Terrible service, absurd delay at reception of more than 40 minutes. Unprepared employees with no information on service protocols. Both for scheduling by phone and in person. I scheduled an MRI and confirmed the information before making the call and when I arrived to be seen on the second attempt (as the first time I was unable to be seen because the exam was 2 hours late) the attendant gave me completely different information, stating that I would need to change the order on behalf of the council, and I confirmed it with the telephone attendant twice regarding the council. Anyway, on top of that, I agreed to take the exam because I was urgently required, but it was 1h30 late, which ended up being a little longer. The hospital used to be excellent, but it has lost its quality, I don't recommend it.

Terrible in terms of hospitalization... I arrived at the hospital with my daughter with blood in her stool... I was well looked after in the ER and, after carrying out the tests, the doctor informed me that hospitalization would be necessary. We were directed to the infirmary and here I have been ever since. I was admitted to the hospital on 11/27/23 at 7:58 pm. I signed the authorization for hospitalization on 11/28/23 at 01:48 and now it is 15:50 on 11/28/23 and we are still here in the infirmary... They should warn you before admitting you about all this! A lack of respect. My daughter has been on a stretcher for 14 hours and I was sitting in a chair for hours and after a lot of complaining, they put an armchair...

DON’T HAVE CHILDREN IN THIS PLACE😡😡 Worst experience possible, we signed a maternity plan at this unit, everything was wonderful when presented, I thought it would be a good place for my wife and daughter. My wife went into labor so we went to the hospital. Arriving at the location, my wife went to the service. There was no room available, so we did the whole process by pushing our bags around the hospital. I asked the receptionist who informed me that this is quite common at the place, as it happens every day and so I asked someone from management (both rude) and said that I would only have a room around 9 am and at that time it was around midnight. night and a half. Of course it didn't happen, he only got to the room around 2:30 pm. In short, my wife had our daughter, I continued through the hospital pushing suitcases, all of this was nothing close to what my wife went through. THEY SIMPLY LEFT MY WIFE FOR 5 HOURS IN THE RECOVERY ROOM ALONE WITH THE BABY AFTER A RACHI BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ROOM I CAN'T GET OUT OF MY HEAD HER CRYING TELLING ME Several women passed through the recovery room and went to their rooms, and they remained there with no one to help. We arrived at our room after much insistence and were poorly attended to by the staff while my wife went through what she went through. INHUMANE HOSPITAL WITH TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF NOTE: Nurse GABI was incredible in providing care at all times In other words, look for another place for such an incredible moment in life.

I was a patient at the Department of Surgical Oncology D at NOU Klenová I want to express a huge THANK YOU to all the staff in this department for their incredibly kind attitude, empathy and care day and night. The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. Thanks also go to the entire staff in the surgical clinics where we go as patients for check-ups. Every single patient in Slovakia deserves such excellent care.

I am a cancer patient . I thought the name CBCC is very huge but this hospital is very bag. I dnt know who these people are giving them 5stars they are all fake . I had worst hospital experience hence I am changing it. * Nurses here are not well trained, nurse dint know how to flush my chemo port , she didn't do dressing afterwards.( Very basic thing which a cancer hospital should really note) * Dr dabkara was treating me , suddenly he left the hospital without notifying. ( Patient kya kare ese me)

No one going on these hospital it is very risky for patient health. When some one goes to this hospital he not care his patient his ICU unit is very bad. I have wrost experience in past few month 5-7 patient died in front of me. His management is rudely behavior with patient colleges it is very dangerous hospital.

This is a research hospital that serves thousands of women every year. I have been seen by a doctor within two days from my mammography and with what seems to be a fixed delay of three weeks between cosnultation-operation-reconsultation I am now on my way for radiotherapy. It is unbelievable that you get this level of expertise for free, in the states you would have to pay a fortune. The doctors are understandably buzy and will not spend too much time with you, however, there is psycologists, nurses, sophrology classes and all sorts of stuff that you have access to. It is a world class centre and we are all very lucky to have access to it in times of need.

My partner is in the hospital, he is French. I have come from Scotland to be with him. Is there any reasonable priced accommodation near the hospital. Thank you

We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. We have been examined here for more than six months, the doctors performed a complex operation. Thank them very much. They gave us hope. The attitude towards patients is really decent. Yes, Expensive..., but life is at stake - this forces you to take the right step.

In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I am very grateful to the attending physician Kazakov MP and Pylev AA, Zhandarva AA and all the medical staff... They treat me here.

My comment only concerns the space which serves as a cafeteria.... a long wait... in the cold!! Talk to you about it, we send you for a walk, I hear the security agent making fun of my request, and tells his colleague that he is under the air conditioning, ... in short, frozen radiator, when wait, and we eat in the cold, I can tell you that it is most unpleasant

SCANDALOUS!!! Where does our money go??? In an obscene parking rate, only one cash register at the end, puddles everywhere, a swimming pool (1 meter wide, 2 meters long and 10 centimeters deep) to get out and reach the ICL, and a Pyramid staircase Mayan slippery, because the totally necessary elevator for people with reduced mobility is BROKEN.

Operated by Dr. HEJL at the end of July, I have excellent memories of my brief visit to the 5th floor just after my operation. The nursing staff (and non-nursing staff) were adorable... I take my hat off to them for their work which is not easy every day. A little nod to this duo of caregivers with whom one morning we imitated the meows of the 😸 in front of the anesthetist! (I occupied room 502 until August 3) Really thank you for your good care! The meals were of high quality and appetizing (which is rather rare in hospitals). I can say that in my case the support was perfect.

Gross negligence. I brought my father here because he was having a hard time breathing. The "doctor" wouldn't even examine him, told him it sounded like Covid but said testing is a waste of time, and told us to "wait it out". How are you supposed to "wait out" not being able to breathe? What do people in Vienna do when they're experiencing a medical emergency? Simply drop dead? Embarrassing excuse for a doctor and hospital. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend this Hospital. I had an operation and needed to stay there for 2 nights. It was my first time in the hospital ever and I dont speak German so I was double worried. Turned out that all doctors, nurses and other staff are super nice and helpful. Almost all could speak English and even people who didnt still really try. I felt very comfortable during my whole stay and you prove the statement Gesundheit kommt von Herzen!

Mixed bag ... I was here 3 times, the first one for a consultation, the doctor was very nice and clearly explained everything and he said that I need to get a colonoscopy and an endoscopy to confirm my diagnostics and based on that I will get tailored medication. The two procedures were done without any problems (here I really recommend this hospital) by the same doctor. Again he did explained everything clearly. No for the bad part: Today after waiting 2 months to get another appointment to interpret my results and get the tailored treatment and diet suggestions and so on, I've got another doctor, which rushed everything, he did not give me any treatment or any diet suggestions as I expected... he was talking to the phone during the consultation, and he ASKED ME what medication do I take and how often and he quickly wrote me a recipe for that medication and that was it, 2 minutes and done ... no tailored treatment, no diet suggestions, no other explanations nothing! because of this the mixed bag... if you are lucky to get the good doctors, well your are lucky ... if not ... Anyway not recommended ...

We came with an urgent emergency during the night. They rejected us and told us we should go to the doctor the next day. Extremely unfriendly and the „doctor“ was completely overslept. We didn’t receive any medical assistance

The best ER experience I have had in my entire life. I saw the doctors about 5 times for different tests, each time it took maximum 2 minutes to be called in. I was constantly being taken care of, had things explained to me, always asked if my problem was getting any better. All of the doctors and nurses I saw spoke perfect English. Huge props to MUDr. Marek Žižka and MUDr. Klara Brezovska, they both did an incredible job. As for the prices; I have VZP and the only thing I had to pay for was 90 kč for the ER entry, other than that, everything was free. Stellar experience, extremely satisfied, truly recommend this place.

When I first came to the hospital, the reception was empty so after waiting 10 minutes a security guard had to direct me to a emergency room where I gave the staff my papers, after I was called inside the staff was extremely rude, asking me why am I going so late for a emergency and why I couldn't go yesterday. So after the doctor took some samples of my blood I had to go for a rentgen, where the staff was nice. After that I went back to a emergency room where I had to wait for 2 hrs (I was the only patient in the room for the 2 hrs). After the 2 hrs and 20 mins passed I politely asked the staff if I had to wait much longer. The rude sister told me it's going to be when it's going be now take a seat and wait.... I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. Especially the emergency section. Truly the worst experience.

First time in my 40+ years of life admitted to hospital and I was super scared and anxious. Big Thank you to Dr Roslan Abd Halim (O&G), Dr Abdul Raof and team for helping me to go through it smoothly. What I am in awe was... there is an ustaz that recite prayer/ Doa together with me before going to OT and immediately I am feeling more calm and relieved. Thank you so much KJMC 😊🤲🥰

Whenever you go to the orthopedic section the doctors saying go to Bwaila hospital. In bwaila the orthopedic section is not functional... Why you guys are torturing patient what's your problem with consulting the patient who are coming to your hospital??? Is there no one looking after this?

Covid Test for travel: bring cash 75,000 Malawian kwacha. This is the only government testing center. They close for lunch hour, afternoon hours until 3:30pm. They said come back the following morning for results certificate. Can be busy, doctor said they do around 500 tests a day.

It is a clinic that does not have the slightest cleanliness requirements. Dishes, food, urine on the floor, ducks full of urine, wheelchairs remain in the hallways and inside the patients' reference room, thus generating bad odors and bad appearance. and a hostile environment. Nurses do not remain on site when patients require them. Patients have to be alert when the catheter bag is full and if they don't pick it up it overflows and makes a puddle of urine and it can go on all day and no one comes to clean it. They only allow one person to visit, but if another person arrives and the patient does not have any family members, they do not allow entry, because it is only one person per day. To enter the ICU they do not allow anything moral to be brought in with the toiletries but everything must be carried by hand. Visitors' personal belongings must be stored in a locker and do not provide any security. Once in the ICU he has to remove his rings, watch and other items. It really is a real ordeal. At the entrance door, the patient list is not updated and it can take more than 1/2 hour for the guard to communicate with the floor to verify if the patient is there or not. Don't let your patients be taken there. It seems that the service was alms. I can't explain how health allows the operation of this type of services and does not monitor the operation of the institution. When they release the patient, it takes more than 5 hours to leave because they only allow a single person to enter to do the procedures and to find the doctor who will give recommendations for the patient.

My experience with Clearpoint Surgical solutions was amazing! Its been 4 weeks post op and I am recovering as planned. Its not just one person that I salute, but a team of professionals that address every need you have during the process. The level of care and expertise I received was top notch and I would highly recommend you give them a call if you are in need.

My arrival at the clinic was a little confusing but as soon as I was in it went well. Once the IV was in it seemed like a very short time until I woke up in post op. The helpful post-op staff got me moving and eating. (Don't get the nachos) From then it seemed the key was to keep moving and healing. I was back on skis in about 14 weeks and the hip works great. Attached photo was at about 16 weeks.

The clinic provided excellent professional service, they took the time to explain in detail all the steps required in a timely and structured manner. All my many questions were answered to my satisfaction. The pre, actual and post surgery care was beyond reproach and I'd recommend them to anyone interested.

A great hospital made so by its staff. The nurses make this a five star place to be (even for those of us who loathe hospitals). The compassion, attention to detail, and FOLLOW THROUGH on things which are promised to take place. Meet anyone in the mingling area outside and there isn’t a bad word to be said for all it’s arenas of practice from mental health, alcohol counselling, pain control and so forth. Management must be doing something right because staff are actually happy doing what they’re doing, which has the obvious follow on effect of stellar patient treatment. Where other places are found wanting, your loved ones will be well taken care of here.

From my wife Christine McKinsley. Had a knee replacement done on 17 aug by Dr Weber. The first few days i wasn't sure how I felt but they discovered my blood was low so after transfusion I got along in leaps and bounds. My heartfelt thanks to the doctor and nursing staff in medical ward and also to the physio staff. You all do a wonderful job. The catering and cleaning staff nursing staff etc were all so friendly and professional. I was in Portsea Ward Thank for taking care of me whilst I was there and I won't hesitate to recommend Beleura hospital to one and all. I recently had a total Hip Replacement at Beleura Private Hospital and also did inpatient Rehabilitation on Mc Crae ward. I cannot thank every single person enough. From the moment I walked in the doors the professionalism and care I received was second to none. I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Surgeon Brad Crick he has done an excellent job for me personally ( thankyou so much ) All the Drs, Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapist, Porters were absolutely amazing they all worked so well as a team and made me feel welcomed and safe ( Thankyou ) Thanks also goes to the catering team the food was excellent ( my trays always went back empty 🙂 ) and the staff were lovely and friendly. All the cleaners were friendly and easy to talk to everyone and did a wonderful job. I'm currently doing outpatient Rehabilitation there and still finding everyone so nice friendly and helpful. There are more mosquitoes than patients in this hospital 😂, Even after 4 years of hospital construction, there is no solution to this problem.There are many types of hidden charges in this hospital which I personally faced. Lastly I want to mention that, their staff are so polite and they also have such a wonderfully decorated building.

This hospital only care about money. The hospital and Dr. Saifur Rahman Sohel upsaled that my mother had 3 heart blocks, created a situation that only his surgery can cure and immediately put 4 rings. My mother left unattended for long time and she died on the same day. These people have license to kill.

CARDIOLOGY: I was told to call about the results of the examination ... I have been calling sporadically for 3 months (including 10 calls in a row) unfortunately without success They will evaluate the results of examinations, e.g. 10 patients and the nurse should be obliged to pick up the phone and call everyone - work for 15 min I don't know if it is more convenient for them to sit there with the phones ringing all day

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.
