Today I went to IDent Clinic in Sighisoara and they are very satisfied, they work with great care and cleanliness, and every time the Doctor asked if I was in pain or if when I went to the Dentist I didn't have a pleasant experience, but now it was different until now I used to go to the Dentist with fear, and now I can't wait to go to the Dentist. IDent Clinic score 10!

Do not recommend, there are better options such as Demajo (it is pricey though), Savina etc.

Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore. Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.

I categorically do not recommend this clinic for several reasons: lack of professionalism, ethics and deontology - zero, poor knowledge in the field (the name of the doctor is not specific). The child was left untreated and with a psychological trauma after the following ordeal: Examination, the child is crying, the attempt to give anesthesia (with inappropriate doses and in the wrong place) - obviously the child is crying They tried to clean it - the child couldn't resist the pain, the hysterical doctor says: I think it's a bigger problem and we can't do anything! Pay for the anesthesia! Goodbye! At the next clinic, the doctor solved the problem! He contradicted the unprofessional approach from Clasic Dent! Be careful !

Dr. Maja is an excellent dentist and her staff are brilliant too, I met Dr. Lana also. This clinic provides a highly quality professional service with high tech equipment and an ultra clean clinical environment. There's an array of treatment available. The team facilitated my dental work despite my busy schedule of international travel, they always kept in touch throughout to ensure the appointments suit me etc... I'm a very nervous patient and I was put at ease immediately. All my questions and concerns were always addressed first. The location is extremely easy to get to, the quality of the work is high, lots of parking is available and good amenaties are very nearby, the clinic is top tier and my satisfaction is currently unmatched with the NOVA clinic. I’ve had a fear of the dentist from a young age but when I met Dr Krishen Shah he completely put my mind at rest and spoke to me in detail about what he thought I should do to correct my smile. He’s a genuine lovely person who puts so much time and effort into his work. I am over the moon with the finished result. I also want to give the up most appreciation for the nurse who worked along side him. I can’t recommend Dr Shah and his team enough.

Dr Kristen Shah is a perfectionist at his work and I’m so grateful for the time he took with my case, which was rather complicated. He removed some bonding I’d had done by another dentist and redid it, and it looks so much better. Thank you Dr Shah! I feel much more confident with my smile now. Sarah Bux and her assistant (did not catch her name I’m afraid!) are absolutely wonderful! So welcoming and comforting during the not so nice bits of dental cleaning. They were both so kind today and I was able to ask questions about treatments without feeling rushed or anything. 10/10 experience truly! And I don’t usually review anything😂
