I highly recommend this clinic. I had hip replacement surgery in August 2022 and spent 3 weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation center. I received the best care and attention. Hey Google Appeals team!! This is not a fake review, I went there and have an invoice to prove it! Review: A 6min doctor consultation for 100eur (35k HUF). No ultrasound which is usual. Just a short talk and that's it! Dr. Papp Gyorgy had not given me the appropriate time or attention for my medical condition. 6min in and out!

I highly recommend Duna Medical Centre. Professional, efficient, pristine offices, kind english speaking staff, state of the art machine (mammogram tomosynthesis). Dr Anett Szomják. Everything was super easy.

I had a very pleasant experience at the urology with Dr Buzogány István and his assistant. All the people I’ve met with so far in the center are very kind and helpful.

So far, all the receptionists I've talked to on the phone have spoken to me in an amazing jerk/disgust style. It's a private hospital, but they treat you like a public hospital, maybe even worse. The doctors and assistants are all very nice and helpful.

I regularly visit you for blood tests. It feels good to enter the hospital, it is clean and calm. The appointment is always fine. Everyone is polite from the entrance to the examiner. The examination assistant is kind and patient. The Chief Medical Officer is happy to answer my questions, we always part with a smile. I will receive the findings by email the next day.

This is not a review for the clinic, but rather the orthopedic store attached to it. My friend tore her ankle tendon and was treated with great care and professionalism by the doctor. We needed to buy a brace for the ankle and the consultant at the store sold us the wrong size (even after we actually tried both sizes on!). When we returned to change the brace to the proper size the consultant refused to do it and denied his mistake, saying: "I said it 'might' fit, not that it will". We had to buy another brace for $50. Its a shame that the company that has such high standards for treatment wastes the hard-earned reputation on incompetent consultants at the store.

Very nice, small hospital with very friendly staff. The equipment is nice, a large bathroom and toilet. I was here for surgery for almost a week and it's a shame that they don't behave like this in all hospitals. There are very nice doctors here. I have been to the dentist. For one filling I payed 300 euro! I know that the dentist work is expensive in Finland but that’s absurd! (One simple cavity filling!!! And it was not even a very great job done) Besides that, I payed 150 at the cash counter and then I received one more letter in which I was requested to pay 150 more because they forgot to add the doctor fee!

I was there from November 20th to November 27th because of a cervical disc prosthesis. If only I had had this clinic last year I could have saved myself an operation. This clinic is really great. Doctors, nursing staff and so on, everyone is super nice and always has a smile. I couldn't complain about the food. Some other clinics can learn a lesson from this clinic. I had hip surgery in Hohwald 4 months ago and am very satisfied with the result. The doctors and nurses are all very nice. Unless Doctor Cancler should think about how he treats his patients. Payed online for antigen test. Came for the scheduled time. They wouldn’t able to did it in time, so I had to wait. After this they did NOT ANTIGEN, but PCR test. As a result they told that I should wait even more, to do the Antigen, which I’ve paid in advance, they had to know about this. At least it was cheap

I tried and failed to book an appointment for my daughter, trying to speak German, thought my German is not so good yet, I still have a certification for an A2 level. I have been told in a very rude way that I should learn to speak German before trying to book an appointment. This kind of people makes me vomit.

I had a big femur tumor which needed curettage and plate. I was recommended Prim. Martin Dominkus. I came from Romania for my surgery. The entire process went through flawless: communication, registration, preoperative examination, surgery, post surgery care. Medical staff is extremly organised but very calm. This is the fourth time in this institution, two hip replacements, two repeat hip joints, each time it gets worse and worse, initially cups of the wrong size were placed, when asked why they were asked, there was no other answer at that time, the result dislocations of the left joint began, they underwent re-endoprosthetics in 2019, the right leg turned out to be 2 cm shorter, which caused the ankle to fly, in 2022 dislocations of the right joint began, I was admitted to the clinic on August 30, I just lay in bed for four days, they took a blood test, did an x-ray, That’s it. The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... Very clean hospital. Went for a colonoscopy today and everyone was very nice and helpful! Doctor Georgieva is very kind and understanding! The only downside is the long wait for the examination. The whole thing took 6 hours and the exam itself is 10 minutes. But still, I'd rather wait and be treated with kindness and respect!

These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses.
