Never disappointed in this place. Maybe not the biggest hospital in Antalya but surely they do their job with enthusiasm.

The hospital is a scam for non turk people. Even you have Turkish ID. They will ask you for your passport so they can overcharge you stay away from them. I was with my Turkish wife. And we have insurance everything but again of some reason like always they cannot find any information even we have used them for years. And the asked for passport even we have the Turkish number. Just to start your overcharge so stay away from them if you're not Turk. I was lucky I have my wife with me in that case here.

The best hospital service in Antalya. Very timely service and very hospitable environment, very cozy wards equipped with everything required. The work of highly qualified doctors and nurses is just beyond the praise.

Terrible service. After paying a lot of money for consultations and analyses, complete ignoring of clients and complete disorder begins. You can't find the person responsible, they send you from one person to another until the working day is over and they just turn off the lights and send you home.

This hospital is horrible. I came as customer because my knee was broken. Nurses do the jobs like the amateurs. No medicine no operation the first week. Doctors in the orthopedic unfriendly and not very helpful. Hospital look like the have no employees. No communication at all and no expertise. Never again

I would like to share my experience with this hospital. I did my operation in May 2023 the result was bad. operation done by non unprofessional doctor,nurses they don't speak English, don't respect their patients, hotel accommodation also was very bad 1 star review. I will not recommend anyone to go to this hospital, don't waste your money 👎👎👎

Unprofessional, unfriendly, unpunctual staff and doctor endocrinologist. Only interested in money and profit. Ordered a lot of tests and never look at and explain. Better spent money on shopping than waste them there

I highly recommend this dentist! My journey for better teeth started last year. Implants for the top row and veneers on the bottom row. I felt very looked after throughout the whole process and went back for my 1st check up (scans) a few weeks ago Oct 23. Again even for the short visit I felt like a valued customer (I paid nothing to them for this visit) and was listened to any problems I had (broke my teeth guard, so they worked on "the bite" more and printed more guards). The Clinic received me very well, and the whole Team including the drivers were extremely Professional. My Procedure was done in only 4 Days, and the Team had to Work extra Late just so I can get my veneers in time. I can only recommend this Clinic, They will really take good care of you throughout the whole Procedure. I would highly recommend getting your Veneers or Crowns at this Clinic.

My Premium Dentel review: I had my treatment back in July, I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to give a full roundup of my experience. Contact prior to travelling: Excellent. By email and WhatsApp, the contact was superb, all questions were answered and explained, I felt total confidence in what the process would be when we arrived. I decided to book a 10 day TUI holiday so that I was having a trip as well as my treatment. Mum and I arrived at the airport and the surgery has arranged for transfers to take us to the hotel, this is a nice touch that they offer. The following day we were picked up at the agreed time and taken to the surgery: Monday: This is the long day, we were greeted by Maddi, she was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Then the dentists (all 3 of them) examined me, they consulted each other and then Maddi explained the results, the treatments and cost, I was very impressed that they quoted me what treatment would be best for me and not the most expensive. Mum was shown to the very nice waiting room and my treatment started, the filling of the teeth, this was quite harrowing, it wasn’t painful due to the injections, it is loud and long, what helps is the hygienist and dentist were very attentive, after hours of filing you wait for you temporary teeth. When they come they feel a little odd however you’re just grateful to leave and go back to the hotel at this point. I was quite nervous about eating so I stuck to soft foods, but I believe I would have been ok with most things, these teeth were ok but feel a little awkward. Thursday, Friday, Saturday: I went back for my fittings, everyday we were met by Maddi who continued to be helpful and supportive. The dentist was excellent, he explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was a complete perfectionist, which made me fell secure. Inserting the implants was the most painful day, this is due to the injections and procedure, following this I found it really difficult to get used to my face, I looked completely different, seeing myself in photos freaked me out, however I am now used to my new smile and I LOVE IT, I’ve had great feedback from friends and colleagues. I had discomfort and sensitivity for about 1 month following, I also had bleeding for a couple of weeks, this stopped when started using Corsodyl toothpaste and mouthwash. Overall, it was a wonderful service, extremely professional, very clean and worth every penny.

A+++ for the team and job undertaken! I had 8 upper and 8 lower crowns put on last year september, it is now 1 year past and they are still in same perfect condition! The staff from transfer to actual dental treatment is amazing, everybody makes you feel as part of a family, they look after you like you are VIP 🫶🏻 my dentist was Dr. Aras. I had them checked at my local private dentist back in UK and they confirmed that the job is done perfectly! Prof. Samra, Dr. Gönül and Dr. Yucel in the IVF department are among the smartest and most knowledgeable doctors in Turkey after many experiences in Turkey. Gentle treatment, full explanation of the condition and good medical examination. The translator, Nourhan, is very cooperative and respectful. The hospital is clean and the nurses are good.

One of the worst hospitals i've ever been to. My deal is to pay 5129$. I made a liposuction and beared transpiration process.Bilal the translater he texted me telling that you will stay 1 or 2 days in hospital before moving to the hotel and the doctore will decide. He didnt mentioned that 2nd day is chargable. The doctor decided to stay 2 days. Then while im moving they told me that you should pay 650$. I was so tired and my small sister was with me. I paid and i decided to leave Istanbul on the spot. I changed my tickets and moved on. Is this a professional way that should treated your clients? And Bilal is not responses to my messages.

No one can say that thay had “great” experiences when you talk about a hospital, but Memorial Istanbul was absolutelybthe best. We had our yearly check up and the experience was fantastic. Sevice outstanding and doctors were the best. Thanks to Fatmira and Dije we felt loke in a hotel not in a hospital. Will go back there every year for my routine check up and i would recommend it to anybodybto do the same

It’s a bunch of frauds. I called them to know if my insurance covers my visit, they asked for the company of insurer, asked for my docs and replied “yes, we have agreement with them, come”. I came, and they said I have to talk to doctor first and then, after he prescribes the analysis I need (that is why I came), they will first ask the insurer to respond. It appeared that 10 min consultation would cost me 1.880 TL ($66)and no, they figured out my insurance doesn’t cover it so I just have to pay, after I agreed to talk to the doctor without knowing how much it will cost. WHAT THE SYSTEM IS THIS? It’s more than I paid in EU for analysis they really made, not just for talking. I regret my every minute and penny left there as I was just fooled, maybe, my bad I didn’t refuse to talk until I know the price.

Doctors and nurses were perfect. I could reach them anytime. Nurses were very friendly and helpful. They were cheerful. Doctors and nurses had the expertise of their jobs. I am really greatfull for the treatment I had and advice the hospital for any potential patients.

My experience was great , stayed for four days ,I have been looked after very well . Loved my doctor Dr Ercan Karacaoglu , he is an incredible person and great doctor , you can trust him your eyes shut.

I went there with my friends to congratulate my friend's mom who gave birth in that hospital and I can say that that hospital is a heaven. Everything is so clean and sanitary. Even the toilet was spotless that you could eat your dinner off that. The structure and design was well thought out as well. It was really luxurious. It was a beautiful place.

Absolutely horrible hospital. They did a wrong surgery despite telling them over two months what my problem is, but nobody cared and made an unnecessary surgery in removing parts which were actually healthy and I have now a disabled feet. Nobody cares, can't even reach the doctor in the orthopedy, because according them the controll time of 10 days is over. Since when you measure your check time for a surgery thats your own responsibility and own mistake only 10 days. Be aware, the hospital and their management is dangerous for your health. Stay away.
