My friend went there and she got frauded with a lot of money. She discussed all the price over call but when she reached there, the prices were completely different. I will not recommend this place to anyone

We have been there for my sister’s problem . She was in great pain and she was struggling a lot for a long time . We have paid a great amount of money for the doctor and for the most basic blood tests. Doctor woman was so rude , she did not even look at our face and in the middle of the conversation when my sister was trying to explain the situation about her pain , the Doctor just stood up and left the room .She does not even want to listen to what the patient says. My sister was begging for painkiller medicine . A rude doctor said that she does not want to give painkillers today. Doctor name is Pınar. Treating her patients without respect. After they charged great amount of money , She does not even think about a solution to kill the patient’s pain she did not say anything just left the room and and just give the message to us that ‘if you paid us go to another hospital to find your cure because doctors in this hospital are incompetent and greedy They do not care about your health , they only want your money. Doctors and employees are rude , not knowledgeable and respectless . I do not recommend it at all. If you care about your health do not go there.

I treated my spine here. Made micro-discectomy of the herniated disc. Operation was done by dr. Nejat Akalan. Everything was super well. Doctor, clinic and personnel shifted all expectations. I connected with them from outside of Turkey by whatsapp. Sent them my MRI and explained the problem. They gave me a preliminary price for the operation and a series af analysis required. In fact when I came and visited the doctor he said I need no additional analysis and the problem is clear to him. That saved my money, I paid less than they estimated. The clinic itself, at least the neurology dept is just great - they are very fast, I didn't wait anywhere more than 5-10 min. All the appointments were in time. After the operation they visited me every hour, checked blood pressure, something else, recorded how I feel. Everyone was very kind with me. Payment included my transfers from the airport and back, all transfers from the hotel to a hospital and a translator.

My patient ID number is 2607859. I have recently visited your hospital in Istanbul. I must say that you have worst and terrible customer service, my treatment experience was so disappointing. I and my wife made general check up i.e. I had problem similar to prostatitis and my wife had health issues with her waist. First of all, doctors' attitude to patients was very unprofessional and rude, secondly doctors could not tell us any specific detailed diagnosis about our health issues. My doctor Onur Alp Karaaslan informed me that I did not have prostatitis but when I returned to Uzbekistan and made detailed check-up, I had clearly this illness. The doctors in Medipol are unprofessional, rude and their noses are in the air, especially therapists and USG specialists. I am so disappointed to be recommended to come to Medipol Mega hospital. I never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Came with a TMJ problem, the doctor gave me injections in the face without sterilization. Then I got an infection that moved to the tooth. I'm not talking about the price, which is overpriced 5-10 times. Of course, the problem of TMJ has not been solved

Not recommended... first of all they insisted on charging me tourist prices even though I am a resident and wanted 5800 for a consultation when real price is 3000. Secondly they want you to only do the scans at their over priced hospital.. all in all just skip this

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. The building looks like a 5 star hotel, very clean and equiped with the latest medical technology 🙂

I just had gastric sleeve surgery at Liv Ulus hospital, my nurse was so sweet and lovely to me, her name was Gülperi, if you are so lucky that you get her Then you Will have a good time after your surgery! My doctors name was dr. Kaya he was so professional and made me feel safe! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous hospital! Staff are welcoming, helpful and attending. We went for check up and we were surprised with quality and fast procedures. Doctors are experienced and speak very well english. They have translators in many languages! LiV family thank you for amazing experience!

Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. And give this hospital advice tho change him racisim rules for the people.

My mother was diagnosed with leukemia a few months ago. Now, thanks to the doctors and nurses from the hematology department she's almost completely recovered. 10/10 would get sick to visit this hospital again. Floor 11 has the best nurses.

I met nurse Dilara today and she was very helpful, professional and polite. And as a foreigner i immediately felt comfortable with her. She gives LIV hospital a very good image.
