Travelled here for ankle arthroscopy from Canada and all I can say is great things about this hospital. All the staff(especially the international department) were very supportive and welcoming. Thank you for making this trip very easy for me!

Special thanks to Dr. Atilla Akova, my remarkable surgeon, and Dr. Selma SEZER, anesthetist, both professionals with extreme care for my life. On the 4th floor, I witnessed a level of care that goes beyond excellence. The attendants, true heroes, are available 24/7, providing continuous support and impeccable health care attention. This hospital not only treats medical conditions but demonstrates a real commitment to the holistic well-being of patients. My successful journey began with the recommendation of Sueli, a friend who also went through here. Initially apprehensive, I was enveloped in a sense of security witnessing the professionalism and care that permeate every interaction in the hospital. Special thanks to Mrs. Juliana Freitas, who facilitated the entire process with kindness. I highlight the dedicated attention to the Brazilian community on the 4th floor. The attendants, with admirable effort, seek fluent communication, including in Portuguese. The presence of an interpreter and constant support in understanding instructions create a welcoming and inclusive environment. To the attendant checking my progress and the doctor making attentive visits, my sincere thanks. The Lokman Hekim İstanbul team shows an unwavering commitment to every life under their care. I express deep gratitude for the exceptional standard of care provided by everyone in the hospital. This is more than a hospital; it is a haven of care and compassion.

I recently had a hair transplant for Lokman Hekim hospital. I travelled from Australia Melbourne. I had the help of Medeni Kaya who helps international clients. She helps with VIP transportation and 5 star accommodation. She greets with you with a warm welcoming smile the moment you walk in and is with you. She is with you for your consultation operation, follows up with everything you are untitle for. Lets not forget the doctors I’ve had many operations at different hospitals around the world but the team at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hastanesi by far is the best i have worked with. as the translator Mona dialect was different (as arabic speaker), but her dealing with me was very good and so cooperative and helpful.. the doctors are good (yasemin kiraç/ahmet duran/aynur aliyeva)but the nurses are bad except the senior nurse on floor 0/ next to the kids room💐💐

I was coming to this hospital for a long time and Iam so happy to share my thoughts with the world. The service the doctors and also the international department team was always helpful and kind to me specially thanks to miss Sabah hassan for being such a hardworking and well spoken interpreter.

I was very satisfied with the help that the translator Ms. Mahnaz gave me during the treatment process in this hospital. She was very polite and very responsible, even when the hospital system was having trouble giving receipts, she helped me to get the payment receipt, also for other information like insurance.

Prof. Samra, Dr. Gönül and Dr. Yucel in the IVF department are among the smartest and most knowledgeable doctors in Turkey after many experiences in Turkey. Gentle treatment, full explanation of the condition and good medical examination. The translator, Nourhan, is very cooperative and respectful. The hospital is clean and the nurses are good.

One of the worst hospitals i've ever been to. My deal is to pay 5129$. I made a liposuction and beared transpiration process.Bilal the translater he texted me telling that you will stay 1 or 2 days in hospital before moving to the hotel and the doctore will decide. He didnt mentioned that 2nd day is chargable. The doctor decided to stay 2 days. Then while im moving they told me that you should pay 650$. I was so tired and my small sister was with me. I paid and i decided to leave Istanbul on the spot. I changed my tickets and moved on. Is this a professional way that should treated your clients? And Bilal is not responses to my messages.

No one can say that thay had “great” experiences when you talk about a hospital, but Memorial Istanbul was absolutelybthe best. We had our yearly check up and the experience was fantastic. Sevice outstanding and doctors were the best. Thanks to Fatmira and Dije we felt loke in a hotel not in a hospital. Will go back there every year for my routine check up and i would recommend it to anybodybto do the same

It’s a bunch of frauds. I called them to know if my insurance covers my visit, they asked for the company of insurer, asked for my docs and replied “yes, we have agreement with them, come”. I came, and they said I have to talk to doctor first and then, after he prescribes the analysis I need (that is why I came), they will first ask the insurer to respond. It appeared that 10 min consultation would cost me 1.880 TL ($66)and no, they figured out my insurance doesn’t cover it so I just have to pay, after I agreed to talk to the doctor without knowing how much it will cost. WHAT THE SYSTEM IS THIS? It’s more than I paid in EU for analysis they really made, not just for talking. I regret my every minute and penny left there as I was just fooled, maybe, my bad I didn’t refuse to talk until I know the price.

Doctors and nurses were perfect. I could reach them anytime. Nurses were very friendly and helpful. They were cheerful. Doctors and nurses had the expertise of their jobs. I am really greatfull for the treatment I had and advice the hospital for any potential patients.

My experience was great , stayed for four days ,I have been looked after very well . Loved my doctor Dr Ercan Karacaoglu , he is an incredible person and great doctor , you can trust him your eyes shut.

I went there with my friends to congratulate my friend's mom who gave birth in that hospital and I can say that that hospital is a heaven. Everything is so clean and sanitary. Even the toilet was spotless that you could eat your dinner off that. The structure and design was well thought out as well. It was really luxurious. It was a beautiful place.

The best hospital service in Antalya. Very timely service and very hospitable environment, very cozy wards equipped with everything required. The work of highly qualified doctors and nurses is just beyond the praise.

Terrible service. After paying a lot of money for consultations and analyses, complete ignoring of clients and complete disorder begins. You can't find the person responsible, they send you from one person to another until the working day is over and they just turn off the lights and send you home.

This hospital is horrible. I came as customer because my knee was broken. Nurses do the jobs like the amateurs. No medicine no operation the first week. Doctors in the orthopedic unfriendly and not very helpful. Hospital look like the have no employees. No communication at all and no expertise. Never again

Absolutely horrible hospital. They did a wrong surgery despite telling them over two months what my problem is, but nobody cared and made an unnecessary surgery in removing parts which were actually healthy and I have now a disabled feet. Nobody cares, can't even reach the doctor in the orthopedy, because according them the controll time of 10 days is over. Since when you measure your check time for a surgery thats your own responsibility and own mistake only 10 days. Be aware, the hospital and their management is dangerous for your health. Stay away.

Not recommended... first of all they insisted on charging me tourist prices even though I am a resident and wanted 5800 for a consultation when real price is 3000. Secondly they want you to only do the scans at their over priced hospital.. all in all just skip this

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. The building looks like a 5 star hotel, very clean and equiped with the latest medical technology 🙂

I just had gastric sleeve surgery at Liv Ulus hospital, my nurse was so sweet and lovely to me, her name was Gülperi, if you are so lucky that you get her Then you Will have a good time after your surgery! My doctors name was dr. Kaya he was so professional and made me feel safe! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
