Great service by Dr. Jay. Warm & friendly however the assistant wasn’t too gentle. Kept hitting my teeth with the metal instruments. Also the receptionist is initially nice but if you ask questions that may confuse her a tiny bit, she seems to get easily annoyed and her friendly character fades away. I thought it was just me but when my friend dealt with her another time, she got the same experience by just asking if she can use southern cross & that health app discount at the same time. Her appointment was late 30 mins. The dentist was nice but she also kept hitting her teeth with those instruments even after my friend commented about it.

This is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever been to. If you're anything like me and are terrified of dentists from previous bad experiences, I can't recommend this team more. Dental appointments are now a pleasure. Incredibly professional and friendly staff. They discuss all your options and help you lay out a plan. They care about their patients. Went in for an emergency filling and Julieta was friendly, professional, & patient with all of my questions!! From the moment of scheduling my appointment to arrival, the front staff was very helpful & kind (English language friendly!). There was no waiting time and I immediately went in after filling out the paperwork. The lobby & equipment are all up-to-date & modern. Would highly recommend!!

Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

From the very beginning, I was very pleasantly surprised by the team's warm reception and care for me throughout the tooth extraction process. Also, my post-surgery treatment went without any complications and I was happy with that. My favorite dentist. I’ve had multiple cleanings and fillings here over the years and I’ve always found the quality of service and care to be top notch. Dr Ella is the best! She works so quickly and precisely. The whole team is excellent. The facilities are as good as you’ll find anywhere in the world for a fraction of the price compared to Australia or the USA. My kids have all been here as well and the team is great with kids too.

I was recently in Bali and had teeth whitening and a soft mouth split (they call it a mouth guard) for teeth grinding made, by Sunset Dental. I can absolutely recommend this place for any dental needs. They are an honest company who did a great job. I’m very happy with my results.👏👏👏👏

Such a great experience with the whole staff. Many specialists for all things dental. I needed a new denture and my wife needed a few fillings replaced and 2 implants. Such a great staff. Definitely coming back next year to get implants for myself. Great prices and completely upfront with costs and reasonable prices. Communication was first via email, then Whatsapp after, so super easy to communicate and directions are on Google maps, as they have a few locations.

I would like to thank Dr Adam and her team at Kuta Dental Clinic for the amazing service I received. I am scared of the dentist but they made me feel very safe and comfortable. Went there last week for probably crown replacement as had gum inflammation and slight discoloration from an 8 year old crown. Spent 2.5 hours there with the dentist taking lots time to ensure she got a good idea of how the new crown should be. Returned and spent 3 hours there. The new crown needed some amendments, then some slight changes in colour to ensure a match, then some more amendments, then some polishing , drilling, fitting etc Was a great experience seeing someone working so hard and long to ensure it was as close a match as could be made. Total dentistry professionalism... and the price, slightly lower than what I was quoted in a high end Makati dentist. Fully and highly recommend. And then I went back twice this week. Both times needed to wait over 45 minutes from the time appointment was made until there was a dentist .I was very happy with first visits for crown, as is clear in my very positive review. Unfortunately it seems that the clinic now books more customers than they can handle and therefor waits seem normal. Customers need to know they are probably in for a wait. When it takes one hour to get there from Makati, then a 45 minute wait to see a dentist ,despite having a confirmed appointment , I will possibly not be returning. This dental clinic will continue to thrive as its a good place that does good work.

My family all have their teeth examined and treated here! My baby is also getting orthodontics here, the service is very good, the doctor is very professional (TN in Japan), works very gently, advises customers very carefully. Full and modern support equipment. Very Japanese working style! 😀

Seldom write reviews but I arrived in Vietnam and needed an emergency visit to the dental clinic. Found East Rose via Google and omg, they're the best! Consultation and check up was free, and they only charge you for medication if required. By the end, the dentist said it was a simple issue and to go home and do saltwater gargles and that's it. They didn't push any unnecessary products or services AT ALL. Totally trustworthy and both the doctor and staff speaks English. The person who helped me book the appointment did so late last evening as well, past office hours. So glad I found them. I feel relieved after the check up.

I knocked my two front teeth out and damaged two others in a bad fall. I reached out to Rose Dental clinic and they booked me in straight away. Over the last 2 years I have received a bridge, 2 dental implants, crowns, bone graft, and gum graft. My favorite thing about this clinic is their attentiveness to their patients. They are straightforward, the price is great for their incredible knowledge and care. They treat you like trusted friends, and they're quick to respond to questions. I also deeply appreciate their thoroughness. Can't recommend them enough.

I had a new crown, on woe begotten, front tooth, 2 months ago in Sydney, were not heading back for at 6 months, so when i snapped it, i was in panic stations, my wife found this clinic via forensic examination, of reviews on google, and we couldn't be happier. Dr Thuy responded to a Wednesday evening email, and we were picked up, and underway, on Thursday morning, all done in 2 weeks. Dr Phat did the crowns, and i/we are very very happy with the result - my smile is the best it has ever been.

Excellent and quick communication in perfect English, a clean, spacious dental studio and very gentle, professional dentists. I had 2x composite bonding and a clean and my partner has 3 cavities filled and a clean and the price was amazing, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time and kept checking with me with a mirror to make sure I was happy with the shape. I would definitely recommend coming here!!

They repaired my implant prosthetics. The service here is very delicate and has tremendous technology. They did difficult prosthetic repairs accurately and quickly. It's a great dentist.

Perfect experience. I broke my tooth and contacted the clinic via messenger as I cannot call with my SIM card. I had just 3 available hours for the dental care and they found a free slot for me at the same day. The clinic itself is nice and clean with very nice staff speaking English. For 300k I got done my broken tooth with X-Ray and anesthesy included. It is possible to pay there by card. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Thank you for the great care.

The dentist is quite professional but the nurse and cashier are super numb or lazy-looking. I came in today but I didn’t get any warm welcome. The nurse and cashier look ignorant. They don’t serve customer like other dental clinics I have gone. In conclusion: - dentist skill : acceptable and effective - service : aweful - price. : more expensive than other clinics I have been before!

I went in for a cleaning and to have a filling/composite done. The doctor and staff were wonderful. The clinic is clean and the service was great for a very reasonable price. This was my second visit and they’ve been consistently reliable so I definitely recommend.

This is the worst place I've ever seen. I came for a teeth cleaning, the doctor was a young guy. The teeth cleaning was not good and unprofessional because not all the plaque and tartar was removed. The cleaning took only 8 minutes (😂). I pointed out the mistakes to him and he only fixed 2 spots, he refused to do the rest. I had discomfort after the cleaning on my lower teeth when touching my tongue, asked him to polish the place, he also refused. Now I have to look for another clinic to fix it all and finish it. Guys, I recommend looking elsewhere. This is a clinic that only wants money, they don't care about the quality of their work. ————————- Why do you care what my name is? Does it make any difference who paid? Your job is to provide the service, the patient's job is to pay for it. Let me start in order. 1. I left a review about a service you provided that I used. You don't like the feedback? Start a more qualitative approach to customers, not thinking only about money. 2. You say I was 15 minutes late? Right, but there are ethics in the world where people who are late are allotted no more than 15 min to wait, so that's why you accepted me because I didn't exceed the waiting time. (I recommend studying ethics). 3. Your young doctor did a terrible cleaning. Firstly there are lots of places where teeth were not cleaned, secondly no polishing of the teeth was done, which should be!!!! 4. You say 50 minutes of service? I sat for ~35 min listening to another treatment plan for my other teeth followed by an offer to buy it. Did you forget that I strictly came for a teeth cleaning, not to talk to the doctor? The cleaning itself was 8 min!!!! Also, do you think it's okay to chat and laugh with the assistant when the patient is getting their teeth cleaned? Are we in a bar or a dental office? 5. I also had to return to your clinic to another doctor (thank you for that, excellent doctor) corrected at least somehow the work of your unprofessional young doctor, although I still feel discomfort. Your doctor refused to polish my teeth, which I have never seen anywhere else. 6. You can deny my review, but you really are. 7. All you were able to leave under my previous review is just an emphasis on service. But you must realize that patients are evaluating the quality of your services, not your service. These are not brand name clothing stores.

This place exceeded my expectations by far! I went here for my crooked teeth, and the best solution for me was to get a metal bracket. They made photos, x rays, and even a powerpoint presentation with a clear explanation about the treatment plan. When I have a question or when I feel something unpleasant, they immediately assist me and give professional assistance. Can't think about anything currently they could improve on! So I can recommend this 10 /10!

I booked an appointment with Crystal Dental based on the reviews & also with a holiday pre-planned in Budapest I contacted Crystal dental & they were very clear on my treatment plan. My dentist in U.K. explained my molar tooth couldn’t be saved & if I wanted it saved I needed to pay LOTS of money to see a private dentist!. The dentists at Crystal are professional, experienced & very well accomplished at what they do , everything was very well explained & I’m relieved that my tooth was saved! The great service cost me a fraction of what I would’ve paid in the U.K. Highly recommend this Crystal dental clinic!

I have had two visits to Crystal Dental during my 10-day vacation (06/10/2023) and I was honestly over the moon with the way I was treated here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and also, I have to say that I was immensely impressed with Dr Hassan who was friendly, attentive and took the time to explain the procedures and his thoughts on how the treatment should progress. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Doctor Hassan for his patience and persistence in ensuring that my dental implant was a success this was far from an easy process as the anesthetic was a major problem, however he managed to complete the process and save me an extra visit next year. If you need dental work done then I would highly recommend Crystal Dental. Don't get ripped off in the UK, come here, get the work done for a fraction of the price, have a holiday and explore the wonderful city of Budapest whilst you are here. You will still be able to do all this cheaper than using your local UK Dentist

I came to the Clinic after a few botched fillings by my previous doctor, and a couple of other issues we've discovered along the way. All I can say is that I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the level of professionalism and service provided by Paris Dental, but most of all, by Dr Csilla Varga. She guided me through each procedure with kindness and patience, answering all my questions and restoring my trust in denists in general. Having had her as my dentist has shown me what a difference it makes to have a professional (who is also passionate about their job) take care of me, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
