It was an amazing experienced! When I go for check up for severe cough flu, due to the weather change. When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. And to mention the nurses that checking my vitals, they are very attentive to the patient, and mostly the doctor, she come several times into my room to check and explained about my status of what I fell. Thank you so much Doctora Anna Marie Diaz the best doctor ive ever meet after a long period of time staying in UAE. God Bless you all mediclinic staff and management.

Worst experience ever, They have very poor customer service specially in Radiology department. There is no systematic procedure. Putting Customers/patient on Hold for too Long... Please if any of concerned staff read this massage please improve your quality of service.. Thanks

Nurse Minci always ensures I am well attended and the process is smooth until I am completed, and Nurse Pinku Ann has a tender care hand when collecting blood samples especially in my case, she performs skillfully in a way I will always feel secured. Dr. Taori has been my doctor for more than 5 years who not only has outstanding knowledge of my treatment options but also provides the quality of medical care I require.
