So I had my appointment set for today and honestly I got to say, easily one of the most customer friendly, hospitable Dental care I have received in a long time. I had my appointment booked with Dr. Neluni Abeysinghe. I have heard many positive reviews from others around my day to day life so I decided to get a check & cleaning done. Upon meeting Dr. Neluni Abeysinghem her politeness and gentle care when speaking and guiding with how and what is going to be done was reassuring. She did an impeccable Job and constantly reassured whether I was comfortable to continue with the process without rushing anything. Timely and Efficient maintaining the quality of her work. Her advice and guidance after the treatment definitely reflects on her work ethic as well. Definitely happy with the Dental care and would definitely come back.

Had the best service here getting my retainers changed and cleaning. They did their best to accommodate me even though i had no prior booking! They have competitive prices for foreigners and doesnt give you the “Sudu Price” I recommend this place for all expats and foreigners.

Terrible service...the "dentist" wanted to do a procedure that is not recommended for minors and did a maneuver without even taking an X-ray before...in the end, all she did was make my year-old baby suffer more and a half. And to top it off, charging beyond the consultation ... a shame

I would call it a rip off. I came to the practice at Kohlmarkt based on a recommendation, as my office is quite close. For a treatment that cost me around €300 from two previous doctors, Dr. Golestani initially €1,800. When I objected, he said, "Well, you can negotiate with us, I'll get you €350 out of it." However, I later saw that he was asking for €350 per jaw, so €700 in total. I then stopped my treatment, but was then charged €370 for a laboratory fee and for an unnecessary x-ray. Even if my additional insurance would have covered some of it, purely on principle it would be a real impudence and I can't think of any other word than attempted rip-off. If I hadn't had the treatment carried out several times in the past, I might have paid for it without knowing the reference costs. Very cheeky. In addition, the practice is old-fashioned and quite run down. The assistant took notes on a clipboard with paper; everything seemed hectic, chaotic and very unstructured. If it's so expensive, the practice should at least be commensurate with it. Otherwise, I can't think of any reason why the costs there should be so much higher than in other elective practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice under any circumstances.

You also receive all the necessary care and support with all questions and checks. All this at a reasonable price in the beautiful practice in the old town of Vienna.

Best place to get your teeth cleaning and teeth whitening done. The procedure was smooth. The beyond polus teeth whitening system from U.S.A was amazing with absolutely no sensitivity. I had the pleasure of coming to the Dentim Clinic under the care of Dr. Barbara Sekuła-Kamińska. The doctor is a very warm and calm person, she patiently answered all my questions. My teeth were in rather poor condition, so I didn't think it would be possible to keep them and create a beautiful smile out of them, which the doctor undoubtedly managed to do! I received several treatment offers, and I chose the option that was relatively bearable for my wallet and turned out to be quite functional. Before we started putting crowns on my teeth, I had to undergo treatment by the wonderful doctor Aleksander Gajos. He broke the spell of root canal treatment for me, which until then had only been associated with pain and endless visits. The rest of the missing teeth were replaced with dentures, because unfortunately the implants were not affordable for me. I am very satisfied with the entire treatment, I rate it five stars!

The dentists I met with were arrogant, unkind and unpleasant The dental treatment they offered me had no regard for me as a person - I felt like they were congratulating themselves on finding a solution to my "problem." Their solution was expensive; they also told me that my bone and gum so deteriorated that I would not be able to have implants. Fortunately, I didn't listen - and I now have beautiful implants from a clinic in Croatia with kind dentists at much less money. Be warned. Don't go to these guys.

Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

In 20 plus years of international travel I’ve never needed emergency services until a very bad fall in CDMX left me with 3 sprained toes, a sprained knee, a bruised hip and back and a very deflated ego. Medica Sur was AMAZING. Fastest I’ve ever been in and out of an emergency department. It felt like I had 3 dedicated doctors and never even saw the waiting room. Their English was way better than my Spanish and everything including the consultation with the trauma surgeon and X-rays was $550 total. That’s it. I’m paying more to get my teeth whitened at home. Having damaged the same leg in similarly stupid ways before- this care was miles above what I’ve had in the past. Don’t be worried about going to the hospital in CDMX. They know what they are doing and they are super nice about everything

This place's customer service sucks. I emailed them with questions regarding a minor surgery that I'm looking to get. I wanted to know what the price or approximate price would be for it, if they had availability in a certain part of the month, and if this surgery could be done at the same time. They responded that I would need to set up a consultation in order to get the answers I was looking for. Guess how much a consultation is? USD$150 or $3300 Pesos. Seriously? I explained to them that it wouldn't make sense for me to spend that kind of money when I may find out they don't have availability for appointments when I need it. How hard is it for a hospital to tell their patients when they have appointments available?

I have visited this medical center firstly and I was really satisfied by reception staff, girls were very polite and kind :) I ve visited surgeon and doctor was also very king, responsive and attentive. I was worried, as is usually the case when you come to a surgeon, but he explained every action and was constantly interested in how I was feeling.
