I probably never had a bad experience with dentists in Helsinki (I had tens of appointments over the years in different clinics). And this is the first time I am writing a review. This time I simply wanted to. Earlier today I had the nicest treatment experience. Dentists, Janica and Anna-Karoliina, were very kind, attentive, and the service was just the top notch. Thank you! Five stars out of five from me. Highly recommend.

I'm afraid of going to the dentist. The first time in my life that the procedure didn't hurt, even anesthesia. Both the doctor himself, Luis Hernández, and his assistant were very professional and pleasant. I was able to take a breather between procedures and was told the whole time what would be done next. My warm recommendation.

A wonderful, cozy place, where the staff's good humor and genuine presence stood out both for the customer and for each other! The feeling of hurry and stress was completely absent. The treatment was very efficient and professional, 6/5 experience! 😍

We are only satisfied with Dr. Voycheva. With her, my son is as if he has never been to the dentist. She is always smiling, responsive, explains, etc. Responsible and accurate - a true professional and person! Congratulations!

Personally, I am extremely disappointed with my 2 visits over the years to Dr. N. Voychev. I received an arrogant attitude. When asking a question more than once because you didn't understand, you end up getting "I told you, how many times do I have to repeat?" in a cracking tone. It does not explain what is being done and why. After placing a tooth filling at home, I find that the caries are not properly cleaned and the tooth is not actually healed, for which I have paid, but in reality it needs to be done again. When making a front tooth with photopolymer, it was not well lit and now it does not fit well aesthetically. Tore down an old seal made by him, described in the card, etc. , and when I told him, he replied, "well, I don't know what was there, but now there is a hole", seriously? The only good impression is made by his current assistant, who is extremely responsive and kind, and I wish her to keep these traits and bring them to her future work as a dentist. Dr. N. Voychev may have been or is a good dentist with other patients. Maybe the years of practice are already weighing on him or his spark to prove and passion in what he does has diminished. I know one thing, my teething did not happen in a day. I visited his son 2 years after that comment. A tooth that N. Voichev wanted to pull out, his son fixed it. A tooth that N. Voichev did turned out to have caries because it was not properly cleaned 3rd, upper. Then his son, when he saw my health card and that I had been with them, started to keep this fact quiet. The anterior front tooth, which was not aesthetically pleasing, was properly repaired by his son. Why didn't they do it like that from the beginning, but I actually had to pay twice for 1 tooth. Now I have to fix the third upper one again, because of sloppiness. Apparently, when they hear about additional insurance and … Horror. His son is still more capable

My assessment is for Dr. Voycheva. The other doctors did not treat me. My impressions of her are that she is competent, well-mannered and well-intentioned. I was always put at ease during and after an examination or treatment, and I was left with the feeling that she did an excellent job.

If the dentist has bad breath, that tells you enough about how much she knows about hygiene and how to take care of teeth. In short, unprofessional, uncultured and uneducated staff. Stay away!

Wow! That’s the best way to describe how satisfied I was after having my 6 front teeth restored . I would like to thank the most wonderful doctor Natalia Samarina ( the Russian lady) for her professionalism. I always had bad teeth, but after having my son 2,5 years ago they have deteriorated rapidly and I started loosing my enamel , it was literally flaking away :( I went to my dentist in the UK and she said the only option was to go for veneers.... but boy they are expensive:( I found Natalia online since I already booked my holidays in Montenegro, so combining dental work with holidays was very attractive idea. She gave me initial quote based on the pictures and said she can do a cosmetic restoration instead of veneers and I went for it . I’ve gained my confidence back, I can smile widely now, you really made the difference Natalia ! Thank you so much and hope to see you again next year :) Regards Anita

They rescheduled the visit twice, and then, when I came, I waited for 45 minutes. They did not offer any discount for my time, so I took my deposit and canceled the visit. When people cannot organize their time and do not have any obligations to the client, I cannot trust their professionalism. Do not recommend.

When I visited first time the doctor said I need gel for my gums and she put 3 packs to the bag and gave it to me, I paid for it and when I checked the bag there were 3 small tooth paste instead. Second visit was better but glue on my retainers on one tooth fell off after just few months.

As seen in other reviews they cancel appointments without telling the client. You only find out when you arrive at the clinic that your appointment no longer exists. Highly unprofessional practice.

I had used the clinic previously with good results when i needed a crown for one tooth. Everything went really smoothly and the price was very fair. I decided to go again for another crown and had a really poor experience. When i showed up the receptionist was rude to me and said i should have shown up an hour earlier even though a colleague of hers had called me to delay for an hour. After that i was put in a chair in a hurry and the dentist seeing me only wanted me to have a complete evaluation and did not want to put a crown on my tooth which was what i came for. She said the tooth was not fit for a crown but i am having a crown set up here in my home country. Instead of a crown they wanted to do a root canal on one tooth with one canal and for that i paid 1850 zloty which equals to 413 eur and is much more expensive than what i would have paid at home. i will absolutely not go again as the prices are sky high for normal dentistry and the service was abysmal.

Treatment: All on 4 / 6 full implants and bridges Having considered dental work abroad for some time, I finally took the plunge in late 2021. From the moment I contacted Patryk, exchanged some emails and then had a couple of calls, I was convinced that I was making the right choice. We discussed ballpark costs for the treatment I was envisaging, and whilst it was not cheap it was possible - in the UK I could not have afforded it. Within a few weeks I was in Gdansk and Patryk organised a hotel and taxi (thanks to Peter the driver). The treatment was very invasive but thats what I needed. My surgeon, Maciej, was extremely reassuring and the week was full of tests and surgery. Throughout the whole process of extractions, bone augmentation and implants, Maciej was amazing, making sure that my personal comfort was uppermost in his mind. Then the healing stage takes over and this goes on for 4-5 months. Upon returning and making sure that the surgery had been a success, I was then under the care of Anna who is something of a perfectionist when it comes to crafting the bridges and correcting your bite. Within 9 months I was fully 'toothed up' and what a difference it makes. All of those embarrassing situations of avoiding foods and not smiling evaporated. To say that this has impacted my life immeasurably for the better would not be an overstatement. If you are considering any dental work outside of your own country then I cannot rate this team highly enough. Communication is fantastic and their concern for personal wellbeing is laudable. If you have a low pain threshold then the team will never push the boundaries, they will always ask you if you are feeling any pain. If I could sum up this experience in one word it would simply be 'painless' - from both a treatment and organisational perspective. Finally, you'll also have a lovely stay in a beautifully historic city which is also very modern. Well done everyone at Project Smile and thank you.

100% the real deal. I could not be happier with the results. After 3 separate visits, over 14 months and completing my final appointment, I feel like a brand new person . From day 1, I knew what to expect for the next year+. Dr. Maciej does the surgeries and Dr. Anna does the aesthetic work. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism, thoughtfulness and top notch work. All of the assistants were amazing, the equipment is state of the art and everything is so clean. The price was 1/3 of several quotes in the US, but beyond that, in the US dentists suggested a worst solution, that did not take into account my bone loss or the existing healthy teeth. Beyond the results is also a hidden European gem of Gdansk! The city is clean, steeped in history and Uber is always on time. If you are considering this clinic, do it! Also a special thanks to Patryk who was able to put me at ease by answering all of my questions throughout the entire process.

I really found a good and compassionate dentist in Dr. Julian Röhr! You returned my faith in humane patient treatment! After a wisdom tooth extraction at another dentist in a different place, I had excruciating pain and the other dentist did nothing to relieve it. (It was getting infected and I was simply told to wait it out). The doctor here took good care of me and prescribed the right medicine.

Great experience. I have lived & traveled in a number of countries around the world over the last 10 years (Denmark, US, Iceland, Sweden and now Switzerland). Linda Shabani is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever met. Super professional, top notch skilled yet so service minded and warm personality. Very impressed- thank you so much !!!

I heard good recommendations about Dr Bencun and decided to finally give it a go as l waiting too long to treat my teeth. He treated my cavity and did two wisdom teeth extractions and I had zero pain during the treatment. If you are too afraid they can give you laughing gas during the procedure which l did and it went absolutely well for me! If you have any anxiety/phobia or none of the above, this is the place to go !

Incomprehensible work organization. A time deficit is created on purpose. I waited patiently for three months until it finally came to me dental checkup time. The dentist took approx. 5 minutes to find out I don't have cavities. But it is necessary to remove tartar. Instead of spending the rest of the booked time to remove the tartar, the dentist referred me to a dull-faced receptionist to make another appointment with a dental technician... In other words, another month of waiting. During this time, of course, I may also develop a cavity, which unfortunately the dental technician cannot or does not want to deal with... So you have to book a new appointment with the dentist. And that's how this calendar fills up nicely.

I have been to this clinic twice and I had wisdom tooth removal both times with Dr Mihhail Mihhailov. both times were fast and smooth. He also speaks English. FYI fellow English speakers. The clinic is clean and with professional staff. About booking, I just emailed them and they immediately set an appointment for me.

Very clean clinic and quick replies to inquiries. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Mihhail Mihhailov. The dentist was quick and skilled, and respected my wish to minimize the number of travels to Tallinn (by removing two wisdom teeth during one visit). I initially worried a bit about the communication as I don’t know Estonian or Russian, but everything turned out fine (the dentist knows English, they have English forms and other things can be taken care of by Google Translate). There is a pharmacy and a supermarket conveniently located downstairs the clinic.

Poor customer service. I had an appointment and even received an SMS reminder about it one day before. But when I came to the clinic, I was told the x-ray was out of order. Ok, shot happens but why didn’t you call me or send an SMS about it? I won’t visit you ever again and cannot recommend anyone doing so.

I had been scared of dental treatment my whole life - and now I just can't get enough!:) Seriously though, Meerhof team has completely changed my perception of this process. Over the past few years, I've had to deal with just about every specialist at the clinic, and I'd recommend each and every one of them very highly. From regular cleaning to a major surgery under anesthesia, from planning the treatment to seeing the final result, all was done at the top level of both professional competency and service. I would like to share my experience and possibly protect someone from a similar experience. I was a client of Adenta for 10 years and entrusted my smile to the clinic's specialists. It is only logical that I plan to have the restoration done by my treating doctor, Dr. Adentas, who continued to convince me throughout the years that he cooperates with the best laboratories and leading technicians of different countries. During the restorations, an implant was placed with a crown on one of the back teeth and two crowns on the front two teeth. During the restoration planning, various options were considered. I will add that the cost did not worry me, I wanted to put crowns on the dark front teeth faster, thus protecting them from breaking and improving the overall color of the smile. The bite of my teeth is not perfect, but it has never bothered me. Several times Dr. I asked how my bite can affect the restoration process and maybe the teeth need to be straightened, but I didn't hear any arguments about the need for orthodontic treatment from the doctor. dr. all the time the emphasis was only on cost. Since the bite didn't bother me either before or then, I decided that I can leave it as it is for now. Later, when the restoration on the front teeth failed and after several visits for almost a year, I asked the Dr. whether I should straighten the teeth, DR. prosthetist-orthodontist, I was told that it was too late because I had an implant in my back tooth. Orthodontic treatment is not possible. This was never explained to me at any visit. If I knew that I would never be able to straighten my teeth after the implant, I would probably have orthodontic treatment before restorations. The crown on the implant is chalk white, when I asked why it was already glued in since it was too late to paint it. I don't think this is an excuse to install a dental crown in an inappropriate color. The front teeth were made unaesthetically large and in an inappropriate color. Fortunately, they were not glued. Later, in several visits, various not better options were offered, which did not satisfy even the prosthetist himself. The crowns were made by a laboratory located in the clinic's courtyard. To my question, why front teeth are made in the 21st century without relief and natural transparency, the Dr answered that I have too high requirements and he is tired of my teeth, so I should look for another clinic. I understand that as a patient I am one of thousands and neither I nor my two teeth will stop the business. Quantity is more important and profitable than quality these days. I have paid for the service and no one was even interested in returning the money. My advice, think carefully in which clinic and with whom to get treatment, there are good actors who play doctors.

It was strange. I came there with my boyfriend. I mentioned two times on the two phone calls what we want (lazer, botox, heliuron) and both times the administration assured that 20min is enough for each of us. It is not the first time we do injections or lazers, but we would most of the time receive numbing cream. It hurted a lot lazer around nose, but I guess the doctor had no time to wait for skin to get numb. It took over all 50min for both. The doctor was very nice but very stressed. It felt she had no time to be detailed on us. It felt we need to leave and there is no time for client to ask extra question or to make sure if we feel ok after the procedures. We came back home and we were wondering about many things how should we take care of our skin now. And then consultation is 40€ for one… 50min - 800€ for both. Maybe they could be more dedicated for this amount of money.

Today I was at the clinic for dental hygiene. They did it in 30 minutes, I would like the doctor to be more attentive and talk about her stages of work, since at some point the pain became unbearable, but the doctor was in no way interested in how I was feeling and how long I could endure this pain (let me clarify: when making an appointment At the appointment, I warned that I was pregnant, so I expected a more reverent attitude towards the procedure). The doctor did not give any recommendations for post-hygiene care, and she also did not ask whether I was satisfied with everything during the procedure. She also recommended going to another doctor for a dental x-ray. It’s good that I personally asked the doctor whether it was possible to do x-rays for pregnant women and he said “no,” although the previous doctor knew about the pregnancy and did not take this fact into account. About what the consultation costs and how much I already found out at the cashier, 15 minutes of consultation cost 35 €, although the price indicated in their price list is 25 €. In the end, I got the feeling that they wanted to specifically impose additional. Service. Also, when paying for hygiene, I learned about the price of 75 €, although on the website it was 65 €. Therefore, be prepared to pay more, and not at the prices that are on their official website and even in the price list. The aftertaste of the impression is that the main thing for the clinic is to make money and there is no individual approach to the client, the service is like an assembly line. No comments to the woman administrator, very kind, thanks to her. So far, the only positive thing I can say about the clinic is the woman administrator.

I got broken tooth while was on vacation in Europe. Tooth previously had huge filling. Dental Art was able to fit me in almost the next day, its easy to find them in Riga down town (i am not very familiar with Riga), front desk girls are friendly and helpful. Nice interior with water, coffee and tea provided at the front desk area. Doctor performed x-ray, explained the situation to me, and rebuilt the tooth with a new filling (luckily nerve wasnt damaged). Doctor performed some lidocaine local anaesthetic so i would not feel the pain from a needle as it was a huge work on a tooth and several injections had to be done. I literally felt nothing! Zero pain, no needle pinch, nothing.But my gum was burnt by lidocaine eventually so i had to go back 2 days after the procedure, i called them in panic as my cheek was swollen and i was in pain and i didnt know what was that. They were able to fit me in within next couple of hours, another doctor took a look, explained what happened, put some cream on my gum, prescribed the special gel, suggested herbal mouth wash, offered prescription for a pain killers for my flight (i didnt take it i personally trying to avoid it) and i safely returned back to USA with my tooth fixed and gum healing quickly (i follow their suggestions) . Paldies! Thank you!

Went in for an emergency filling and Julieta was friendly, professional, & patient with all of my questions!! From the moment of scheduling my appointment to arrival, the front staff was very helpful & kind (English language friendly!). There was no waiting time and I immediately went in after filling out the paperwork. The lobby & equipment are all up-to-date & modern. Would highly recommend!!

Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

From the very beginning, I was very pleasantly surprised by the team's warm reception and care for me throughout the tooth extraction process. Recently visited Paphos on holiday and whilst there I visited Paphos Smile Art studio, on arrival I was greeted by a very friendly dental nurse and seen by DR STAVROS KELOGRIGORIS. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was able to to save one of my front teeth that I was previously told in the UK that I needed an implant, so you can Imagine my relief and I also had three replacement crowns. This was all done in 3 visits and at a fraction of the cost in the UK. When I return again I would definitely book in for further treatment, I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Very impressed

If I could I would give them 10*. I had a full mouth rehabilitation. From the first time I stepped into the surgery I felt calm and relaxed. Evi and Dr Stavros are 2 amazing people. Never made me feel pushed or hurry even we had 1-2 challenging treatment. Dr Stavros love music and singing what I find calming and funny.Its definitely helped me to release the fears. Also he is always ,means always, made sure I'm okay and not on pain. They have the latest technology and equipments. I'm over the moon with the end result. I recently visited Smile Art Studio Paphos for a routine cleaning and was blown away by the level of care and expertise they provided and ended up doing 3 more aesthetic procedures. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel at ease.
