I have visited this medical center firstly and I was really satisfied by reception staff, girls were very polite and kind :) I ve visited surgeon and doctor was also very king, responsive and attentive. I was worried, as is usually the case when you come to a surgeon, but he explained every action and was constantly interested in how I was feeling.

I'm sure the doctors are good, but reception is slow inefficient most of the windows are closed and the few people there are are gossiping with each other instead of accepting patients. I went 3hours early to be sure to have my prebooked Cardiology appointment and arrived at the nurses desk at cardiology an hour before as I needed an ECG. The rude nurse laughed at my booking and asked me if I booked it myself. Yes I answered but I need the booked ECG as that's what is writen on the doctors door. She threw my sheet to one side and said we will call you 45minutes later noone called I went to ask her again. She told me to sit down. They the 4nurses were all chatting together and doing nothing. I appreciate that the best efforts were made to fit me into their busy schedules during my stay in London. They have been very thorough in their review considering greatly the complexity of my case and also the best way forward in the management of my issues. Given these specialists work within the same building, I appreciate that there is good communication within the team. I also would like to note that the reception personel are extremely helpful and do reply promptly to any queries I have.

I've been wanting ceramic veneers for a long time, did a ton of research and had consultations with other TOP dentists all over the world but ultimately decided to go with Dr. Justin Glaister from HSDC and I could not be happier of my choice. My first point of contact at Harley Street Dental Clinic was Eka at reception and honestly, her genuine enthusiasm, knowledge and warmth made the difference for me. She immediately understood what type of patient I was (highly demanding and high maintenance lol) and her enthusiastic praises for Dr. Justin Glaister deeply resonated with me and what I had read about him and turned out to be absolutely spot on. We ultimately decided to go for 10 porcelain veneers and I still can't believe these are now my teeth. I had the pleasure of coming to the Dentim Clinic under the care of Dr. Barbara Sekuła-Kamińska. The doctor is a very warm and calm person, she patiently answered all my questions. My teeth were in rather poor condition, so I didn't think it would be possible to keep them and create a beautiful smile out of them, which the doctor undoubtedly managed to do! I received several treatment offers, and I chose the option that was relatively bearable for my wallet and turned out to be quite functional. Before we started putting crowns on my teeth, I had to undergo treatment by the wonderful doctor Aleksander Gajos. He broke the spell of root canal treatment for me, which until then had only been associated with pain and endless visits. The rest of the missing teeth were replaced with dentures, because unfortunately the implants were not affordable for me. I am very satisfied with the entire treatment, I rate it five stars!

The dentists I met with were arrogant, unkind and unpleasant The dental treatment they offered me had no regard for me as a person - I felt like they were congratulating themselves on finding a solution to my "problem." Their solution was expensive; they also told me that my bone and gum so deteriorated that I would not be able to have implants. Fortunately, I didn't listen - and I now have beautiful implants from a clinic in Croatia with kind dentists at much less money. Be warned. Don't go to these guys.

Professional medical care, easy to book an appointment, good availability. However, the building is located in clear air zone, so you may be charged for driving. Also, the price for appointment was expensive.

Great people, great quality of services. Went in for a clean-up and a consultation: Dr Boitos was very professional. The reception personnel is also great showing flexibility with rescheduling the appointments. Will definitely go back for the 6 months check up.
