Friendly Professionals Competitive in prices and as far as I'm concerned they work better than many Italian dentists

I would like to return to this clinic, because I need periodic checkups and well done dental cleaning. I started coming here in 2005. I needed to stop in 2017, as I was leaving Italy, (where I had lived for many years) for a while. Now I am back in Italy, but after my extremely positive dental experience in Canada, to be honest I am afraid I won't find the same professionalissim that Rident once had back in the day, after reading the latest reviews. Not only, but my coworker that is origianally from near Lubiana also warned me that the quality of dental work has changed at the Rident clinic in Rieka. I am faced with a dilemma because good Italian dentists are very expensive in Italy, and don't except private insurance.

Never again! I had appointment at 10:00, and was waiting more than an hour for a doctor. I had tooth cleaning, procedure was done in 5 min. The doctor only took away the stones (not gently!) and even not polishing the tooth. No ultrasound cleaning, no special solutions, nothing! Just 5 min of pain and water in my face and clothes

Two weeks ago, I had my upper jaw fitted with 4 dental implants. The feeling is fan-ta-stic. Excellent bite, colour coordinated with my existing teeth and I have already lost the feeling of a foreign body in my mouth. And all this thanks to the precise work of Mr. Ivor Sokolić, dr.med.dent. At the control examination after the installation, he "fraudulently" cleaned the dental calculus on my lower teeth in order to "save the teeth for future work" 😅. I also have nothing but words of praise for the Arena team! What I liked most was the approach to the patient, which was professional and understanding.

I am a patient in this clinic,well i was until they fixed my problems...My experience:travelled from Belgium to get treated there and wow...the level of professionalism and how friendly they are,its 100%recommended. Superb clinic. I had veneers, crowns and whitening done and the final result was beyond my expectations. Extremely natural ! Dr. Zeed listened to each of my requests and needs, and was very patient. I’ve recently had treatment at Viva Dental with Dr Parminder, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Very clean, warm welcoming practice . I’m a dental Nurse myself so I’m very particular with my teeth. I done a lot of research before I fount Viva as to who I’d like to do my composite bonding as I wanted a very natural look .I came across their Instagram page and went for a consultation which he mocked up on my teeth how they could look after treatment and I was very happy. I’m even happier with the final results and will be recommending to friends and family 100%!! Thankyou Viva team, looking forward to my 6month check :-)

I was referred here after breaking an unrepairable front tooth and root and am so pleased I was! Dr. Alex and Dr. Raph and the team did an amazing job… firstly building a temporary ‘implant’ and crown as an emergency to get me to a wedding in Barbados with a smile and then to complete the work with a fantastic implant and crown that matches my other teeth perfectly. My dentist was Monica. Very knowledgeable of dentistry and dental health promotion. She worked as a team with the dental nurse. The procedure started promptly which is good. Monica was able to explain the procedures before commencing and so I was well informed of what was ahead. Thank you for a job well done. Affordable too. I'm certainly coming back.

Just had the best dental experience ever. Denny David and his assistant were excellent. I’m an extremely nervous patient and he treated me with such care. Had an appointment this morning i was late phoned to say i was going to be late, lovely receptionist said that no problem, got there 940 appointment was 930 ...in the treatment chair to be told over and over again by the dentist im late and he could not fit in clean / polish and filling in my treatment so said just do my filling if that helps then he said okay like he was doing me a favor. i thought im paying to be treated like this however his hostile treatment how he was repeating to the dental nurse note down hes late and back and forth with me that i was late thought im out of here he had no compassion tottal he was off i was full of fear when he start the treatment i just couldnt go through with it got up and walked out i would say AVOID this dentist

Had the best experience. From calling for an appointment to getting the treatment everything went perfectly. Had plenty of options for the appointment dates and times. Dr Laima was friendly and positive,took her time to explain all the options and priorities. She really cares about her patients and want's the best for them. Thank you !

Dr Roberto and his team are fantastic, I attend the setubal clinic, I had all on 4, as you imagine having all teeth removed was a stressful time for me, but dr roberto did an amazing painless procedure, I was given my temporary teeth the same day, I’m England based so will be flying out several times more to get my real teeth fitted, I’m more than happy with the smile I have at the moment, I’m confident with dr roberto and his team will give me the best smile, thank you all so much, and see you all soon x

First appointment for implants diagnostic very professional and friendly by Dra. Ana and assistants. The tools for 3D panoramic radio mandatory for accuate and efficient diagnostic are of high quality. The clinic is very clean and i have no doubts about the high academic and practice level of all the staff of the clinic (as usual in Portugal). See you soon for the implant installation.

I would be very careful before allowing this clinic to do any procedures on your teeth. I came for a check up, was told I needed a filling, to which I was very surprised because my teeth were given the all clear 6 months prior. However I decided they must know what they are talking about. After the filling I was in a huge amount of pain for weeks. I came back in and was told I needed a root canal. I seeked advise from 2 other dentists because I thought this was crazy. After more x-rays I was told both times that the inside looked normal but my tooth had been drilled down so much that it resembled the tooth of an 80 year old. I'm 42. The protective layer had been drilled down because I was experiencing pain after the filling and Meditental thought the tooths was touching the top one. It's now 10 months later and I still can't chew properly on my left side. I will have to have the filling taken out, redone and a fake protective layer on top. I'm furious because I didn't actually need a filling in the first place, it was done as a precaution. This was on top of another very expensive procedure that claimed to fix gum disease because I was experiencing pain. After 10 months I'm still experiencing pain and I have now found out that my tooth is moving thus causing pain to the gum area in question, and likely had nothing to do with gum disease. I hate leaving bad reviews, however in this case I feel this clinic treats expats like cash cows instead of being honest about the actual treatment that is needed. The staff are very friendly but in these cases the treatment is questionable. I have since found another dentist in Lisbon who is reliable and honest. If you're doing a big procedure, I would seek alternative advice before going ahead with this clinic.

I was on holiday in Lisbon when I got really nasty toothache and infection which caused my cheek to get swollen, so I contacted the closest dental clinic, in this case - Medidental clinic. They were able to make an appointment later the same day. The staff was very nice and helpful, they all spoke English well and the dentist was really considerate and careful. There was nothing much the dentist could do because of the infection, so she took an x-ray, explained me what is causing the infection, prescribed antibiotics and explained what should I do after. I paid 30 EUR for the visit. The overall experience was pleasant considering I was in pain and very nervous. I definitely recommend this clinic. The antibiotics worked their magic and I got better the next day and was able to fully enjoy the rest of my holiday.

Excellent consultation and diagnostic

Lately Dr. Matilde removed my partially impacted wisdom tooth and did a good job because it didn't leave me with a swollen cheek.

Prices are really too much but too high, false savings in Italy you spend more or less the same, from their website they boast that the prices are like in Croatia and it is absolutely a colossal falsehood, for jobs of a certain size it is better to go to Croatia or Albania, I hope it is useful for those who have big jobs to do For emergencies there may be small jobs.

Leaving aside the (not insignificant) issue that they charge 35 euros to give you a quote, the problem is that the cost is higher than in Trieste for the same job and not by a little considering that we are talking about about 10%. It makes me think that these people live on estimates... They attract customers by boasting low prices, then they tell you "yeah but you pay for quality" of course you pay, like everywhere else. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it at all.

A most humiliating experience! I arrived for a cleaning and periodontal. This was clear from when I made the appointment. Then was told it would cost three times what I normally pay so I opted just for the cleaning and was ok with that. Was then told that DR PERRIN could not treat me due to Corona virus, even though of course if I agreed to the inflated price he would have happily treated me. Left the practice utterly humiliated as I’m sure the receptionist was too. A very big ego and arrogance problem is the reason why it’s possible to get a quick appointment with this Dr Perrin!

Initially, it helped quite well, the result was fine. Dentist was a bit strange and several languages ​​were spoken, but that was manageable. However, there were discussions among themselves during treatment in another language about this treatment, a bit strange. After a few months I got an infection under the bridge and have... previously had 5 root canal treatments in my own hometown (Dental is 270 km further). It turned out that it often happens that if a new bridge (which was mine) will be installed later inflammation occurs. But Dental doesn't care, I should have come for the treatment, they say afterwards I received an answer that I could have it treated here.... A lot of costs were incurred that Dental did not take into account. Only part of it is insured. So bridge and extra costs have become 3 times more expensive. No, I certainly do not recommend Dental.
