Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

I was a patient at the Department of Surgical Oncology D at NOU Klenová I want to express a huge THANK YOU to all the staff in this department for their incredibly kind attitude, empathy and care day and night. The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. Thanks also go to the entire staff in the surgical clinics where we go as patients for check-ups. Every single patient in Slovakia deserves such excellent care.

My opinion about the Golden Care Clinic is five :-) The receptionists are very polite and inform us exactly what we want to know before the tests. There are often situations when a patient cancels an appointment and we have the opportunity to schedule tests sooner. The doctors examine everything we have doubts about very carefully, are very polite and help us with a sincere smile. You must remember that the Golden Care Clinic is a private clinic, I recommend that you always ask carefully after the examination about medications, allergic conditions, the course of the disease, methods and duration of treatment. This will prevent stress, bad comments and more money spent. I recommend.

The staff first postpones the visit to an earlier time (which forces me to change my plans) and then it turns out that there is another delay. Moreover, loudly informing the patient about additionally paid tests during the visit in a full waiting room is not very comfortable.

Quiet, peaceful - no crowds, no shouting or rushing. Great employees - positive attitude towards the patient, ready to help (greetings to the receptionist from 19/10/23, very nice and helpful, and to the nurse ;)

I was with my child in the hospital due to a procedure under general anesthesia. Starting with the receptionists: nice, helpful and professional. Admission to the ward went smoothly, nurses provided exemplary care. The ladies had a great approach to the child and their behavior significantly reduced the stress of the child and the parent before the procedure. The preparation for anesthesia itself was well organized - the parent could be with the child until the last possible moment before entering the operating room and immediately after the patient woke up. The food is very good - a variety of breakfasts and dinners (vegetables, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, etc.) and enough for both children and parents. Doctors are patient, helpful and cordial. I give it a well-deserved 5 - the child only shed tears before leaving - that it's over and it's time to part with the new friend from the room :)

The appointment was made for a specific time of 2:20 p.m., but on arrival it turns out that the doctor is not there yet and it is not known when he will be there. A queue of 10 people, some with an appointment for the same time. No information from the clinic about the situation before arrival. I asked for a refund, if someone doesn't have time to wait 3 hours for their turn, I don't recommend it.

Although I only had an MRI in this hospital, I had a really positive impression. Everyone is very nice :) the hospital makes an impression, everyone should look like that. And most importantly, the deadline very soon (and on the National Health Fund)

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. You really become convinced of this when you are faced with the question: leave everything as it is or take the chance that talented and attentive masters of their craft can give you, now I mean the doctors of the clinic. Give a chance for happiness, because as Mikhail Bulgakov said: “What elements make up happiness? Only of two, gentlemen, only of two: a calm soul and a healthy body.” I thank all the clinic staff for hearing the questions: is there a chance, is it possible to do something? Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. A bathroom with a persistent smell of sewerage, which was not eliminated, even by pouring a product into it (from home, by the way). Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. They treat me with patience and the utmost expertise. I owe nothing but gratitude! The cleanliness of the rooms is also first class. Thank you.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. I've just had a stay in Goring Hall Hospital for a hip replacement. The surgery was a huge success, and the level of care from everyone has been second to none. The rooms are private and very comfortable, the nurses are all amazing, and then the catering service from Granny Vivian is the icing on the cake (so happy and friendly, and each course served individually to ensure the food is fresh and warm)

I've recently had a knee replacement at Goring Hall Hospital. Whilst on my stay on the ward I was served my evening meal by Granny Vivian from catering. What an absolute delight this lady is. So thoughtful and caring to the extent of bringing the starter out first and following with the main course so it didn't get cold. She had a wonderful smile on her face but still remained very professional in her service. An absolute joy.

Everything about my experience at Mt Alvernia Hospital was first class. All the nursing staff were brilliant - very professional, caring and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was spotless.

Had a caudal epidural at this hospital yesterday. The care and attention that I was given from start to finish was exceptional. All staff, from reception, catering to nurses and theatre were wonderful. So kind and genuinely caring. Have been to this hospital 3 times now and would absolutely recommend it.

My time as an inpatient at Ross Hall went smoothly & I was made to feel comfortable & felt that everything was explained clearly & staff ensured that I was never in need. However, the discharge process could be a little more streamlined, but other than that I was impressed with the service I recieved.

I can honestly say I was delighted with the whole experience. I have never had an operation before and was totally at ease from the minute I walked through the door. The staff at Ross Hall are nothing short of excellent, my consultant was amazing, the porters, reception staff, and especially the nurses, who went over and above for me, were just great. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Ross Hall time and time again.

I received day surgery here for an issue after 2 years and wish it was only sooner if I had only known about them then. For it being a hospital of course there helping all these individuals through their personal medical journeys, but as soon as I walked through the doors it carried a warm light atmosphere and every single person was polite, smiley, happy and helpful with high warm energies. Truly was an exceptionally experience and most definitely could never see a mistake being made the amount of checks and repeats and signing off ensuring no room for error on that part.
