I did my knee surgery there with Dr. Nadir Darwish, one of the best Knee Consultants in the region and Dr. Waleed along with their professional team including Mr. Nasser Jadallah who was very helpful. Ms. Tarteel the nurse on duty during my hospitalization was very friendly, polite, and helping.

I went to the emergency to remove stitches , the assigned person to do this left two stitches in side my finger and now I have an infection. Very simple thing was not done properly, imagin what they will do with more complex medical operations!

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals. Advice: 1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address. 2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time. 3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it. National Institute of Neurosciences & Hospital is a state run tertiary care institute in Bangladesh focused on neurological disorders. It is located at Agargaon in Dhaka. Bangladeshi neurologist Prof Quazi Deen Mohammad is the founding director of this institute. Doctors are highly qualified. Overall servic and environment is good but the only negative side is the support staffs behaviour is not up to mark.

The hospital is a scam for non turk people. Even you have Turkish ID. They will ask you for your passport so they can overcharge you stay away from them. I was with my Turkish wife. And we have insurance everything but again of some reason like always they cannot find any information even we have used them for years. And the asked for passport even we have the Turkish number. Just to start your overcharge so stay away from them if you're not Turk. I was lucky I have my wife with me in that case here.

Thank you for the follow up too. The midwife here are very friendly and willing to teach you how to feed baby if you are first time daddy/mummy. Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.

I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later. The surgery, done by Dr. Sang-ho LEE and Dr. Keum, went very well and I was out of the hospital like a new person. The equipment is first class, all nurses are very nice and professional, and while I was there, Ms. Sujung Lee was always ready to help. She is a very nice person. I would not recommend Mediclinic Dubai Mall at all. Whilst it is very convenient to get to if you live in downtown, the service I have received has been extremely poor - for example doing a blood test and then being told two months later (despite chasing for progress updates) that they had followed the wrong procedure so have to repeat the test. The customer service is not good - it is difficult to get hold of their customer service team and often get passed between various different people and teams. I would recommend that you go elsewhere for treatment, the American Hospital in my experience is much better.

This one of those facilities that asks you how you're going to pay before they ask you what you need. As long as they are taking your money first their patient care, response and followup is absolute garbage. I have a thread of calls and emails that went to at least 5-6 people just to simply get them to respond to me after my consult on a matter they told me to email about. They gave me the wrong email address. They promised to call and never did. I followed up 5-6 times. They are incompetent, disorganized and simply don't care. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction nobody bothered to also follow up. Spend your money or insurance elsewhere.

Always a good service with Mediclinic Welcare. Especially my experience with my Dermatologist Doctor Betsy Narayan.She was very informative, she takes good care of her patients and answers all questions.More importantly she was able to address my skin problem and now i feel amazing. We were privileged to attend an antenatal workshop arranged by the hospital for to be parents. It was a day long workshop and carefully addressed all the concerns and worries a new parent may have. It was an interactive and a very insightful workshop. Many thanks to the team working at Mediclinic Welcare for their compassion towards new parents. Wiated for more than half an hour for the otolaryngology in the morning which they have only one person to handle. One of the worst services in the lab and xray where there are no reception or order. You could wait for hours without even being busy.

Negative experience at lab as well parking, it takes average time to blood draw more than hour!! and struggle to find parking, no response or action, although we highlighted serval times to management safe your time and avoided it.

Long delays even with appointments. Not quite sure on why they use appointments.

Bad management. I spent time from 12:00 pm to 18:30 pm for a simple health check-up which took longer than some public hospitals. I waited for hour just to pay the bill because the staff forgot and skip my queue. The rest of the service was okay.

Overall, the doctors, nurses, and staffs here treats me really nice. The place looks new and clean. I'm staying the premium ward, the doctor came to make sure hows the symptoms going everyday, he's super friendly🥹. The food are clean and fresh(I usually have shrimp for choice of proteins).
