Great service by Dr. Jay. Warm & friendly however the assistant wasn’t too gentle. Kept hitting my teeth with the metal instruments. Also the receptionist is initially nice but if you ask questions that may confuse her a tiny bit, she seems to get easily annoyed and her friendly character fades away. I thought it was just me but when my friend dealt with her another time, she got the same experience by just asking if she can use southern cross & that health app discount at the same time. Her appointment was late 30 mins. The dentist was nice but she also kept hitting her teeth with those instruments even after my friend commented about it.

This is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever been to. If you're anything like me and are terrified of dentists from previous bad experiences, I can't recommend this team more. Went there last week for probably crown replacement as had gum inflammation and slight discoloration from an 8 year old crown. Spent 2.5 hours there with the dentist taking lots time to ensure she got a good idea of how the new crown should be. Returned and spent 3 hours there. The new crown needed some amendments, then some slight changes in colour to ensure a match, then some more amendments, then some polishing , drilling, fitting etc Was a great experience seeing someone working so hard and long to ensure it was as close a match as could be made. Total dentistry professionalism... and the price, slightly lower than what I was quoted in a high end Makati dentist. Fully and highly recommend. And then I went back twice this week. Both times needed to wait over 45 minutes from the time appointment was made until there was a dentist .I was very happy with first visits for crown, as is clear in my very positive review. Unfortunately it seems that the clinic now books more customers than they can handle and therefor waits seem normal. Customers need to know they are probably in for a wait. When it takes one hour to get there from Makati, then a 45 minute wait to see a dentist ,despite having a confirmed appointment , I will possibly not be returning. This dental clinic will continue to thrive as its a good place that does good work.

Fantastic dentist experience. It was my first time doing dental travel from the UK. After researching several places I decided for Empire Dent as the appoitments were scheduled very conveniently and the work (4 crowns) was done fast and in high quality. I was very satisfied with all the information I received via email and also on a call. The dentist spoke perfect english. All staff spoke German too. I found the experience very smooth, painless and with positive friendly attitude from everyone there. They offer also transport from the airport - Vienna/Bratislava and accommodation. I didnt use those services as I was driving there on my own. The crowns were done in 4 days which was 1 day earlier than expected. I can only highly recommend this dental clinic!

I have spent many hours in Dr. Juan's dental chair after 70+ years of oral neglect. I have had faulty dental implants originally done in Mexico (horrible experience) replaced with bone grafts, several cavities filled, at least 6 crowns and 3 root canals. I experienced almost no pain for all of these procedures. I have been to many dentists over the years. The level of competence of Dr. Juan and his associate specialists is without comparison. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate none of the dentists from the USA above a 5. Dr. Juan and staff rate a 10!. You will not find a better dentist. He will not stop until your dental work is perfect, even if it means sending a crown back to the lab for the perfect fit. I'm 74 years old and Dr. Juan is finally finished restoring my teeth after all these years of abuse and neglect. My teeth are better now than they have been in 40 years. Many, many thanks to Dr. Juan and Clinica Artica! Finally I am on just a maintenance schedule. I promise not to abuse the art Dr. Juan has created in my mouth! :-)

I always travel back to Bucharest to get all my dental work done at Dent Estet and I have the best experience! I had amazing patient care but most importantly pain free treatments, both for my regular hygiene routine and most recent cavity treatment. I’ve recently had treatment at Viva Dental with Dr Parminder, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Very clean, warm welcoming practice . I’m a dental Nurse myself so I’m very particular with my teeth. I done a lot of research before I fount Viva as to who I’d like to do my composite bonding as I wanted a very natural look .I came across their Instagram page and went for a consultation which he mocked up on my teeth how they could look after treatment and I was very happy. I’m even happier with the final results and will be recommending to friends and family 100%!! Thankyou Viva team, looking forward to my 6month check :-)

After several traumatic visits at many dentists, along came Viva Dental…thank you! Rose, the hygienist, was patient, kind and knowledgable. She cleaned and inspected my teeth gently but thoroughly; she reassured me and eased any anxieties. The staff were friendly, professional and well mannered. The atmosphere felt relaxed and plush. A return visit for sure…Thank you!

Prices are really too much but too high, false savings in Italy you spend more or less the same, from their website they boast that the prices are like in Croatia and it is absolutely a colossal falsehood, for jobs of a certain size it is better to go to Croatia or Albania, I hope it is useful for those who have big jobs to do For emergencies there may be small jobs.

Leaving aside the (not insignificant) issue that they charge 35 euros to give you a quote, the problem is that the cost is higher than in Trieste for the same job and not by a little considering that we are talking about about 10%. It makes me think that these people live on estimates... They attract customers by boasting low prices, then they tell you "yeah but you pay for quality" of course you pay, like everywhere else. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it at all.

Update: Despite my repeated attempts to unsubscribe, I continue to receive scamming emails and phone messages from them. This has been ongoing for years, ever since I stopped using their services. Will not recommend to anyone I know. Period. Huge disappointment! My experiences at LA Dental Clinic were mostly positive during my year-long visits. However, I experienced so many extremely painful deep cleaning sessions with one particularly hygienist, to the point where it caused me significant discomfort and PTSD. Growing up, I had never felt scared or anxious about visiting dental clinics, but after having my teeth fixed at this clinic, it turned into a nightmarish experience. I will never be returning to this clinic.

Listen! I drive a long way to come here and it's worth every penny. After comparing with multiple doctors near me they were the only people that I trusted at that price range for my Invisalign. The office is amazing and the staff is even better. If your brackets fall off they replace them for free. Everything in there is so high-tech and futuristic. Couldn't recommend them more!

The hygienist was great at cleaning my teeth. The dentist was great at explaining my procedure for Invisalign and the assistant to the dentist was very professional, nice, and help me feel comfortable. Overall great experience.

I'm terrified of any sort of work being done in my mouth and it's been longer then I'd like to admit since I'd seen a dentist but Dr. Cook and Ellie made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice to be there. Ellie is a huge reason I came back, she made me feel heard, not judged, she is so personable, kind, and sweet! At my first visit (11/02/23) it was concluded that I have to have a good amount of work done but Dr. Cook wanted to start with what was causing me issues first. My second appointment was today 11/09/23 and I had a root canal done and two cavities filled. Overall no complaints and all went as well as it could for dental work, the root canal was by far the easiest one I've ever had. Dr. Cook is a fantastic dentist. I'm excited to see my smile when all the work is done 😁😀

This was my first time at this office and I went in to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed. Getting an appointment made was super easy, and Sarah & Dr. Cook answered all my questions during my consultation and before the operation. The procedure was quick and easy and then off to recovery ! Want to give a big thanks to Sarah and Dr.Cook for answering my many many questions and making sure I was at ease before my extraction !

We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. ALL THESE 5 star reviews are fake they offer to give you money off of products if you leave a 5 star review please do not listen they do not care about you at ALLLLLLL. absolutely worst three years of my life I was supposed to get my braces removed a year ago after paying seven THOUSAND dollars out of my own pocket. when I first started treatment there was a doctor who actually cared about his patients and would actually get work done on my teeth. this doctor left to open his own place which left them doctor less for months. he was then finally replaced by an extremely rude doctor who talks bad about the patients behind there backs and she was also gone for months. my teeth were finally closing the gaps because the first doctor had me on rubber bands but she told me to stop using them and stopped giving me them which resulted in my gaps opening back up and they haven’t been doing anything not cutting the wires when I ask not replacing the wire literally only changing my band colors and that’s all. so now that it’s the end of the year stupid doctor finally wants to care about my teeth and says I need six more months of treatment and to be put on bands again however I have to pay $600 more on top of my $7k which is all out of pocket. DO NOT COME HERE WORST DENTIST/ ORTHODONTIST EVERRRRR they do not care about your health. HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT THERE WAS NO DOCTOR FOR MONTHS AND THEY HAD TO KEEP RESCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENTS AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY $600 MORE OUT OF POCKET please do yourself the favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD also they didn’t numb me properly when removing teeth that did not need to be removed then the nurse was very rude and yelling at me because I was in pain and crying. they are literally the worst place ever do not bring your children here do not go here yourself I promise you can find anywhere else will be better. also I went in for a broken bracket and they placed it on to be held up higher than the rest of my teeth and now my tooth will not go back down and I am at risk of chipping it please please please go anywhere else, IVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY ONLY TO RECEIVE NO CALLS BACK IM READY TO JUST SUE BECAUSE THEYVE ONLY CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR ME

This place is a joke! I’ve had them for over a year due to braces (wish I would of read the reviews first) ortho called me to reschedule me due to the orthodontist being out 2 months straight! I kid you not! I called letting them know my wire was poking can I get it fixed (the orthodontist doesn’t place wires anyways) so I don’t see why an assistant couldn’t do it or I couldn’t go to another location to fix the wire! I had to wait a month to get a poking wire fixed! Anyways, today I had an appointment for the dental side that I’ve tried booking a few times but every time I schedule an appointment I get a call that I need to come early or another day! I try to schedule my appointments around my work schedule because I work just like they do! I explain each time I tried making an appointment the times & days I’m available do they have anything available those times! So I finally got one that fits my schedule today the scheduler told me arrive early to fill out paperwork on the phone! Lol so I arrived 10:30 check in for my 11 o clock appointment front desk tells me scan the QR code & sit down so I finish feeling out the information & wait mind you it wasn’t busy at all 4 patients in the lobby finally after an hour of waiting I got up and went to cancel my appointment the lady ask for my info I give it to her she says new patients I said no I’ve been in your system over a year she’s like I have nothing pulling up I give her my birthday she repeats the wrong birthday back I said no and state my birthday again! She says oh they had you understand the wrong birthday. Um ok that shows me they don’t pay attention to the check ins for at least over a year & they clearly don’t look at the insurance card or id they take a copy of on first visit lol anyways she says so you wanna reschedule your visit for when you have an ortho appointment I said oh no I just called a1 dental & they can see me she said oh we don’t transfer braces I said I wasn’t speaking of ortho I’m speaking in regards to general dental! She looked at me dumb founded! By the way none of the employees look professional or happy to be there everyone looked mad & no one was friendly ! I’ll never return to general & I’ll finish my braces off & never look back!

My appointment was at 11:30 and I was completed by 2. I waited an additional 30 minutes for my daughter. Everything was professional and clean. The waiting room was pleasant as well. Staff looked great. One problem though. I had abscess and didn't know what it was. I'm sure the orthodontist knew. No antibiotics were prescribed. After my tooth was filled, I still had pain to end all pain. I prayed and God gave me the solution. To leave me in this condition without care instructions or antibiotics, is just cruel.

Having had treatment with implants I have no hesitation on recommending this dental clinic for the dental care and professionalism I encountered during my stay and advise anyone thinking of having treatment to visit city dental clinic in Tirana absolutely fantastic.

Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. Everything ended well though. Thank you!

Fantastic service here with very reasonable prices for Norway. I've had root canals , fillings & braces here. everything is under one roof it's very helpful! All the staff here are wonderful! I know it's public but Linda the hygienist/dental nurse especially is so kind and understanding if you have health problems that affect daily cleaning and it was a really encouraging experience 😃 From my understanding they speak a variety of languages including English. Have never been so glad to visit the dental office, and I avoided appointments for over 10 years! Highly highly recommend!
