked covid earlier, and they tried to scared me away with 200 baht extra cost for covid test first. I was so sick that I would not want to deal with them.
Doctor: The doctor I met today doesn’t seem to be well-educated or not attention to detail. Normally, I would get tested to find my symptoms is from virus or bacteria before prescribing antibiotics. I don’t want to take too many antibiotics because it is bad for my health in the long run. Also, my body has some red dots on my skin. I told the doctor that. I thought I would get skin medicine, but he seems to forget it or just prescribes me an allergy medicine to take which I’m not sure it is for my running nose or skin allergy.
Price: The bill is not clear of how much each medicine costs. There are only 3 medicines. The cost was over 3,000 baht. 2,000 baht for the medicine which seems to be over-priced.
I would not recommend this hospital if you are coming here.

2 day stay for cancer surgery. After being assisted to my room prior to surgery their procedures just don't make since.
When they tried to insert the IV before a shower and before changing into hospital clothes I directed the nurse to come back just prior to me going to the OR.
5 hours before surgery take a shower and change. 1 hour before surgery nurse shaves and directs another shower. Put on a different set of clothes. Ask for IV Team to come back. IV inserted the told to change clothes again.
Poor planning and communication.
New staff comes on shift and everything went smoothly and logically.
OR Staff were Excellent.
Sr Anesthesia was Extremely Professional really like him.
Recovery Room Staff Excellent.
Back in the room and the again were Super.
The 1 draw back was initially they couldn't understand that a Farang's pain wasn't alleviated by a single Tylenol. I did get the pain meds I needed though.
Concerning the food, it is actually very good.
All in All I'm happy I came here.

WARD 4A Thank you for providing the best care of me during my stay (recovery period) at your hospital. You have provided me a very impressive and professional medical care, hospitality with premium (VVIP) services experience. The room is new, clean, with warm decorated design, very secure (with key card access to each unit), a small digital safe in the closet. The toilet's kits are good quality. The food is also delicious. I will definitely recommend Samitivej Hospital especially WARD 4A to my family and friends.
Special appreciation to Doctor Santi, Doctor Panont, Doctor May, their nursing teams and all staff for their professional medical care and friendliness which made me feel worry free.

English Speakers: Don’t go to this hospital. Our pregnancy doctor, Kannika Chokram, is extremely rude. Dr. Kannika’s English proficiency seems quite low and/or is rude because she will not answer questions when asked directly in English. Our doctor hung up on me when I repeatedly asked her to explain in English what she just said in Thai; she decided to hang up the phone.
During our appointment, the nurse in the room tapped her watch to notify Dr. Kannika of the time and how long we were taking with our questions.
It’s disappointing because I feel like if it were Dr. Kannika’s own children, she would be behaving differently. Basically Dr. Kannika comes off as not caring about her patients and wants to just check out and “chow chum yen chum” (i.e., do the bare minimum).

If you a foreigner, please avoid this scammer hospital. They will charge for you 3-4 times more than local. I did dressing for the wound and got bandages and charged for 1500 bhat. I paid around 3000 bhat but for bandage and dressing only was 1500 bhat.
I can’t believe how this big hospital do this kind of scammers. Who made this charge for patients? Doctor?
Remember! From your hospital scam, many foreigners will evaluated about whole Thailand. Memory will be forever about thailand.

Was given the option to do another test so I took it just to be sure. When I went to pay for my medication, I was told that test cost 3,000 baht. Horrible service. The nurses don’t have experience or understand patients need. The doctor doesn’t have bedside manner. Please be aware if you want to get in touch with doctors when she/he is not on duty. They will not response to you at all. No on call doctors. The worst private hospital in Thailand.

The only day I visited Bangkok, I decided to go see a doctor incase of an infection. The nurses were very professional and kind. But the doctor I consulted was extremely rude, took a picture of my wound and explain his doctor's lectures. He didn't even offer to clean my wound. Didn't even let me explain what caused it. Prescribed antibiotics which was 1900 baht, back in the country where I live, augmentin is half the price cheaper than this. I like the hospital. My family's been going here alot. But this particular doctor threw me off with big disappointment and experience.

Regular patient here. I’ve been to this hospital for several reasons; general med check and other diseases.
First of all, the nurses & hospital staff service was always top notch. I would say if you’re lucky, you’ll get the good doctors. My endocrinologist was the best, detailed explanation, helpful, and did not prescribe unnecessary meds (even suggested me to purchase meds from outside hospital for cheaper price).
During COVID 2021 I was also hospitalized here, I was very well taken care of by the nurses. I think the doctors also prescribed good meds as I got better fast (severe symptoms).
However one time I was hospitalized due to breathing issues, the ENT/lung doctor seem to prolong my stay with excuses that the blood test result has not come out even after 3 days, while eventually they let me out after some xray test only? Because of that I had to pay more than my insurance coverage.
Also I did general med check here twice. First doctor was super nice, she talked kindly and checked detail. However the second doctor was not really nice, explained briefly and seems like he wanted to just end the consultation soon lol.
Anyway, will continue the treatment here with my fave endocrinologist!

I had excellent care at this hospital and can’t recommend it enough! I went in for just a 6 month follow up appt and had sudden severe abdominal pain while there— ended up admitted and a CT scan showed a small bowel obstruction. By the evening I was in the ICU and had emergency surgery with 30cm of necrotic bowel removed. I spent 9 days in the hospital with excellent care in a private room. I am a former surgery scheduler and medical assistant in the USA, and the quality of care is the same if not better— no staff shortages here! All doctors and RNs speak English and even the nursing support staff attempt to speak some English—much better than my very limited Thai language skills. I am now over a month from discharge and healing well with no issues at all. Really happy with my care at Sukhumvit Hospital, they saved my life!
Prices were always given for tests and procedures beforehand, a little surprising coming from America, but always good to know. Compliments also to my Thai AIA health insurance policy that paid for all but $520usd of my inpatient hospitalization bill!

The most important thing is how they raise the bill
The first question is, are you coming at your expense or at the expense of the government?
70% of the bill was deducted after they discussed that these things I did not benefit from, how do I pay their money
Then they discovered that they were wrong and returned the extra amount

Efficient and functional as mid-city hospitals go. Service was efficient and professional. English spoken and the radiology department on top of their game with me in and out in under a half-an-hour. The hospital has a long history and several additions as time passed and progress was made... Expect a bit of a maze and hustle and bustle as staff and patients make their way through. Thumbs up!

Her patient-oriented approach stood out, as she was always ready to address my concerns, enhancing my trust in her expertise. It's now two months post-surgery, and I'm thrilled with the results. I'm free of inconveniences, seeing clearer than ever.
Dr. Tarinee is highly recommended for anyone contemplating LASIK surgery. Her surgical skill, along with her genuine care for patients, makes her the ideal choice. I'm truly grateful for her exceptional service.

Medicine Department service was disappointing. My temp was 38 degree Celsius up but, about 10 min, when arrived, their department was so cold and nurse measured my temp at armpit without noticing I was shivering. And an old school thermonitor said my temp is 36.9! When back home, my temp even worst than 38.
I usually take medical care at this hospital. But this case, I was very disappointed for this department quality.

The doctor, an ex army officer, Dr Bura Sindhupakorn, took care of my son as if the patient is his relative. His care, empathy, motivation and overall the positive thinking of the treatment plan was simply outstanding. His continuous monitoring after post operative was unexpectedly good.
The international marketing manager, Ms Masha was too caring for my son. Looked after regularly about everything with a very positive attitude. With her, her staffs also were highly professional and caring.
The nursing staffs were highly qualified and professional, who took care of my son always.
The staffs of King of Bones were polite, dedicated, proactive in proving seevice and professional.
The staffs of foreign cell, splecially Mr Nur Hossain and Ms Diya were very much helpful to us.

A very 'for profit' hospital driven by income with astronomical price charges and services. There is nothing special about the organization except the exorbitant billing.
Customer service agents flood the floor 5>1 patient.

Doctors either are unskilled or have no interest in fixing patients' issues, only simply prescribing various tests and treatments costing lots of money :-((

I was extremely impressed by Bangkok Smile. My UK dentist had proposed a dental plan that included 3 new crowns and a replacement veneer with a few fillings for good measure. Total cost 5000 UK pounds. After an initial consultation with an extremely competent prosthetic specialist dentist at Bangok smile dental clinic she told me that just the fillings and veneer were required and that crowning teeth just because they had small cracks was not always a good idea. Instead fillings should be the first step and the cracks kept under review. The required work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and at a fraction of the anticipated cost. In addition the admin staff were super helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend.

From the very beginning of enquires the staff at Bangkok Smile have been very responsive to messages and the treatment itself very professional. I’m very happy with the experience overall and the results and will definitely come back.

Upon walking in, you are greeted with the sounds of cascading water from their water feature, which is a pretty unique experience going to a dental clinic. The reception for Bangkok smile is situated on the second floor, and the receptionists are all so smiley and friendly. Once you register yourself, a staff will ask you to sign your forms and bring you up to your dentist. I opted for their cleaning and scaling service and I am amazed that the whole procedure was not pain at all. A little bit sensitive on my front tooth but all is good. The dentist even prepped you beforehand saying that the cleaning procedure might hurt a bit. But she was gentle and fast. All in all, definitely a place you would want to visit if you want to get your teeth done.

The clinic is very good. The doctor did the dental implants for a price that was not enough. The doctor was very gentle. The doctor warned that there would be pain but there was never any soreness or pain. As for the doctor who dug the limestone, he was very gentle and didn't hurt at all. Treated with 2 doctors, they are good, very good, very good at talking, very worth the money spent.

Brought my parents to get Korean dental implants, 29,000 baht per tooth. The doctor gave good advice. So we came to scrape away the limestone too. You can say that the whole family came to do it ^^

I had one implant done in the USA. I checked out couple dental offices here in Bangkok, and was impressed with Dr Vivek at this office. The prices vary depending on material used. I decided to go with the Swiss one, the most expensive choice; however it was still a lot cheaper than in the USA and slightly cheaper than many BANGKOK dental offices.
The price was one thing, but the quality and his expertise was unmatched. Every processes went smoothly and fit perfectly. I’m very happy with my new implant. The one that I got done in the USA was supposed to be one of the best. But I felt that this one was even better. I strongly recommend Dr Vivek at this office, 5 stars.

This has been a fantastic journey/experience for me. I have wanted for nothing that you’re wonderful staff haven’t been able to provide me with. Special mention goes to the lovely Wendy, Tony, Victor, Dr Orawan, Nida - and all those others who made my experience so very memorable. Your work on my teeth has already done wonders for my self esteem.

I took the Laser Teeth Whitening service. Ask further on Instagram, fast response from them, followed by email and Whatsapp. The process took me 2.5 hours. 30 mins waiting to be called up, 1.5 hours the process and the rest was waiting to pay and waiting for our transport sending back to hotel. Overall, it was worth it!! and Dr Chi was handling my teeth with care and she's beautiful tooo..

I have been to this clinic once and my impressions are terrible. My story is that I needed a technical appointment for my aligners, as I am abroad now, and my doctor is still in the country I live at. What you need to know before visiting this clinic:
1. Even if you text them in advance, they will not understand your request.
I asked my Thai friend to text to them and to explain my situation: to have a technical appointment for my aligners. When I came to them, first I was waiting for 1 hour and then after the reviewing of my teeth the « doctor » asked me why I needed the RETAINER, if my byte is still unwell. So, I needed to explain my situation once more.
2. When you ask for a consultation with the orthodontist, they will first let you talk to someone else.
Yes, in the point 1 I did not talk to the actual doctor. It was an assistant.
3. You can be reduced to tears in this clinic without any dental tools.
I was waiting for more than 1 hour again and so the young Indian man came to the lobby and invited me to one of the rooms. He asked me to sit, but he was standing up while talking to me. He said it was not possible to help me with my case. I asked why, he explained - and I realised that my request was misunderstood again. The young man started to be very angry and rude, he was interrupting me, he was even yelling. I was trying to stay calm and said that I need to see the DOCTOR, as she would understand what I need. He said that I have already seen the doctor, but I insisted, so when we came to the doctor she said: «Nice to meet you!» - which confirmed that I have not seen her. I felt absolutely exhausted after those several hours of waiting, so I just started to cry.
4. They don’t have the dental fillers in the clinic 😁 and this is true!
The doctor definitely didn’t know anything about my situation. So, I explained it to her once more. I showed her my aligners, the template. And she understood what I needed! And agreed to take me! She said clearly: «I will do it for you!».
I felt very happy, and they asked me to wait again in the lobby, as «they needed to check the schedule». I agreed, even though I was hungry, tired and still exhausted. The rude young Indian came in half an hour again and said that they would call me later to update me, as they needed to confirm something.
I was very happy, but a week later nobody contacted me, so I contacted them by myself. The rude young Indian man said that they need some material for me appointment. Dear reader, here you need to understand that my technical work is done just with the dental filler! The one they use for caries. I also need to put the special hook for the teeth, but I have it already with me, as my doctor gave it to me before I left.
But I decided to wait for them, as they confirmed they would take my case. Maybe, the dental filler was out of stock or something, also the holidays… that’s what I thought.
Well, in a month the rude young Indian man called me after my reminder and said that they didn’t find the material they needed for me. I asked again, what was the material. He lost his patience in a second and started to be rude, interrupting me and having a high voice tone again. So, I said that I would leave this review and stop the phone calling.
To conclude. I am pretty sure that there was some miscommunication again. Of course they have all the materials I need, because there is just one material needed. But the young rude Indian man didn’t want to organise the normal communication. He just wanted to yell and to be rude. I don’t think it’s a feature of a good administrator or manager. He was very, very rude to me. I have not heard this tone addressed to me ever in my life.
Photo and video are to confirm that I was there.
P.S. Yes, they’re really proud of the cases you can see on the second picture. Any person who had a smile treatment (not only a professional) can see that the job is awful, but my case is very simple, so I was waiting for them anyway. But please, don’t trust them your bite. They don’t see the asymmetrical occlusion.

Not a very good place. When you get there they will force you to see a dental hygienist. Just so they can charge you for it and then they will tell you to make an appointment with a dentist. So they can charge you twice for basically doing nothing. Hardly anyone speaks English there and is not very helpful. This place is more for Thais and not foreigners. But they will definitely nod their heads like a bobble head doll and take your money. Those two things are guaranteed to happen at the Bangkok International Dental Center.
